Hi All,After we issue an Invoice, there are some cases we have to cancel the Invoice & SO, or adjust the price, we create RM & RC from SO Screen for current. But there are no identification signs on the Original SO that show the Original SO is canceled.It seems we can not know which SO is canceled and which one is processed successfully.Do you have any idea about this?Thank you so much,Yên Chi

I’m wondering if anyone at Acumatica ( especially @vpanchenko ) has some insight on this.I’ve noticed this behavior before, but this is the first time that I got out my stopwatch to time it and verify.I’m on an Acumatica site, pulling data from a Generic Inquiry over Acumatica OData, using Power BI Desktop. The Generic Inquiry is a Generic Inquiry of AR Invoice Lines, pulling from PX.Objects.AR.ARTran and PX.Objects.AR.ARInvoice. The build is 21.209.0034. I tried two different methods of accessing the data: First MethodConnect to the Acumatica OData URL, then browse to the Generic Inquiry within the Power BI user interface, then remove all columns except DocType, RefNbr, and LineNbr using the Power BI user interface. What is the difference between restriction groups of type A and type B?

Here’s an easy one!  There are a couple tables I’ve found in the sample database that I cannot find in the Code Repository.  I’m wondering if they are legacy tables that are no longer used.For example, EPEquipmentTimeSheetDetail and EPTimeSheetDetail.  The only place I find them when searching the entire solution is in a file “Settings except Attachmments.esc”    <Exclude  table="EPTimeSheetDetail" />    <Exclude  table="EPEquipmentTimeSheetDetail" /> Are these “dead” files?  

Does Acumatica have a build-in tool to reconcile a Vendor Statement of Account?

I found an article on importing purchase order receipts and set everything up as described, however I am getting an error message when running the import: Order Nbr not found.  If I manually perform with the same information, I do not get the error.  I am sure I am missing something, maybe someone can point me in the right direction?I have confirmed that I can select a PO and PI Line, but enter the Lot/Serial number, exp and quantity manually for multiple lots for the same PO line.Being able to do this would save us a lot of time.  We have a PO receipt coming in soon that will have 100+ lines on it.  Thanks in advance!Link to the article: https://www.augforums.com/forums/acumatica-import-scenarios/import-scenario-for-purchase-receipt-with-serialized-stock/

Looking for anyone in the Construction Industry that is charging projects a “Billable Rate”.We are moving into acumatica and are looking to use the timesheet entry screen for timesheets but need the system to be able to charge the jobs a billable rate from the hours on the timesheets. Then be able to see the actual “cost rate” on the project to see profitability on the projects.Has anyone come across this?

After I generate recurring journal transaction, there may be an additional account line to be inserted. Is there anyway to move the line item instead of having the line item always appear at the bottom of the journal entry as it was added last?

We have a system email account created using Azure Modern Authentication and it is working properly.  However, we are trying to add an additional system email account and when we use the already created External Application connection is it returning an error stating that it cannot be found: Do we need to create a separate External application for each email?

Is there a way to add the link of the screen you want to navigate to on the email notification that goes out when the event is triggered. For example: a business event goes to our dispatch team to create an appointment from a specific service order. Can we add a link to that email so they just click on that and it opens up the service order that needs the appointment made?

Hi,Client would like to import the data from Salesforce into Acumatica. They have file attachments in the Opportunities and Accounts records in Salesforce and would like to get them imported into Acumatica when we import the data using the import scenario with Data provide type "Salesforce Sync". How can we bring those attachments using Import scenario or is there any other optional available? Many ThanksAdeel Ahmed

 Can we key a payment transaction in a cash account along with a loan account with bill/invoice in 1 journal?For example, payment 500 USD bill for a supplier, 100 USD from a cash account, and 400 USD from a loan vendor accountCurrently, in ACU, we have to record the payment 500 USD bill for the supplier with a cash account. Then revert back of 400 USD cash account to loan vendor account.

Dear Acumatica Community , Is there any possibility to make the accounting transaction with different strings, like SBU, Departments etc? If yes, where is this settings For Example, When i am booking the invoices i want to see the SBU and Department along with the GL. 

I’m getting an error when deploying a package with a custom screen to another instance of Acumatica.You can see in the screenshot below, that an extra comma is being added to the create table statement. Hello.We would like to append a running operation number (custom field) for each batch of printed reports, but only when we print via bulk processing. For all printed records, it should be the same number and only increment when we start another operation via the bulk processing screen. This would be useful for a history and for the ability to sort records by operation number.Example:Order 2728# | Operation: 1Order 2872# | Operation: 1Order 2879# | Operation: 1#Stop - #Start of next mass processingOrder 2218# | Operation: 2Order 2389# | Operation: 2#Stop... and so onIs it clear what we want to achieve?If yes: Is this possible in any way? 

Hi Acumatica Community,At the time of customer creation , Customer ID is a mandatory field. Is there any settings to make this field system generated? I have got this requirement from user, they dont want to manually enter customer id, rather it should be a system generated chronological ID.  

I set up an approval map for this.Assigned it and the notification template in AP preferences.Everything seems to work, except the email notification doesn’t get created.The system email account is set up and active.The employee on the approval map is extended as an employee and has a valid email address.Any thoughts?

Hello Everyone,I’m wanting to allocate items to a production order but 99% of our inventory is lot controlled. It looks like this feature isn’t currently available for lot-tracked items, do we have any idea when this feature will become available or if there is a way to allocate lot tracked items to production orders?  

Do approval maps engage when an existing document is changed, or only on creation of a new document.We want to know when a change occurs that changes the total on a project.This seems like this would trigger an approval anytime someone hits save on any project with a value.Does it trigger if a change is made to an existing project?  

We’re using the SAAS version of Acumatica and are still within our first year of using the application. Recently one of our users deleted an account by accident. I’d like to ask if there are best practices for disabling account deletion in general while still allowing accounts to be deleted when necessary. I assume we could use roles to determine who can delete accounts, yet it was a senior person that accidentally deleted the account, and the situation was confusing so the prompt to confirm the deletion didn't prevent it from happening. I'm wondering if a better practice might involve an approval process where any deletion requires approval by another user. Is that kind of workflow possible in Acumatica? Another idea would be to only allow account deletion in a 'super admin' account so that anyone needing to delete an account would need to log out and then log into the super admin account, and only certain users would have the super admin credentials. How is this kind of thing handled

Hello Team, We are trying to link a credit card to an employee, but we are getting an error on this page : Banking > BankFeeds (CorporateCCS) So we clicked on “Assign Delegates”, but now getting this error  Things we have doneAdded the user to the credit card : Banking > Corporate Cards Added Delegates for the user Made sure that there is a linked user account to the employee Does anyone know what is causing this error? Thank you,

Is there a way to run the fixed asset balance projection reports to show the detail by asset? The standard report only shows summary data for all assets and I have a client that needs to see projections by asset for their tax books.
