Last Statement Date not updating

I prepared statements for the date of 10/31/2025 and successfully sent those statements, however Acumatica is still showing the “Last Statement Date” of 4/30/2025. Why is this date not showing as 10/31/2025 since that was in fact the most recent date statements were generated?

@JuliaQ, There was a known issue, Jira AC-344407 and Jira AC-340465 with the Statements printing as expected but the Last Statement Date was not being updated.  This is resolved in 2025R101Patch3.  If you are not planning to upgrade soon, I would recommend submitting a case with Acumatica Support.

@JuliaQ we experienced the same issue and our reseller had to create a support ticket with Acumatica to resolve it.

I am using Acumatica Cloud ERP 2024 R2 Build 24.215.0011 +

It seems like the field was updating when the process was performed regularly. There were a few months where we did not generate or send statements, but I figured once a new batch was generated the field would update. It did not.

@JuliaQ Hi there, is there any chance you are still experiencing this? I am currently on 26R1 (26.100.0175), and we are still having this occur. The Last Statement date updates for the statement cycle, but some customers Last Statement Date remains unchanged, even if a statement was actually generated for them.

@JuliaQ Thank you for letting me know. This makes it impossible for us to regenerate the customer’s statement if we find an error and their latest statement was not updated correctly.  It’s been causing quite a few headaches for us too.
