Hello! We are just starting to use the Advance SO Invoices for our Sales Orders and we are coming to an impasse when we go to release these SO Invoices. Receiving the error message “Object reference not set to an instance of an object” and we are unsure how to proceed.When I view the trace I see this error:Does anyone know how to get around this error?Thank you!

I am using multi base currency and it enforce restrict visibility to specific companies or group of companies, Is it possible to create a supplier or customer without this restriction being enforced. I extended the companies on the tenant as customer and vendors and the system does not force this restrict visibility rather it create a tab for balances with multiple currencies. Standard Vendor Extended Company as Vendor, the restrict visibility no longer has the asterisk  

Hi all,We have some timing issues in some European countries where we need to report VAT and Acumatica is using the Invoice date to make the reports, so we end up “sending” some late invoices to the next period. We are wondering if we can configure Acumatica to prepare Tax Reports based on the Invoice Posting Period instead of Doc Date?Thank you,a.

Hello,The cost statistics within our Stock Items and Item Warehouse Details are not updating at all.  We are on average cost.  Receiving/adjusting/selling/Recalculate Inventory/Update Standard Costs don’t have any impact on the statistics. I can look at our valuation reports and work out what the average cost of something is, but where is this value actually stored?  Can I get it on a report or inquiry anywhere?Additionally, we allow our inventory to be sold negative, but when that happens, it uses this “Last Cost” field.  Problem is, this thing looks like it was only populated from our initial imports into Acumatica and hasn’t updated since (and many part #s have $0 for the Last Cost).We’re on an older version of Acumatica, but I’ve been testing our environment on 2024 R1, and it doesn’t seem like this works there either.Any help is much appreciated! 

Is anyone aware of any integrations that Acumatica has done with Spiceworks? 

I am trying to figure out a following scenario for Fixed Assets using DV as Depreciation method.I have Assets With Following details:When I perform the First depreciation it has posted negative value which has essentially increased the net asset value from its last depreciation amount before migration.Is this Normal to have a negative value posted to the depreciation ?Please also note the client has currently amended from AUS financial year to US financial year.

Hi, I have active currencies (other than the base currency) in a system that are not ticked to “use for accounting”. They cannot therefore be used in Customers or suppliers. The currency record option is not greyed out, but it will not allow the option to be ticked (no error just won’t hold the tick). The currencies have not been used and even if I create a new currency record the option use for accounting option cannot be turned on. Have I missed something?

Specifically:Is there a way for Acumatica to flag or stop an invoice if it exceeds a pre-set threshold or budget? I came upon one customer showing value/amount under Unreleased Balance and Open Orders Balance. May I ask if anyone can help me out where can I possibly check/verify these amounts. I have set up multi calendar on the same tenant now I want to consolidate. I have India company with calendar from April to March and UK parent company, with January to December. when I try to consolidate there is a period mismatch. how do I map the posting periods of India to that of UK, for consolidation purpose. 

We have an invoice from 2022 with a small negative balance that we would simply like to do away with in any manner possible. Since it is from 2022, write offs, credit memos have not worked. Now just looking for suggestions on how to just get rid of it, if possible. Thanks!   

I have set up bank rules for a range of different transactions. When processing these transactions, I always get a 1 cent variance due to the tax calculation. Is there a way to automatically apply a rounding account? 

Just a quick question asking about the best way to process a failed vendor payment from the bank when matching payments.We have voided the failed payments as we were shown but need to know do we still remove that payment from the payment batch so it can be reconciled?  And, then what do we do with the new receipt from the bank that is the return of the failed payment?  Do we just create a transaction in the matching payments screen and then journal that back to the bank when done to make sure the balances match?

When we apply invoices to Prepayments, we expect that the cash account would be debited, and our suspense account would be credited.  We are new to Acumatica and all of our knowledge on what should happen is based on the system we are moving from soon.  Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. 

How can a Calendar Fiscal Year be changed to a Non-Standard Fiscal Year?

I’m looking for ideas on a simple way to manage royalty fees that we will owe to a 3rd party licensing agent for stock items we are purchasing from a vendor (a separate entity from the licensing agent). Ideally these costs would be added to the inventory asset value but also generate an accounts payable due to the third party anytime the inventory item is received. We do this in other cases, but in those situations the licensor is supplying us with a royalty tag that is applied to the stock item and we’re using manufacturing to assemble a new stock item from the item we purchase and the royalty tagIn this new situation, the vendor we purchase the stock item from will apply the royalty tag on our behalf, but we need the liability costs to hit our AP as soon as the goods are received.  I believe we might be able to use landed costs, although that is somewhat complex to manage and I’m not sure it would automate the AP upon receipt. We have a consolidation company which has a different calendar to the master calendar. When running the allocations for the branches in this company, the allocation process is using the master calendar and not the company calendar.For example: The company calendar period 01-2024 is the period 10-2023 in the master calendar. If the allocation is run for the period 01-2024, the batch period created from the allocation is  04-2024.When running these allocations one needs to use the master calendar relating to the company calendar: i.e. for period 01-2024 in the company, the period selected when running the allocation needs to be 12-2023.Is there a setting where one can specify which financial calendar should be used for the allocations in the selected company?

What user role is needed to create templates in Payroll? My employee is receiving an error message that says You have insufficient rights to access the object (AUTemplateController)I understand where to add them but I am not sure which role . Their current roles are AR-Accounts Receivable, AR Clerk-Access to AR functions, AR Viewer-Read only access to AR Functions and Viewer   

What is the best way to handle this scenario using ACUpayOrder create and Card payment was entered, and authorized for the full order amount of order  The item was shipped in two shipments (qty 24 on the first, and 16 on the second), generating two invoices.  When the first shipment invoiced, it captured the amount of that shipment and closed out the payment.  When the second shipment invoiced, it did so as an AR balance on the customer because the payment was closed. 

I want to bulk print the official receiprts (Receivable). Is there any such function? 

Is there any way to prevent customer discounts from affecting credit memos? We want to create credit memos without the discounts.

Remittance Tab Bill pay section has numbers defaulted in it which is not allowing me to change. Trying to delete or use backspace not numbers won't change. This is the cash account.
