I’m having a issue where we have multiple tenant and can access one on velixo but when trying to connect another tenant it is erroring?

+3Have you got a user setup in the other tenant that is the same login/password? Have you got permissions on the other tenant? You need to be more specific as to what the error is but likely related to your user in the other tenant
