1. Truncated Module Menu Descriptions
Some of the module menu names are too long and get chopped off, making it hard to figure out where to go. Right now, you have to hover over them to see the full text, which is kind of annoying. It’d be so much better if the full names just showed up without needing extra clicks or hovering.

2. Misleading Validation in Generic Inquiry Formulas
When you’re setting up formulas in Generic Inquiry, the validation check isn’t always reliable. It might say everything’s fine, but then you run the inquiry and—bam—errors pop up. That’s frustrating because you think you’re good to go, but you’re not. Fixing this so the validation actually catches problems before saving would save a lot of time and headaches.

3. Complex Procure-to-Pay Process and Billing Inaccuracies
The whole Purchase Requisition > Purchase Order > Receipt > Invoice > Payment flow can get confusing, especially with partial receipts and returns. The system lets you bill for the full amount even after returns, which isn’t right—it should only bill what’s actually received (Receipts minus Returns). Plus, if returned items come back in a new receipt, you can accidentally bill them again, leading to double invoices. Simplifying this so the system automatically adjusts for returns would make billing way smoother and less error-prone.

4. Dashboards Need More Flexibility
Dashboards are great for tracking stuff, but customizing them feels too limited. You’re stuck tweaking widgets by hand or using templates that don’t quite fit what you need. For example, making a chart to compare things like Income vs. Expenses or Budget vs. Actual is super hard—or just not possible—compared to something like Excel. Adding stuff like drag-and-drop layouts, better filters, and the option to build custom charts with multiple values would make dashboards a lot more useful and fun to use.
