Hi,I'm trying to add a Business Event to add a SO Line when a Payment Method is CC (Credit Card).I have tried reading all online documentation, including a (to me) substandard video on the Acumatica learning portal itself, and other online video tutorials, but am not getting that info that I need to do this.  I would appreciate if someone could walk through the steps, and give an example.  I feel I am close, but can't get it to add the line.  In history it shows it running, but nothing is ever added.   I am sure I am missing something basic - like missing 1 step somewhere.   I wish the documentation was better.  It is pretty bare bones.I code, and do customization, but have never used the Business Events feature and trying to learn. Appreciate any feedback.I can post what I have done but I was really looking for a guide.  If there is a link that would be great but I have not found any links to do what I am asking, with any explanation.

We have a set of stock items, and those items are allowed to sell to only a customer.  Is there a way we can restrict so we don’t sell to other customers?

Can a Stock Item be available for sale to only one customer? We have custom products that are made specific for one customer and we don’t want these available to other customers or to be accidently sold to other customers. 

I am trying to build an import scenario that creates external user accounts for all of our active accounts.My desired outcome is below.  The users email address is the login name and the user record is linked to the contact record. When we use this in our external system, this is how we determine the customer that this user is associated to. I made this scenario but I can’t get it to work. I am unable to get it to link to the contact linked entity.  The mapping I am using is correct (ie: the string value for the display name matches the value in the linked entity box if I do it manually. Here is the design of my scenario: Here is the error I get when trying to processes this.  My assumption is I am mapping to the User Type and/or linked entity incorrectly. I’m trying to set the Company/Branch field of the Load Options(Load Documents) dialog from the Payments and Applications screen to default to the whole organization as opposed to a specific branch.However, the field is configured with the OrganizationTree attribute, which doesn’t have an obvious way of overwriting the default.Since this field resolves to a the Baccount of the branch or organization, I tried appending PXDefault(1), but no dice.Anyone deal with this before? 

We have access to Kit Specifications and Kit Assembly however we are getting this error. Is this a access right or something else blocking our company from the ability to create kits in Acumatica. “Error: An error occurred during processing of the field Kit Inventory ID: Error: 'Kit Inventory ID' cannot be found in the system.”

Hi, each month when we Run Project Billings we get a handful of “Completed/Closed” projects that get pulled in because of “unbilled” transactions incurred for miscellaneous reasons.There doesn’t seem to be a default field or parameter to control this.Is there a way to exclude projects from the Run Billing process based on Status? 

I have an item we previously made in house, but are we’re now purchasing from an outside vendor. I’ve update the replenishment parameters and assigned those to our warehouse but the item is not populating on the Prepare Replenishment screen. The item is active, the Item Warehouse status is active, the replenishment method doesn’t have any launch or termination dates. I’ve tried deleting the replenishment method and adding back. I’ve tried overriding the replenishment settings  What am I missing here? What other settings would prevent this item from displaying on Prepare Replenishment? 

I would like to run a report with the data in the APTranPostBal “table”; however, it is hidden in the DAC. Has anyone used a variation of this in a GI (preferably)?  

HiI have a client who will be using ADP for payroll that plans on bringing in project related details using Project transactions.  The client has project specific rates for items and that works great for regular hours but occasionally they have overtime rates that need to be billed to the client.  What would be the best practice to accommodate the different billable rate? is it possible to have more than one rate on a rate table for the same item? One thought was to create a second non-stock item for each of their labor items to account for the overtime rate.  The client and I weren’t loving this option but were willing to explore. i’d love to hear what the community's thoughts are and what you may have done in the past? I appreciate your help in advance!

Hello all. We have built an integration to push Journal Transactions into Acumatica with the Rest API. Our transactions can have hundreds of line items, which would come over as Transaction Details. We first tried to do this within a single request. I have added a new UDF field in the shipment screen, now I tried adding an workflow where it should not allow to confirm shipment without entering value in that UDF field but it not working. Can anyone help in doing this.

Hi All,The issue pertains to version 2021 R2 Build 21.212.0039.that we are using currently (planning to switch to version 2023 R2 Build 23.207.0025 next month)After completing a GI, we are facing the same issue of the Screen ID reverting back to 00000000 and disappearing from the saved list in their respective workspace (ReferNot only that, even the Save button for creating Filters is disabled. Because of the Screen ID reverting to 00000000, the GI is not available in the Access Rights screen. The error message reads "Sequence contains no elements”Does this issue persist in version 2023 R2 Build 23.207.0025?Any help/suggestion please? Manish

See question above This seems to be causing issues with closing SORs since we have all these comments & instructions showing on SOR as Requires Scheduling but they are marked as Complete on the underlying appointment.

Hello! Does anyone have any clients who accrue their PTO by anniversary date and not calendar date? How do you handle that? Thank you!

Has anyone figured out how you would make a manual entry to an employees PTO bank. For example, if the accrual was setup wrong, or the company decided to give them some extra time for whatever reason. I can’t figure out how I would adjust the time they have for that pto. 

Can I change a description on a transaction that has already been posted in the bottom part, I know I can change it at the top.   

Does Acumatica have AI (Artificial Intelligence) receiving functionality? A client of mine thinks there is but I haven't heard or seen this anywhere in the system.  Thanks for your help. Nirav S
