Solved

We’ve recently found out that unfortunately the TikTok Shop sales channel with Shopify inserts the entire product title as the tax ID on sales orders. This causes Acumatica to trip up with “The following tax IDs received from the external system are too long and cannot be saved: Product Sales tax: XXXXX. Map these tax IDs to tax IDs of up to 60 characters in the SPCTAXCODES substitution list on the Substitution Lists (SM206026) form.” errorsProblem is, because TikTok Shop items have such long titles to improve their searchability, per that app’s recommendations, that is very long. These end up exceeding the 130 max character count in the substitution list field, and then that causes the ids to not match and sync to still fail. With some research, it seemed it should be possible to forcibly truncate the value if it exceeds 60 with a rule like this in sales order entities:In the above, I’m stuck at which “ERP field” it is. It is not in the dropdown, but we’ve been able to type custom fiel

Hello! I have a requirement where the Promised Date on the Purchase Order needs to be changed after approving the purchase order. Is there any option to amend the promise date without re-requiring all the approvals? I checked in 26R1, but I could not find such option.  Thank You

Hi Community,Can you please explain what is the difference between a GI and a Report?

Hi Community,I am trying to setup the Inventory Planning for a Stock Item, and I can’t figure out the moving average. Everywhere I read it just says it calculates based on stock quantities, historical sales, and the service level set, but what is the calculation/ what is it looking at when it comes to Historical Sales? Is it based on Invoice lines? Sales Order lines? Is it taking into account different Branches? Is it taking into account Transfer Orders? Returns? Etc. I cannot find any information other than it saying it looks at Historical Sales, and I know it looks back based on the Periods to Analyze, but what is it analyzing in those periods? Does anyone know. Thanks,RJ

I am selling the shares of one of my companies that are part of a multi-company tenant in Acumatica Australia (MYOB).   I know that cloning of the database to a new tenant is possible, but how is the data of my other companies permanently suppressed or removed in the Buyer’s copy, and vice versa in my new copy? I am getting conflicting proposals from multiple official providers.

Hi Acumatica Community,I am facing an issue with Acumatica Modern UI customization.I have a custom screen where I need to perform some UI/business logic when a new row is added to a grid. I have implemented the logic using the RowSelected event of the DAC.The behavior is different between Classic UI and Modern UI:In Classic UI, RowSelected is triggered as expected. In Modern UI, when I click Add New Record and a new row is created, the expected RowSelected event is not triggered. The event works in other scenarios, such as when selecting or navigating through existing records.

Hello all,I have been trying to use the “Copy Order” action, present under QT order type - SO301000 screen via endpoint, however unable to do so: This is what I’m trying:Which is giving me 500 internal Server error. What is it that I’m missing? Would really appreciate guidance/help on this.

Hello,Recently we have noticed that one of our dashboards no longer follows the sorting order that can be found in the GI. Previously the GI sorted on a flag that showed if an order was priority or not; the sort order was this flag, followed by the ship date. It now will only sort on the ship date. Has anyone experienced anything like this?

Hi Everyone. On a sale of a company within a Group, how do I delete and remove all data relative to that entity in a Multi-company, single Tenant environment?   I am using the AU version of MYOB Acumatica.

Has anyone implemented a process in Acumatica to track machine changeover time between SKUs?Currently, we only log labor hours against Production Orders and do not track machine setup or changeover time separately. As a result, it becomes difficult to reconcile machine runtime and downtime hours against employee labor hours and understand overall equipment utilization.I'm interested in learning how others have approached this. Specifically:Do you track changeover time separately from production labor? Are machine downtime and setup hours recorded in Acumatica? What processes or customizations have you implemented to capture and report on this data?Any recommendations or examples would be appreciated.

Hello everyone! Is there a way to add an Upload from File button to the Purchase Requests screen to allow for imports from excel directly into a purchase request? We are using this for our quoted goods and lots of the quotes can run pretty long. I want to avoid a hit on efficiency by having the requestor spend time on filling out every single item from a quote. Thank you!

Hello Community,I’d like to know if there is an AcumaticaESignIntegration package currently available that I can download and install. I’ve seen references to eSign integration in the Marketplace and GitHub, but I’m not sure if there’s an official or updated package that can be directly applied to my Acumatica environment.Could anyone confirm if such a package exists, and if so, share the proper download link or installation guidance? Thanks in advance for your help!

I'm trying to attach an existing Estimate to a Sales Order Quote (Order Type QT) in Acumatica Manufacturing through an Import Scenario, and hoping someone has done this before. Manually it's simple: on the Sales Orders screen order type QT (SO301000), go to the ESTIMATES tab, click ADD, and the "Add Estimate" dialog opens (shown below) where you enter the Estimate ID and Revision and click OK to link the estimate. Can this dialog-driven action be automated through an Import Scenario My import scenario below:Can suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

I’ve seen a few other posts mentioning odd behavior with different time zones between employees. Here is what I need to resolve - User A - Eastern Time Zone. Branch A. They create a time card with 8 hours on Monday - Saturday, so 48 hours total.User B - Central Time Zone. Branch B. They view User A’s timecard and can see 8 hours Monday - Thursday but Friday is now showing 16 hours, nothing for Saturday. Tried creating a second work calendar with time zone of EST and work hours 9am - 6pm but same issue. This is causing issues because User B is the one that would be processing payroll and it’s posting incorrectly.

We are working with an opportunity that frequently sells/invoices items before the landed costs are known and recorded. The costs flow to the ledger fine, but they are wanting the margin reporting on the sales to reflect the additional costs that should be attributed to the items sold.

We apply Estimated Landed Cost at item receipt (fast-moving goods) and enter the actual AP Bill later. When the amounts differ, our ERP creates a 2-line adjustment transaction for the variance. We want to prevent these extra adjustment lines. Are there alternative workflows or best practices for this?

With the Modern UI the User Defined Fields tab is gone (nice enhancement), but is there a way to find out which screens have UDF’s prior to 25R2 and after so we can make sure that catch all of them on an upgrade?

Hi,We’re using MYOB Acuamtica in ANZ region we’re always behind one upgrade schedule to standard Acumatics, hence our demo site is 2026.1 whcih most current version & as below I’m unable switch the Staff Calendar Board (SM200520) to Mordern UI. Hi,Has anyone else came up with a solution to a fixed invoice paragraph line but needs to have rich text to pull in the data in the paragraph section?  As currently I can only see it being a text box.If anyone has an idea I would love to hear about it?Issue is invoice paragraph needs to have dates changed every month so I can do schedule billing.  No I can’t change the wording to point to the date of invoice.thank you Matthew

Why won’t Acumatica 2025 R2 allow partial or multiple payments to be applied to a Vendor PO Payment Request? With very large requests, we need to be able to break it down into payments as the project progresses. For Acumatica to expect that all prepayment requests will be paid in one payment in full is unreasonable. Can this please be addressed and modified? There isn’t even an option on the Financial tab of the entry screen to indicate that it will be done in multiple payments. Is there a better way to handle something like this?

Hi everyone,Has anyone else encountered a timeout error when attaching files to customer contracts? We noticed that the issue only occurs when there is already one or more files attached to the contract. When there are no existing attachments, the file upload works as expected. We have also tried using different browsers, including Chrome and Safari, but the issue persists.Has anyone experienced the same issue or found a workaround?Thank you!

Hello!  I need to add a custom button to the Address on the Leads screen.  The address section is a common screen This is my goal (shown in classic UI) Even if I could extend/modify the “common” files, I don’t want to add this button to every place that this address is used.  The other issue is that the Address section is part of tabGeneral which includes the Contact section.<qp-tabbar id="LeadCurrent_tab" class="label-size-m" wg-container="">    <qp-tab id="tabGeneral" caption="General" ref="tabGeneral_Content"></qp-tab>I am lost as to how I can accomplish this.Would I have to completely replace the tabGeneral with a custom tab and put all the fields and related business logic?  Thanks in advance for any tips.

After upgrading to 24R1, it seems that the Total Cost field was removed in 24R1.  What was the reason?  Is this an oversight or is there some other way to get this information?

When enter purchase receipt unit cost of inventory change difference from purchase order. I don’t why it has happed. Here it is

According to the documentation Purchase Receipts , when we create a Receipt, the system recalculates the Unit Cost instead of using the exact Unit Cost entered in the PO, right? Why does the system recalculate the Receipt Unit Cost from the PO instead of using the exact Unit Cost we enter on the PO? Is there any way to change this configuration so that the system keeps the exact Unit Cost entered in the Purchase Order instead of recalculating it?
