Hi community, The system I am creating sales orders on is having some discrepancies between the manually created sales orders and API-created sales orders. When the delivery route assigned to a customer has a trip the next day and you manually create a sales order with a Requested Date of next-day, the sales order auto-fills its Pick On date for today as expected. When doing it via API, it skips the next-day trip and auto-fills the Pick On date for the day before the next trip even if that is next month. I already set the PX-CbApiBusinessDate when creating the sales order and made sure the time zone is correct in my user profile. Is there something I can do like set the Created Date value of the sales order or adjust the date via API after the record is created? Please let me know if I need to clarify anything! Thank you.

Hi,We have a client who is using an external software for their Scale solution. Each day, they upload a file through an import scenario to upload the individual invoices through the Sales Order screen as we need to keep the same document ID when creating the invoice in Acumatica. I’ve create attributes within the SO header section to keep track of important information and we need to have those attribute to transfer over to the invoice document. During our test phase, I did create a Generic Inquiry to pull the Invoice ID and the attributes and a Business Event to do an import scenario to import the attribute values when the Sales Order have been invoiced. The business event was working without issues. Now that we have gone Live with Acumatica, the attributes are not importing in the Invoice document because the business event is giving the following error. “The last error was CustomerID cannot be blank.”. The weird part is, it will work when I execute each record individually within th

hi, I am working on a report. I have passed Parameter name “Items” which is attach with inventoryitems. When I am selecting Items in parameter and running reports its duplicating the grids two time (as shown in picture below) .In the QTY column i want user to select the QTY from parameter. that must be from 1-100. Is there any way to do that? If yes please guide me on this.  I wa unable to see my tables after creating relation between customer and address so I make relation of these tables like this as shown in picture is this causing the issue? I dont want to join Inventory table with any other. but without relation it was added but not shown.     

Does anyone have a solution on how we can copy user-defined fields values across these screens when we create a shipment from a sales order and an invoice from the shipment?

Hi All,I’m just getting started with the Test SDK, and I’m following the starter guide on GItHub (Acumatica/Test-SDK-Starter-Guide (github.com)) , but I cannot get past the “Could not read configuration file: Illegal characters in path.” error.  I updated the command line to point to the config file, I’ve downloaded the original project multiple times, but I keep hitting the same issue.Feel like I must be missing something simple.Error and Parameter shown in below screenshots.

I want to add the address field to the selectors commonly used on the Contacts, Leads and Opportunity tables. I have a question about conflicting role access. as far as I can tell from reading in the forums it doesn't seem like there should be any access that is able to be conflicting as it should default to whatever role has more access. All of that being said we continually have issues Where our roles are conflicting with each other and the access that they have. has anyone else had this issue? like i said reading through the forums it doesn't seem like it should be an issue. but we’ve seen it time and time again when assigning roles. 

The user wants to use an RC Sales Order to return an item from a customer into the user’s inventory.  But it was a drop-ship originally from a vendor directly to the customer.  So the original sales order was Mark for PO and linked to a Drop-ship PO from vendor to customer.  Now, when processing the RC Sales Order to credit the customer and return the item to inventory, if they try to create a Receipt against the RC Sales Order, they get an error “Order RC R000xxx does not contain any items planned for receipt on date 05/29/2024”.  The system also won’t let them uncheck the “Mark for PO” box on the detail line of the RC Sales Order.  It seems like the only way to process the RC Sales Order is to create a Vendor Return, tell the system that the item is being shipped back to the vendor (which it actually isn’t), and create another PO and Receipt for the vendor and receive the item into inventory.  Then they can apply any vendor documents against each other to cancel out the fake return a

Hi All, One of our clients has a requirement to have Prefixes to choose from or to type in that have independent Autonumbering Sequences behind it.I know we can handle part of it through Segmented Keys and Values, yet the Autonumbering is Global. What we would need to have is the following:AAA0001AAA0002BBB0001CCC0001AAA0003CCC0002 I hope this makes sense.Are there any solutions in native Acumatica or some recommendations on how to customize this?

Hello all,We are new to Acumatica (Construction Edition).  We are running 2023 R2.  Does anyone have experience with processing joint checks in receivables? We are a subcontractor and the GC issued us a joint check to us and our vendor.  We endorsed it and sent it to our vendor.  Now we need to apply this to AR draw as well as AP bills.  There doesn’t seem to be an easy (or any) way to do this.  All we see for joint checks is to issue a joint check for an AP Bill.  But we are looking for information on how to handle incoming joint checks.  Any pointers are appreciated. 

Hi All, I am trying to create a bill of lading. So I have created a report in which I have passed one parameter of customer_id which will be selected by user before running report. and i want that selected customer to be printed in report under shipment heading. But it’s not printing the complete address not even the name of the customer. Can anyone please guide me or help me I am new to Acumatica Report Designer ? I have attach screen shots and RPX file. I have created the relation of customer with address dac but its shows me error  

When the Action Date for a Purchased Item is in the past (meaning Promise Date is less than today plus lead time), creating a Purchase Order from the Inventory Planning Display results in a PO with a line Promise Date equal to today plus the Item’s lead time. Is there a way to use the date from the requirement rather than pushing it out to full lead time? This doesn’t communicate to the Vendor that we would like the item sooner than their normal lead time if possible.

I’ve been learning how to create screens from scratch using the new UI framework, and so far I’ve created a simple maintenance screen and a basic Inquiry screen.The maintenance screen is working just fine and the Inquiry screen is also working as expected except for one peculiar issue that I need help with that doesn’t even seem related to the new UI.(I’m suspicious I may be overlooking something obvious, but the solution has eluded me!) I am aware that the new UI is not ready for production use - I’m just trying to learn what I can so I’m ready for it!The inquiry screen is built on a simple projection DAC and combines information from SOOrder, SOLine, and SOLineSplit.The header of the screen has 2 filter fields.Inquiry header filtersThe “Only Show Completed Lines” filter is working correctly and when selected, only lines with an order status of “Completed” are shown.The “Warehouse” filter returns 0 records when a filter value is entered. No Matching Records FoundI’ve shared screenshot

Hi All,We have observed issue on project billing screen with respect to tax calculation.Scenario:C90000 – Customer created  with Avalara Tax Zone.C90010- Customer created with Manual Tax Zone. On Project Billing screen customer with Avalara Tax Zone , the tax calculation is zero always, and not calculating taxes from Avalara. When we use the Manual Tax Zone with Tax Schedule. the tax is calculated. Did anyone had this issue and what is the best option to solve, also if any later version which is available with the fix, please do suggest.
