Error : Error: 'TaxBucketID' cannot be empty.

I am on 2024 R 1. I am trying to correct invoices that were created with he incorrect tax amounts. 

I have created a Credit memo but receivng error message  “ Error: 'TaxBucketID' cannot be empty.” when I try to release. 

 

Where is this Tax Bucket ID located ? 

The trace only states “

The following error can be as a result of any missing tax related configurations associated with the document

I would suggest checking the following:

  • On the Taxes screen > check if the Tax ID has all necessary configurations (such as Tax Schedules)
  • Ensure Tax Agency, Tax Category and Tax Zone used on this document are configured correctly
