Question from client:
For the charges that are left after Auto-Match is complete under Process Bank Transactions, every single line will go to the Create Payment tab and I have to click on the Match to Payments tab and click on the Match to Multiple Payments and Match to Receipts and Disbursements options for the leftover charges to show up. Can we set this up to where it will stay on the Match to Payments tab? I will never use the Create Payment feature and when I’m clicking off 400+ charges manually, it gets really annoying that I have to click on so many things just to match the “bank” charge to the “payment”.
I looked into this and could not find a way where unmatched transactions don’t default to the Create Payment tab. I looked at Bank Transactions Rules but that did not seem to help. Any suggestions?
