HI AllI have a case if SO is created by users A & B, SO will be auto-approved. Unless needs to be approved by a workgroup (BM)I create 2 stepsStep 1: If the User is not equal to user A or B, needs to approve by workgroup BM Step 1Condition of Step 1Rule of Step 1  Step 2: If no approval is found, auto approve document.Step 2 Please advise if you have any ideas on this case.Thank you in advance! 

Is anyone else having an issue with Shopify returns/refunds not importing into Acumatica on 2022R2 build 22.210.0020?  No error messages in sync history.  Just nothing happening.

Dear Community, I cannot convert a sales quote to a Sales order. The convert option is grayed out. Sales Quote Status is approved Business account is extended as Customer Am i missing any steps? 

Has anyone had any luck in customising Shipment fields to allow editing after shipment confirmation?Our company requires multiple shipments (one for each vehicle) against the same order. Due to Acumatica limitations, this means we need to confirm the earlier shipment to open a subsequent one, despite the shipment not actually being confirmed. Naturally, this leads to errors, which are particularly difficult to correct due to too many subsequent shipments having been ‘confirmed’ already.This leads to the issue of how to rectify errors. Should there be any way to customise the editing of Shipment fields (such as date, description, UDFs, and quantity) even in a Confirmed state, it would help a lot to resolve our problem.Thanks!

It looks like Acumatica allows us to control the pixel width of rows & columns as they appear on the screen for pivot tables.Is there also a way we can control the pixel width of the cells in which Acumatica displays the column values?In my example, we’re just displaying a single- or double-digit integer value in the “values” area; and the end users have some screen space constraints. So they want to see MORE columns in a single screen.However, when I adjust the pixel width for the Columns, it only adjusts the column headers. And when I adjust the pixel width for Values, there is no change. Ideally I’d be able to control the column width for the cells that display ‘values’. I have it set to 2 px right now and it looks exactly the same as when I set it to 200 px.The highlighted area is the one I’m trying to shrink:  And here’s where I’m attempting to control that:   Would be open to any suggestions on this.Acumatica 2022 R2Build 22.204.0019

Hi Team, As per standard behavior of Acumatica in terms of completing the PO, You have to go in Purchase Order Screen > More Action > Complete Order per Documents. Do you have a workaround in doing this by batching (mass completing the PO) Regards,Fie

Two stock items have the incorrect inventory ID. TT1000BLK and TT1000GRY should be TT1000DBLK and TT1000DGRY respectively. Production orders have already been created using these incorrect IDs.I know I can create an entirely new item with the correct ID and change the formula. However, is there a better way to do it so the accounts that have a production order already created will not be affected?

When I check under “Business Accounts”, I have entities that were set up as Vendors that also show having a business account now that I sales team has entered into the mix, thus creating duplicates in that instance.  Is this an issue or how should these be set up?  

I am using the round formula in a generic inquiry window but it is not working.I want to round the results of an equation to 2 decimal points. It runs the equation but it won’t round it. Both of the fields I am calculating are decimal fields (Debit amount - credit amount). I’m not sure if the equation field itself is also a decimal type so maybe that is the problem? Not sure how to fix that. Round EquationResults 

Is there a way to prevent Acumatica from combining Sales Orders for the same customer from being combined into one invoice. Example: Customer A orders 200 blue widgets on Tuesday, on Thursday the same customer orders 350 red widgets. Both Sales Orders are processed and shipped on Friday. When the invoice is generated both Sales Orders are combined into one Invoice.Our customers do not want combined invoices because it makes it more difficult for them to reconcile their Purchase Order when multiple orders are combined on an Invoice. Also when multiple sales orders are combined the Customer PO Number is no longer displayed on the invoice causing further confusion. Is there somewhere in the Invoice workflow that the combining of orders into a single invoice can be disabled? We are running Acumatica 2022 R1Thank you!

After an upgrade from 21 R1 to 22 R2 (various builds), I have seen three different client sites have occasional journal transactions get stuck in pending approval status. I have a case open with Acumatica on this, and the workaround is to put JT on hold and remove hold to clear the request for approval. Client does not have JT approval configured and has not previously ever had it configured as it’s a newer feature. Acumatica has not confirmed this is a known issue since they can’t replicate, and I’m wondering if there are others out there that are also seeing this issue to see if we can get a larger pool of affected sites to have Acumatica relook at this as an actual known issue. Also including the workaround above in case others run into this issue!

It doesn’t happen very often, but a few times users have hit the delete button at the top header of an opportunity when they were just trying to delete a detail line of the opportunity.  When this happens ,the opportunity is deleted along with all the tracked activities, quotes etc.  There is no message that says “Do you want to delete this opportunity?”.  It would be great if a warning or message could be added as a reminder to warn the user they are deleting the opportunity.  Or even to have a checkbox added to the preferences window where users could select to display warnings before deleting opportunities.

I have an issue where I have a customer setup. Orders have been placed shipped and invoiced in the system. Yet for some reason when I go to Receivable>Customers they are not listed in that profile. I can pull up the invoice and access Customer Details through the invoice, but I am unable to pull up the customer in the Customer Profiles.Below is a screen shot of an open invoice as well as the Customer Profile screen with the customer number in the search in the top right with no results. Any idea’s why this is happening? Seen this in another instance as well. 

On the Purchase Receipts form we have two buttons in the toolbar at the top, ITEM SPECS and ITEM BARCODE LABELS.  We don’t need them to be visible at all times.  How do we hide them under the three dots menu? Does this require a customization or am I missing something obvious?  Thanks for any help, Phil

Good afternoon all,Usually, when negative Moves are created, corresponding negative Material Issues are correctly created for backflushed Stock Items. Otherwise, the WIP will be overinflated when Material is re-backflushed.However, this does not appear to happen for backflushed Non-Stock items.Is there a way to enable backflushed Non-Stock items to generate negative Material issues similar to Stock Items?Repeatedly creating -1, +1, -1, +1 quantity moves at the same operation with one backflushed Stock Item (cost 573.2) and one backflushed Non-Stock Item (cost 3,700).Each -1 / +1 move is correctly reversing and reissuing the Stock Item cost, but not the Non-Stock cost, causing additional 3,700 cost to be entered into WIP each time.

 Hey All, I’ve been attempting to fetch the contents of this Generic Inquiry (screenshot 1) to no avail.I have the columns I require in the Generic Inquiry but not in the Webservice Endpoint.I modified the Generic Inquiry to left join SOOrder to SOShipline (screenshot 2) and was able to successfully request the two additional columns (LotSerialNbr, ExpiryDate) via the “View Inquiry” button. (screenshot 1)Attempting to retrieve the content via the Webservice endpoint has yielded no answer however. Hi,I have created a customized ACH provider export scenario for bank file and our client would like to add an additional zero to the T_batch_value field, making it a 10-digit value. I have attempted to use the PadLeft formula within the export scenario, but it has not produced the desired result.For your reference, I have attached the data provider, export scenario, and schema files. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. Thanks, Pankaj

Hello everyone,I need to set the VOID button disabled if the specified document type eg check has been reconciled.Upon reconciliation the Reconciliation checkbox is marked as true.I need to disable the Void button on checks and payment if that certain doc has been reconciled(Reconcile = True).Kindly assist on this.All responses will be highly appreciated.Thank you all 

Is there anyway of changing the account type of a GL Account from the database. I understand its not possible from Acumatica’s Chart of Account screen so I think a script is the most possible options but I am not sure which tables store the account type.

Synchronizing Payment from Shopify to Acumatica, I got this:“The payment could not be imported because the SO064037 sales order has been fully invoiced. Create the payment manually on the Payments and Applications (AR302000) form and apply it to the invoice.”Yes I agree, we receive this order 2 days ago, and we shipped it and invoiced. customer paid it today. Why Acumatica cannot create Payment? What setting I have to check? 

Hello,I am going through user permissions and I am getting this error message when log into a users account and click on Activities , Add Task. Under the Access Rights by Role page under Time and Expenses I have given the role Delete under access rights and they still cannot access the tasks.Any idea on what Access rights I need to add?
