Hello,

      I know acumatica having “audit trail” feature. But using this feature would make the database increasing rapidly.

       Now what I am need is to ONLY record the users who clicked the “release from hold” button on so screen.

      I’ve looked at the audit management screen, it looks like I can not set only to track the button clicking, I might can track by order status change.

    Is there a way to monitor the buttion clicking ONLY?

Hi @ray20  I don’t think we can manage the audit trail based on the “Actions”.

As you wanted to see only “HOLD” field related to changes, you select only “SOOrder” table on the 1st grid and “Hold” field at the 2nd grid.

This way you can only see the Hold related changes and also database size will NOT increase as we are storing any other information except “Hold” flag.

Hope this helps!!

Please find the screenshots for reference.

@Naveen B
Hello, nice.
So “Hold” is a special condition, it is a status, it is also a flag. The information is kept in 2 fields with closely relationship.
Good idea.
By the way, can you take a look at below

@ray20  In default Acumatica, I don’t think we can display the popup message based on the conditions. It requires customizations to achieve this.
