Printing Drop Ship POs

We just found out we cannot print drop-ship POs once it’s been received while being in the PO. 

Does anyone know the reason? We have a work-around of reopening the PO and printing, or using the Printed Form in the PO list screen.

Hi ​@alexx I don’t know exactly WHY Acumatica doesn’t allow you to print drop ship purchase order when it is in Completed status, but this is the system standard behavior. I looked in the Drop Ship workflow, ‘print purchase order’ action is not in the Completed state. 

If you must print drop ship PO after it’s been completed, I suggest creating a copy of the standard drop ship workflow, then add the print action to the completed state. Hope this helps!
