Hi,So, we have wired a payment to one of our overseas vendors and later cancelled the order. We are now left with a payment sent to a vendor that we want to use for future orders.  Which brings me to my questions. Is it possible to just post a payment to a vendor and have it on account? And then at a later time apply it to a purchase order?  I have previously tried creating a Quick Check to just post the payment and then trying to apply it to an open purchase order but the system wouldn’t allow it.  Selecting Quick Check was not an option anywhere. I ended up voiding the quick check.  Is there something that I’m missing in this process?Any help on this issue is greatly appreciated!Thanks in advance. 😊

What is the best way to handle an item that is being discontinued but would like to cross reference to a different item for sales orders. Would “Related Items” be the only way to handle this or is there a difference way? Using Related Items doesn’t seem to work if the item is set to “inactive”. Thanks,Justin  

i have a client who would like to add an attribute to projects, however, the project attribute screen doesn’t appear to show the newly created attribute.the goal is to set up the attribute to be able to select the specific employee leveraging the scheme object.  We specified PX.Objects.CR.CREmployee with “AcctID” as the Scheme field so that we can select the correct employee but it doesn’t appear to show up on the Project attribute side/get this error:am i looking at this wrong? is there a way to create an attribute that would allow someone to select from the list of employees that in the system or would the selections need to be specified in some sort of drop down box?TIA!

Does anyone know how to delete a previously synced budget. It will not allow deletion because the budget was already synced from Pro Core. Any help is greatly appreciated!

When new row is inserted into my line level, I need to update TotalDiscount field of header level with soorder.curydisctot value which is taken from the soorder screen header level. Hi! Has anyone implemented vendor consignment before? I’m trying to setup a vendor consignment warehouse at $0 because we don’t want there to be a financial impact until the inventory is used. I’ve looked at Doug’s article below but was wondering whether this can be done without having to setup a different branch/company. I did not get to many responses on by last topic, so I’ll try again for some better luck🙂.  I would like some help in creating a GI to use with a Dashboard to show Revenue vs Budget Revenue by Quarter.  I only want to show all Sales Accounts (4000s).The pop up totals in this example do not match the Actuals and Budget numbers from reports.  

In the Sales Manager Dashboard there is a “YTD Sales vs Quota” box.  Where do we input "Quotas"?  And the YTD sales is blank.  Can someone direct me where to input the Quotas and how to get the YTD sales to show up?   Also, the Key Customer Growth box is also blank.  Where do we input data or make selections so we can use this display? Thank you for your help.

Hello community,I have been trying to create a new report by copying the existing one and saving it to the server. For this:I first loaded the report from the Reports List in the Report Designer. After making the modification, I saved it with a new name. After saving it, I tried to Save it to the server. But after refreshing the instance, upon checking in the Site Map (SM200520) screen, I am not able to find the report. Kindly let me know how to achieve this. Thanks in advance.

When we set Vendors to payment method of FEDWIRE, the “Payment Instructions” are configured to collect 4 Description/Value pairs for ACH Banking Information;I am attempting to export 2 of those values in an export scenarioCan I do it as shown below by using the correct line number values?or can I set the field/action name some to:  IF DESCRIPTION = BENEFICIARY ACCOUNT NO: , output value to this column?I could use some help on figuring this out. 

Hi,I have a strange issue. I am creating a row set using account groups for the Balance Sheet. However, when I select the Data Source for a line item that has a G/L type for an Account Group, if I select Account to Expand and select a Row Description it is not properly displaying the correct row description. Is this a known issue or by design. Let me know.  This is for 2022 R2. Note: This is not an issue when I am using Account Groups on the Income Statement side.   Thanks,Frances

Good day,We are experiencing an issue with the 2022R1 AR Aging report including :Cancelled invoices.   Is this a bug?  Do we need to revise the AR Aging.  Does not seem like Cancelled invoices should show up anytime no matter when we set the date for the aging report.  It has caused Accounting stress that the AR Aging includes these invoices especially for audits.Anyone run into this issue?  Can recommend a course of action.  Our VAR has put a case of ACM Support which does take time.  I would rather not have update the report until I know if this a bug or something wrong with the report and maybe get a solution from ACMYou assistance is greatly appreciated.@Evan G 

I configured out clients Easypost account and was able to easily add nearly all the UPS services I need EXCEPT for Worldwide services.I checked on Easyposts’ site and they do support them but they don't show up in my available services. What am I doing wrong?
