In the Posting Class, I’ve configured the Subaccount to pull the first 3 segments from the Warehouse. I also have the subaccounts set up on the Warehouse level. However, when I create an SO, Shipment, and the resulting GL transaction, it’s still pulling from the Inventory Item instead of the Warehouse. Am I missing a setup step somewhere?

You can absolutely use WWW-IIIII-IIII in the Posting Class. With this method: the first segment (WWW) will retrieve the account from the Warehouse. The next two segments (III) will retrieve the account from the Inventory.

Click on the "GENERAL" tab in the Posting Class. For example, if you want "COGS/Expense Sub." to follow the warehouse, under "Use COGS/Expense Account from," select "Warehouse." Under "Combine COGS/Expense Sub. from," Click F3 on the first segment and select "WWW" (www means warehouse).
Similarly, Click F3 on the second and third segments and select "WWW" (www means warehouse)
You must also set up the corresponding "COGS/Expense Sub." on the warehouse screen.
