Is there any way to work with budgetss with different calendars? For example a School would like to have a fiscal year budget (January to December) and another budget for the school calendar (July to June)?

One idea is to set up two Budget ledgers and attach both to the School’s Company/Branch. Enter the monthly budgets separately, January to December in one budget ledger and July to June budget in a different ledger.

When designing financial reports, you can show Actual Column followed by Fiscal Year budget for the month, followed by School Calendar Budget for the month.

All budgets share the fiscal year of the Company but we can place budget amounts into the correct months and report on them correctly in this situation.
