Hi, I am trying to set up Twilio, but I am getting an error message when I try to send the SMS from the system, I got a trial account and number from Twilio for my tests but somehow it isn’t working, Could I have missed something?

It looks like your Account SID is missing. Check if it is still valid and the token you have generated is valid too. The number you are using should be authorized to send SMS. If it is still not working, then I would request you to create a support ticket with Acumatica. I am seeing below note in my demo instance, so maybe you need to reach out to Acumatica.
