I have a page called "QCC Order Review" it was created using Generic Inquiries. On the page where the option is Update I want to update the Order's Status from On Hold to Open.  I use Mass Update Files in Generic Inquiries to do this. I have updated one more field Status.
 

 

However, when I Update Status, I get an error: Error: The field Status cannot be updated in this record because the field is disabled.

 

 

 

I don't know where to enable the Status field. Please help me and advice for this problem.?

Hi @PhatPham,

You do not need to use Mass Update Fields tab to update values, You can use Mass Actions tab to add the Actions(Hold, Remove Hold) and update the status of the Sales orders.

It will update the status of sales orders.

HI @PhatPham 

 

This could be due to the workflow, where the transition defined to the Open status is Remove Hold, unlike some data records in which it is unticking the Hold field.
