Just wanted to check this issue is causing from Customizations, but I don’t see any info related to customizations.
I can suggest below points.
- If any customizations published, please unpublish and verify to make sure our customization is NOT causing this issue.
- Raise a support case with Acumatica to get the fix immediately.
