Adding Multiple Budget Line for the same GL account (Default Subaccount)

Hi,

One of my client has a requirement to have multiple lines for the same GL Account in the budget. They are not willing to go for  a subaccount structure hence the default subaccount will be used for each line.

Has anyone come across this requirement and is there any workaround or appraoch we could use,

    Hello,

    Here are some ideas:

    • Customer could use multiple Budget Ledgers to record different amounts to the same account.
    • Customization might be able to remove the restriction of one line per Account from Budgets screen.
    • The customer could use Excel for their budget, with or without Velixo to read the Acumatica database directly.
