Hello Everyone, I have been watching several videos on youtube regarding Dashboards and was just wondering if there is a Dashboard Demo Data available somewhere? Like, in the video, you can select the dashboard for sales Manager and other different roles...would be useful if I can look and practice on those dashboards. I am still using the 2020R1. Hi,I have built an Import Scenario that should update the Ext. Ref. Nbr. per line in the Import Bank Transactions. I have a Generic Inquiry feeding the Import Scenario, but it will only update the first line in the list of 10. It updates using the last Trans Desc, so it is working it’s way through the list correctly, however it appears to be ignoring (ID) Tran ID. Is there an arrangement for Acumatica Payroll to work with a Professional Employer Organization (PEO)?  If so, is there one that works today with Acumatica?We have a client that use one and would like the PEO to continue to produce the Paychecks.

Hello,    The Acumatica pop-up note feature is awesome. Like we put the note on a customer, if the customer is used on some documents, the note would pop up to the users.          I am wondering is there a way I can use this kind of pop-up note when the order is met some conditions, like below a certain order total to notify the user?

Hello,      I know acumatica having “audit trail” feature. But using this feature would make the database increasing rapidly.       Now what I am need is to ONLY record the users who clicked the “release from hold” button on so screen.      I’ve looked at the audit management screen, it looks like I can not set only to track the button clicking, I might can track by order status change.    Is there a way to monitor the buttion clicking ONLY? 

As a long time user of BigCommerce and a relatively new adopter of Acumatica, curious if anyone has developed a best practice for handling changes to product variants and getting those changes to sync properly between Acumatica and BigCommerce.  Example: Product A initially set up with option for colors Green, Blue, and Red. Manufacturer drops Red and replaces with Yellow.  Thus far I have tried a) removing the depreciated SKU as a matrix item from the template item and adding the new matrix SKU to the template and syncing - error, b) same process but deleting the depreciated SKU from BigCommerce first - error, and c) same process but deleting all SKU variants from BigCommerce first - error. To resolve a time sensitive issue, I essentially deleted the item from BigCommerce and started over by pushing the template w/ associated matrix items back to the store and updating key fields from a prior export, which is not a viable maintenance strategy.  Any BC store owners have a good workflow

When creating a PO from the Create Purchase Order screen (PO505000), if there is an error in the process it creates POs for the items that were Okay. Is there a way to make the process Break on error instead? This will cause confusion.

This issue popped up over night.. i have made no new customizations and have not edited the form at all. There has been no changes at all. Was working fine yesterday but not today. Here is the error i am getting:Error: An error occurred during processing of the field UsrSelectedTerminal: Unable to cast object of type 'System.Int32' to type 'System.String'..Anyone have any ideas what is causing this and how to fix it?Any help is appreciated. It looks like device hub does not work with Manufacturing  So how do people typically print work orders to a specific printer/location? and how do they do this en masse? 

When the Hold Shipments on Entry is unchecked in the Production Orders Preference, the Status of the Vendor Shipments becomes disabled.We are forced to select this option to enable the status of the Vendor Shipment. The site started in 20R1 and then upgraded to 21R1. It is now in 21.108.Do we need to make a change in the screen Workflow?Thanks 

On vendor payment instructions is there a way to distinguish between a checking and savings account? The NACHA file format requires us to distinguish the difference on the ACH Text file uploaded to our bank. Currently we are manually changing this for specified vendors. In our previous software we had a field “Bank Account Type” to distinguish the difference. Can this be added on the next release? 

I have a scenario where I have multiple customizations adding different custom fields. In any time unknown number or combination of customizations can be published. I have 4 checkboxes and if I select any the others must be deselected. I'm using each one's FieldUpdate property, but it only works with Internal Budget with Vendor # 1, # 2, # 3 and # 4 not working.I show an example of how I am using the Field Updated event.InternalBudget FieldUpdatedVendor_1 FieldUpdated Enable commit changes property for each field but only works with InternalBudget. Hello Goodnight. I new in acumatica. I have the following requirement: the phase codes field cannot be repeated.My validation already works but the data must be saved in the DB previously.The problem is when the user enters N number of rows (without saving before) that is when my validation does not work.This is how I currently do the validation (Row_Updated event). It works, but the data has to be saved in the DB before.Can you help me please. I think it should take data from the grid (cache) but I don't know how to do it.

Hello,      I love the replenishment  feature. But we always purchase whole cases from vendor, while sometimes the auto created PO by “Create Purchase Order” screen are in decimal cases, like 2.34, 1.34,11.88 cases, which is not proper to send to vendor directly?       Is there a way I can round up the figure in Replenishment process?         It looks like I can find a solution in below        But is customization the only way to solve the issue?

Can anyone assist me on a technique to keep track of defective product within Acumatica? We  have customers who send us in debits due to defective product. We would like to figure out how to keep track of these particular items to compare at end of year.

Hi,I’m trying to figure out how to update a field using another field. In the Integration manual there is an example, using a fixed piece of text to do this, but I need to be more dynamic. My example is taking the Transaction Description in Import Bank Transactions and updating that into Ext. Ref. Nbr. Below is what I have so far, but it won’t do anything, so I know I’ve got the syntax incorrect. Has anyone done this in the past?  

Is there a way to get Non-Stock Kits to be accepted for Landed Costs?The system allows for you to Purchase Receipt Non-Stock Items, however it won’t let you add the Receipt lines to the Landed Cost document. Our client both buys and transfers Non-Stock Kits. This is for ease of use for Transfers and a necessity for the Purchasing as they split everything when it comes in just in case.

I created a UDF for the Journal Transactions screen.  It is a selector that pulls from a custom table.  The ID of the value from the custom table is supposed to be stored in the UDF.When you create a new JE, the lookup works great!After selecting:So far so good.  The problem is that when the RowSelected fires, the value is cleared from the field. There is one record in the custom table with an ID of 1.  If I edit the Batch table and put a 1 in the UDF, and then go to that JE, the screen shows a “1”.  It should show “TEST1 - Test 1” which would be what would show if you actually selected something.  When creating a new JE, I selected the TEST1 from the selector.  When I go to add a line item to the grid, the RowSelected handler fires.  I put a little code in the handler to see if there is a value in that field:In the RowSelected event for the batch, the itemExt.UsrProjectID is null.The only thing I have to work from is the Acumatica Training code and there isn’t an example of adding a U

Hello everyone,So I’ve developed a customization that utilized popup dialogs using the View.Ask() method. It works great on a web browser, however when it’s triggered on mobile it displays the pop up as an error. Does anyone know how to properly display pop up dialogs on mobile?Thanks!

Hi!Does anybody knows if it’s possible to restrict visibility in the Aging Report to specific users that manage a group of customers? For example, the group A of salespersons manage 5 customers only and they only need to view the aging for their specific Customers.I tried first to use Restriction Groups for Customers entities but when the same user runs the Aginig report, the customers that not belong to their restriction group, are displayed anyway.ThankS!!

Hi,I was wondering if there is a way to add the Stock Items Screen, IN202500, as a Side Panel to the Sales Order Screen, SO301000, so that Items can be more easily added.  Via a customization Package, I know I can add the Primary List, IN2025PL, as Side Panel to the Order Entry Screen but then the Plus sign needs to be clicked to add items.When I try to use the IN202500, the side panel opens but I have to click the Plus sign since the Inventory ID is greyed out & I get the message about changes being lost & Items cannot be entered There is no switch to entry mode.   Thanks!
