Solved

I have a client with 800,000 AR Invoices and 700,000 AP Bills.Their out of the box Generic Inquiries for AR Invoices and Memos and Bills and Adjustments are slow.Times are like 45 seconds to load up all 800,000 AR records.  Similarly AP.   If I filter say to load only open records - 15 seconds. But of concern, once loaded it takes 45 seconds to go to page 2 (page setting is 0).    Likewise 15 seconds for open AR.Some info:  This is MYOB Acumatica.   It runs on AWS on MY SQL database.  Version is 2024.2.What is the Acumatica experience? Does GI performance improve with 2025 releases? Does Microsoft SQL run faster? Please note that i have reviewed the GI’s for performance improvements.   Their is not issues with joins.  There are only 2 tables e.g.  ARInvoice and ARRegisterReport.

I’m trying to produce a PO for a outside process production order, and keep getting the “At Least one item has not been processed” and the PO isn’t created. The trace log doesn’t seem to give any indication of what the error could be or how to solve it. I’ve attached images of the PO and Trace Log for reference.

How do you record a backcharge on a project where you do not want to affect the total contract value (fixed price contract)?  The ideal way of doing this would be to make the charge against the cost budget instead of the revenue budget but I also need to issue the credit to the client and I have not found a way to link a AR Memo to a Cost Budget task and cost code.  Can that be done and if not does anybody have any suggestions on how to resolve?

Hello everyone, I was hoping to get some help on what may be a rudimentary question. My team and I are mostly new at our company and weren’t around for our Acumatica implementation. Recently we’ve been trying to track down where and when all of our project-specific inventory came from.I can attain the current balance of each project’s inventory but when looking deeper into the transaction details, we’d like to see what invoice/PO/Purchase receipt was originally attached to that item.Does anyone know of or have a pre-existing solution to this problem, or is it a report that I need to build? Thanks for any and all help.

Hello,I’m not looking for formulas. Does anyone have a list of shortcut codes for number formatting in pivot table values. Not looking for formulas such as #,###. Looking for the keyboard shortcut codes such as “F4” to format a number. Thanks,Eric

Is there a dark mode setting, or a change-the-colors setting, that will only affect one user?

Good day CommunityI have created a Fixed Asset from the Convert Purchases to Asset option and now need to add an additional amount to the same asset from the same screen. The Receipt dates are different but I need the In-Service-dates to be the same for both amounts so they will depreciate as a single asset.I am not able to do this on the Convert Purchases to Asset screen. Can anyone help please? Many thanks

We may have multiple opportunities running at the same time for one customer at a time, and I was trying to find a way to create one task to oversee all of those opportunities. I can’t associate more than one Related Entity to a task. I also tried the additional activities tab within the task, to create multiple activities under one parent activity associated with different opportunities, but then multiple tasks still show up in your personal queue. The goal is to have one task/activity show up in your queue, that you would manage several opportunities under. The issue that I’m trying to prevent is having 5 tasks for 5 opportunities, which allows for updates to be missed, or opportunities to be overlooked.

Hi,I'm running into an issue in Acumatica 2025 R2 (25.200.0248) when trying to print checks from the Payment Batches screen (PR305000). When I click Print Checks, I receive the following error:  This only occurs in 25R2 I verified the same report (PR641010.rpx) in Acumatica version (24.105.0036) — it works without any errors and the report definitions are identical. I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions you could provide to help resolve this. Thanks in advance.Premalatha N

I need to ship a Non-Stock Kit from multiple warehouses. Each component is in its own warehouse and I want to ship it directly from that warehouse without transfering it to the other.I am using the Multiple Warehouse feature of 24R2.I have 2 warehouses set up:W1 - Warehouse 1W2 - Warehouse 2Consider a Non-Stock Item Kit (NSK1) with 2 components. The qty avail for each component exists only at its default warehouse.COMP1 - Component 1 w/ default warehouse W1COMP2 - Component 2 w/ default warehouse W2When adding item NSK1 to a Sales Order you must choose a Warehouse. Selecting either W1 or W2 will not allow a Shipment to be created because "There is no stock available at the W1 warehouse for the COMP2 item" (or vice-versa). Batch processing orders to Create Shipments results in the same error in the trace log.Is it possible to ship components of a non-stock kit item from multiple warehouses?

Hi all,I’m trying to import compliance records into Project → Compliance and Compliance Management (type “Other”) in Acumatica 2025.Prepared Data shows records, but Processed = 0.Import Scenario has no Insert action, though manual entry works.Does anyone know a supported way to import these records directly?Thank for your support!

Hey, gang - I put together a business event for a client that triggers an email whenever a Project Quote is approved or rejected.  The client has mentioned that the corresponding email is not being sent for up to 24 hours after the document was approved. I’ve confirmed this below.   The business event triggers based on the Status changing to Approved or Rejected.  The Send and Receive Email process runs every 2 minutes.  The BE is based off of a very simple GI that pulls 4 fields from the PMQuote dac (QuoteNbr, Status, OwnerID, and Subject).    Does this sound like a configuration issue or something I need to escalate as a case?

Hi guys,When I use this mapping, I can only import a single data record and then have to click “Import” again. What do I need to change in the mapping so I can import all the data at once? Thanks in advance

Hi. I need to add new tab to Daily Field Report document. At this tab must be grid and filter for this grid.Grid must contain “Selector” column, allow Select all (this should trigger the ability to Save the DFR if changed on a record in this grid). There will be no +/- on this grid, it is just showing existing results matching our filters. When we select some lines at this tab, at next tab(new tab) must be fill associated rows from some table. How i can do this?

I want to create a customer by passing the Numbering seq. The customer number CS0225. Attached are the Numbers currently we have space to add the mentioned. How ever when I checked the Manual Numbering seq and advise the team member to proceed of the customer creation, we are unable to process

Is it possible to add the list of items that need to be counted from the online version to the mobile Scan and Count? Our team is basically counting blind not knowing what needs to be counted and where those parts are. Ideally, we wouldn’t have to use a computer to do a cycle count.

I’m trying to prepare some customisation projects for 2025R2; because I’ll need a load of real data to test it afterwards my starting point was a new instance created using 24.208.0020 that I upgraded to 25.200.0248.Once I’d established that all my projects with only Classic UI forms published successfully, I started to replicate the form changes in Modern UI.So using Powershell I ran: npm run getmodules npm run build-devBut my problem is now that the build fails with errors like:ERROR in ./src/screens/AP/AP301100/documentRecognition/pdfViewer/pdf-viewer.ts 10:0-62Module not found: Error: Can't resolve 'pdfjs-dist' in 'C:\AcumaticaTenants\AcuQBRE2\FrontendSources\screen\src\screens\AP\AP301100\documentRecognition\pdfViewer' That module does appear to be present within the node_modules folder at:C:\[instance]\FrontendSources\screen\node_modules\pdfjs-dist What else might be wrong?

Hi,I’m trying to make the CustomerID selector field display as a hyperlink in the Modern UI, but it is not showing up as expected. Below is my code snippet. Could anyone help me identify what I might be missing or how to make it work?Code:DAC:#region CustomerID[PXDBInt()][PXUIField(DisplayName = "Customer ID",Enabled =false)][PXSelector(typeof(Search<BAccount.bAccountID,Where<BAccount.type,Equal<BAccountType.customerType>>>),    SubstituteKey = typeof(BAccount.acctCD),    DescriptionField = typeof(BAccount.acctName))]public virtual int? I’m having a issue where we have multiple tenant and can access one on velixo but when trying to connect another tenant it is erroring?

Hi Team, We are facing an issue with the project transaction. In October, we used "progress billing" to invoice this project for 100% of the budgeted amount ($15,200.00), which it did invoice. Issue: Why does the project show its time records from September and October as unbilled even though the project was 100% billed in October? We discovered that none of those time activity transactions were displayed at all when we examined the Invoice Details screen. How can we prevent this from re-occurring, and why would it have happened? What should we do to mark those entries as Billed? Project Transaction detailsPlease take note that this is the first time we have encountered this problem. The way we bill the progress billing projects hasn't changed at all! For your reference, please see the screenshots.

Good day,I have production order that has issue with Planned vs. Actual.  The variance is way out of whack.  The cost correct.  The material amounts are all correct.  The Planned is on target.  The issue is the actual.  How could this happen?  The BOM is on point.  We have used it many times in the past.Any suggestions? Or areas to look?See screenshot below.Thank you in advance for your assistance.Evan

Hi peeps,The Automation Schedule is setup with the branch to run with:But this is not being “applied” when running. How do I know?Because the Autom. Schedule History tells no records processed and if I open the screen with the default branch, it doesn’t show the NZ records. But if I change the branch on the top menu, open the screen and apply the filters it does have records to process:This is happening to any Automation Schedule that we have to set the Branch as different that the default one. There’s currently Automation for Generate Payments and Run Recognition. Any thoughts?

Hi guys I need help with modifying the AR Invoice form by adding the Inventory items upc number from the xref table. Has anyone done this or will ing to assist me. I could really use some help on this.

Hello - We just set up a new branch in one of our tenants, and we are unable to Reverse, Reverse and Apply, or create a Credit Memo. I have never seen this before and cannot find anything in the configuration or Receivable Preferences that may be causing this. Does anyone know why this would happen? When I Go to reverse the memo, it does create a credit memo, but when I take it off of hold, it creates a new screen and the memo is gone, with no option to save at any stage: This is what happens when I remove hold: Additionally, if I attempt to create a credit memo, it does a similar process. It lets me fill it out, and then when I go to hit save it wipes everything out and then throws me an error message for saving without complete data
