We have a client that processed statements for 12/31/2023 but needs to process 12/31/22. They tried on demand but says it did not work. Any suggestions?

This is a dumb question, but in the report writer, what table accesses the PR history tab’s data in the Purchase Receipts? The name I am given is: POReceiptPOOriginalBut this isn’t in the report writer. Is this not accessible data or am I overlooking something obvious? 

Does anybody know how to get the Project numbers is GL accounts.  In some accounts it has them and others it doesn’t.  We are a construction company so when reconciling GL accounts like retainage is very time consuming because the GL doesn’t have the project number that the retainage came from, it just puts in project X for non-project.  We spend a lot of time figuring out what transaction come from that project manually so we can reconcile the account.  There are many GL accounts that would be nice to have this.  

 I am trying to import a prepayment linked to a credit card payment taken online through stripe.I have an import file which is the customer, date, value, reference and preauthorisation number for the credit card payment taken online.If I manually enter the payment as a prepayment, enter the values apart from (preauthorisation number) save, then use the action “record card payment”, enter “preauthorisation number” in the “Proc. Center. Tran. Nbr.”  and save, it links the credit card payment taken online through Stripe to the acumatica transaction. When I try and import this method, it fails with “The Record Card Payment Button is disabled”could anyone have a look at the import scenario below and let me know if I’m missing anything? i am not sure if there is a timing issue between saving the record and the button being available, if so, is there a way to introduce a delay?version is 22.110.0018Thanks 

Good Morning, I trying to close production orders by warehouse by automation schedule. here are the conditions. when it runs, it says 0 records, when I know there are records to be closed. Has anyone tried this or can explain what I am doing wrong?I did try process all as well and it also says 0 records.  

Hi!When loading open AP with balances and/or retention, which screen fields are referred to in the error message as “Migrated Balance” and “Document Amount”? We were able to load cleanly with migration mode off as an initial test, but not with migration mode on as is needed. Thank you,Dave Z

Hi! I want to use the same funcionality from LINE DETAILS smart panel functionality from Purchase Receiptwhen using manual lot Nbr. As you know, in the LINE DETAILS screen panel I have the possibility to assign a specific quantity by LOT (like image above) and this give me the possibility to have record of the quantity by LOT splitted (and not summarize).I want to use the same funcionality in Receive and PUt away. This is because currently, if I select the same item with the same lot, the system sum the quantities and I cant split itiS IT POSSIBLE? Do Im missing something in configuration?Thank you!

Hi experts,I tried to bring field Description of Purchase Receipt to screen (PO302000).However, it only shows the textbox without label and value of this field will be discarded when I save it.Is there anyway to show label also and we could input value for this field?

Hello,I need to display the address in Shipments ([SOShipmentAddress.AddressLine1]) because I have many shipments that I’ll give different addresses under one SO (pic4). I keep getting an address that isn’t even related to the customer in the SO, then the item was redundant below (pic3). I provided my schema builder’s relationship here (pic1). (pic2) is still the address in the shipment, I haven’t made override yet so that should still be the result. Please help me get the result I want.Thank you for the help!

Hello everyone!Can anyone please help me with this? I have multiple set of column headers. Adding another set of columns in another ‘Groupheader’ results to (1st line) COLUMN1, followed with (2nd line) DETAILS1, then (3rd line) COLUMN2, followed with (4th line) DETAILS2. I want it that COLUMN1 list down all DETAILS1 before COLUMN2 and DETAILS2 follows (just like in the picture, here, I have them in separate reports). Please help me out! Thank you! 

Hi all, can somebody please kindly help me?I have to make a generation of monthly sales report. But here’s what happens, the list of those SOs are incomplete, just take a look at the total net sales and it’s too far. So I checked this first SO, and yes it has three inventory items, two of which are not listed here. I have filter for “released” but yes, three of them are all shipped and invoiced. It may be in my groupings? Could someone please kindly check my report file for me. I would appreciate any help, thanks a lot! Regards,Paula

Hi All,I am displaying SO with items related to them. Some are displayed correctly, like in this case, SOHO000403 has 2 items so it was displayed twice. But SOHO000371 also has 2 items inside, but only displays one. What could be the problem? Can someone please kindly take a look at my report schema? Hello,I’ve been playing around with modifier options (I know, not supported), and trying to figure out the work around.  For my purposes, mapping the product options to Transactions.NoteText is exactly where I want them. It keeps them connected to the base product without adding additional columns on my SO screen as I’ve seen on some existing customizations for this.  The problem is, I’ll have multiple modifier options aka source fields that I would want to map to the Transactions.NoteText target field.Is there anyway to get multiple source fields to map to one target field?  I feel like I’m one line of code away from solving a major pain point for me.  Use case: We sell made-to-order blazers for airline pilots.  Long story short, there are 160,000 possible variations so making kits, matrixes, templates is not going to work for this.  Though I am open to any other ideas.  Thank you,Nathan

I have some questions around PXDBDate fieldsI’m trying to understand when does a date field care about UTC and when does it not?  Looking at SODate.OrderDate I see that it doesn’t store any time value. Jan 1st, 2023 is always that date regardless of the time when the order was placed or what my timezone setting is.I added a date field to SO Line and when I update the value of the field there is no time component. And, yet, the column is displayed in UTC. I’m in PST (-8) so if I enter 2023-02-01 with no time component and then change my timezone, the display value changes. The database is holding no time component.So my two questions are:How do I set up a Date field that does act like a UTC value? In other words, the date I’m entering is “local time” and it will adjust depending on the user’s timezone setting. How do I set up a Date only field that does not act like a UTC value? Hello,  I see some errors on system monitor:When I go to Process push notifications, yes , there are also errors. I did NOT configure or Activated any push notifications.  My question:1, What is this all about? I did not configure to send notifications why it is kept sending?2, how can I stop these errors? I don’t know what are them for. I don’t need them.
