Rounding Diff issue

Hello Guys 

Can you help me with these issue

suddenly had rounding diff. the first picture is correct but the 2nd picture had rounding diff.

I see that this was labeled as International Manufacturing. Is there a currency exchange occurring here? 

I am not sure what your rounding rules are (or if you need them), but keep in mind that the rounding limit is set in the base currency but is applied to documents in foreign currencies as well.
