We are very new to Acumatica and going live in January.  Because of the volume of new installs, we couldn’t get consultation to setup the PR system.  So please forgive the basic nature of these questions. I’ve run a full PR cycle with actual hours and the results were very impressive.  With the exception of the local LST and EIT not calculating the 1% or 1.00 per week.  I’ve updated taxes, assigned to employees, even manually adjusted without success. On top of this after restoring a bu to rid the db of the pr cycle, I no longer have the “+” sign to add a PR/DD cycle. Any help is appreciated.  2020R1 204 version. Thank you

Acumatica Payroll W-2s have been tested and are now available in the forms list under Government Reporting. For those customers with 2020 R1 Update 112 or later and are live with Acumatica Payroll and needing to produce 2020 W-2s; you can start the process now:Steps:With your partner or consultant’s assistance, please download and publish the AC186560.GenerateW2.zip customization.   In Payroll > Government Reporting > select 2020 W-2/W-3.  Follow the reporting prompts to review before eFiling the W-2s/W-3.For those customers with 2020 R2 currently installed, you may also make use of three new annual reports for taxes, earnings, and deductions & benefits to assist in year-end reconciliation. Steps:With your partner or consultant’s assistance, please download and publish the AC183652PayrollAnnualReports.zip customization.   After customization has been installed, the reports will display in the Payroll workspace.

Acumatica’s payroll tax set up does not allow for the entry of the mandatory SOC codes. Is anyone else needing to report to Indiana?

Anyone know if there is a way to print or view a report/inquiry of the GL posting of a payroll check before it is released?  I keep getting a G/L out of balance error when I go to release the check.  Not finding any answers in knowledgebase or general community search.  Any ideas are greatly appreciated.  Is there a good point person from Acumatica to ask payroll questions of or is this the best place to post questions of this type? Thanks Kathy

May I know when integration of an Information System and Acumatica ERP is happened in what system we maintain the master data specifically for the areas of payroll and Employee Information Management?
