I am trying to get a file id associated with an image for a stock item. I found this information on stack overflow that states that you can link these tables for the entity table and the UploadFile table through the NoteID field. However, I am not having success with this. I think this may be because Stock Items don’t have an associated note id and those are only for screens with associated documents like a sales order, but I’m not sure. I am linking these tables in this way:I’ve been able to have partial success with this, but it’s very slow and only successful for around 60% of the results. Does anyone know if there is a field that can link between PX.Objects.IN.InventoryItem and PX.SM.UploadFile?

Hi Team, We are implementing three different companies with different base currencies in a tenant. We have enabled “Multi base currencies” setup for this activity. When unpublishing Customization Projects we are constantly running into errors due to the Customization Project not completely unpublishing. And even deleting the Customization Project does not resolve the errors. Can someone help me troubleshoot? Thanks!

Hello,I created a Generic Inquiry which works as expected.  I can click within the headings of the 2 columns marked as “Quick Filter” and the filters work there.However, the “universal search” within the GI does not work.  All records are always returned even when I am attempting to search based on the value entered. Any thoughts on what I am missing?

Is there a way to create an Approval process on a specific inventory ID and quantity. For example if I were purchasing apples but wanted to approve anything over a quantity of 50 before my purchases could create a PO or make a transfer.

How do you confirm and be sure that AP balance is equals to GL balance and their is no variance?

I am in the process of trying to connect a SQL Server View to Acumatica. Right now I am on the “Create Code File” and there should be, in the drop down the ability to select lBqlTable but it does not exist. The only selections that are available are:New Graph, New DAC, Graph Extension, DAC Extension, Code File, and Customization Plug-in. 

Hello Community,In Synchronization tab of the File Maintenance screen, we find the field SSH Authentication Key when using SFTP.This field only allows to selecting a key from a list of existing keys. Has anyone added /activated existing functions keys, that are currently not available on the mobile app. I had a case on this and was pointed to the following articles.Which are informative but disjointed and most likely over complicate what has to be done to activate the existing Action keys. I attempted to follow the instructions, I  have supplied a image of the customization, and an image of what mobile functions are available.  When the PO is in pending print status. A couple issues using the mobile app the PO cannot be opened (open Status)  which is what is wanted. The print /no print options were deemed not essential an left off the mobile app, as space is limited.  I checked this from my end. By default, due to the space constraints of a phone screen, not every function is available in the mobile application.
