We are currently going through an audit. How do I get documentation of a backup being tested for successful restoration?

Apparently you can Void an AP or Quick Check that has already been marked as cleared and/or reconciled in the system.  I put a ticket in with the Acumatica support and was advised to put in an idea for product change.  Has anyone else found this and addressed this issue?

The QTY on hand shows 0, Available QTY is 5 and available for shipping read 0 also, what is might be the course of this difference

Hi All,We would like to display an error to the user if the Project Budget exceeds while adding the details in Purchase Order and stop them from removing it from hold.Acumatica does some calculation on page load and displays a warning when the budget is exceeded as shown below: This is the budget in the project: For the Project, Project Task, Cost Code and Account Group combination, the budget in project is 1500 but in PO is 1501, so it is displaying the warning message.There are other logic as well which I do not know yet and it is complex if I have to replicate the logic.My job is to see if the budget is exceeded or not if it is exceeding, I need to g

Hi All.  We are looking for a way to close refunds that remain open with an irrelevant balance on them. There is an option to Write Off invoices or memos, but not for refunds. Is there a way to add that option to refunds?Thanks, 

We create service orders and sales orders (type of SO), which then get invoiced from there.  We also create RC Sales Orders for Credit Memos, which are created in the SO workspace.  The invoices, once released, go into Receivables, but they bypass the Receivables approval process.We need approvals on all invoices and credit memos, not just the ones that are created directly in the Receivables workspace, and approvals are not available for SO invoices and CM’s.  Is there a way to put this in place?

Hi, quick questionI noticed an Project Allocation was done twice in August….. I tired to reverse 1 Allocation and it reversed in Sept……. How do i reverse a reversal to get it in same month? Is it possible to change a date when reversing an allocation?

Hello,I’m creating payment pluign and integration between acumatica and cybersource payment acceptance, Cybersource secure acceptance requires creating of signature that is being posted with the transaction details, cybersource uses this signature to verify that the authenticity of the request.This signature can have special characters like = / _ - … etcWhen I implment GetDataForPaymentForm, I add the signature as form Parameter input with other transaction parameters, I set UseGetMethod = false so it uses POST method.Submitting to cyberosurce endpoint always fails because of invalid signature, upon troubleshotting, I found that Acumatica is stripping the = character from the signature when posting to the end point which at the end make signature not matching and cybersource declined the transaciton.And cybersource won’t accept URL encoded signature and it fails as wellI did PxTrace logging and made sure that correct signature is gene

I am working on a 12-month calendar forecast P&L.  It is not a rolling report and will always display January - December from left to right and a total. The results will display either actual or budget.  For the months up to and including the date the report is run the actual results display by month and budget will display for the months after the date selected.  For example, if I set the date to 08/2024 the report will display actual results in separate columns for January - August and budget in the columns for September - December.along with a total.  The column set has 36 columns, 12 columns to pull actual, 12 to pull the budget and 12 to add the combination of actual/budget based on the date selected.  I have it working to display either actual or budget by month using a visibility formula.  I now need the visibility formula to use in the 12 columns of totals so that only the total for the combination I have selected displays.  I have tried the formulas in other discussions

I am looking to implement Late Costs - costs that come in and need to be charged against a sales order often after the SO is completely closed out. Some examples of Late Costs would be Use Tax, an incoming freight charge, storage fees, credit card charges that are incurred in the field and not realized until after the SO is closed, and if we have a vendor bill that we want to reflect some or all its value to a Sales Order or specific sales order lines but the sales order line for it may already be closed (invoiced)Attached is a document that outlines the overview. Have you done this or know somewhere it has been implemented successfully?  

We have projects where we charge professional fees at an hourly rate and others that are billed on a flat rate basis.We are in the process of configuring an administration fee applicable to professional fees. For hourly rate projects we added an administration fee percentage directly in the billing rule calculation formula, and it works.On the other hand, we cannot do the same for fixed-price projects, the billing rule doesn’t allow access to the calculation formula. Is there another way to apply an administration fee to progress billing?

I have imported transactions from multiple tenants. Unfortunately there are about 8 batches that are out of balance. I do not understand why they are out of balance. I would appreciate assistance on this: Does nayone have any ideas on this?

Hi Team,We have a scenario regarding the consolidations of the financial statements. Appreciate if you could give your opinion regarding the scenario. There is a group of companies that contain 10 separate legal entities within the group. And the requirement from the client is to have separate financial statements for those legal entities and at the end of the month or any specific period of time, all the financial statements need to be consolidated. Also, the client needs to maintain 10 separate charts of account structures within the system. I already know we can have only one chart of account structure for all the companies within the system but i need to know whether if there is any workaround for that.  An example for the consolidation scenario is as follows. Company A has an account for record debtors as "Trade Receivable A" and then company B has an account for record debtors as "Trade Receivable B". Good day, I have a client that has a employee on vacation, with the delegation to a other employee from 9/27/24 to 10/12/24, so right now, the reassignation should be working the rule has the checkbox turned on to allow reassignation of Approvalas,. and instead of Employees, we have Workgroup to be the approver, the employee on vacation belogs to that workgroup, but the system is not allowing us to reassing the approval on the “Reassign Delegated Activities” screen (EP503020). if you have a Employee as the approver on the rule, the system reassings everything automatically with no issues, but not with a workgroup. As anybody find a solution how to reassing the approvals of a workgroup when they are out?

The prepare tax button and process/release was done mid month on accident. Now our GL is off and our generated AP bills are incorrect. Not capturing the second half of the month. The only solution I can come up with is creating a manual AP bill to pull the rest of the sales tax due in, but is there any other way to reverse what has happenned in order to just start over? Is there a way to capture the remaining tax due for October besides a manual AP bill? What would the ramifications be of creating an additional AP bill to pull in the rest of the sales tax due? How does that transmit into next months Sales Tax Prep in ACM? Does it mess anything up if our generated Tax due in ACM does not match what we actually file and pay?Thanks for any help!

Has anyone encountered a customer request like this, and is it something Acumatica can support? The customer is asking for all invoices from the statement period to be sent attached along with the AR statement. Please share your experience.

Hello all!We recently upgraded to Acumatica 2023 R2 Update 13 (Build 23.213.0015) and have noticed a slight change in the data type of the Currency Rate field located in screens such as Funds Transfers and Bills and Adjustments. At the moment, it appears the Currency Rate is rounding up if we try to manually adjust the SPOT type. This causes a number of issues for us, as some of our accounts that may be labeled USD or CAD will sometimes be transferring EUR, and we need to change the SPOT rate for those specific use cases, which is why we can’t simply set the currency rate and rely on the value that auto fills.The issue arises where, we add a value with 8 decimal places, but the value rounds up to 3 decimal places instead, which creates massive issues for our final RGOL value. 

I have a Customer with Auto-Apply Payments selected on the Customers screen.I entered a new Invoice and a new Payment into the system, separately.On the Auto Apply Payments screen, I have the Customer's Statement Cycle ID selected.I click Process, but nothing changes on the Invoice or Payments screen (the payment is not applied). After clicking process on Auto Apply Payments, Invoice still shows a balance:And no Invoices were added to the Application History tab on the Payment:

We have a client with three main companies.  Each company has it’s own logo.  The logo’s are set up in each Companies profile.  However, on the printed AR invoice the logo is the same.How do you set this up so that when an invoice is printed for a company, that companies logo is displayed?

Trying to enter a journal entry to a cash account for a specific branch, and get the error “cash account does not exist for the following branch and account:  LFD, 10100”We have a cash account set up for 10100 under branch RDA.  The box is UNchecked for “Restrict visibility with branch” in the Cash Account set up window.When posting a journal entry for 10100, if I select ANY branch other than RDA, I get the same error.  I thought that if I unchecked the restrict visibility with branch in the cash account window, that I would be able to post a journal entry for cash 10100 for any branch.If I go into Receivables and post a customer payment for branch LFD, I can select a payment method and the 10100 cash account in the payments & applications window.  But it doesn’t seem to work in the journal transaction screen.  So far, the only workaround I’ve found is to set up a separate cash account for 10100 under branch LFD.  Is that the only answer?  If so, I’m

When using blank check stock with a stub, stub, check format I currently get skipped check numbers when the remittance needs to print to a second page, in our case 17 or more. While this behavior makes sense with preprinted check stock, when I need to void a check because I’m using the second piece of paper only as continued remittance advice it doesn’t make sense with blank check stock. In theory each instance of a printed check could absolutely be an increment of 1 from the previous check number. How can I get a page break in my remittance after x number of rows but still have my non voided check numbers be incremented in steps of 1. I am NOT interested in using a separate remittance advice on a separate piece of paper.  

Hello, we have a prospect that loves Acumatica - except that the fixed assets system does not have the ability to perform a fixed asset inventory using scanning devices. I saw a 5 year old post in the community regarding this and I was hoping that someone has recently run into a third party or customization that allows for Fixed Asset inventories to be processing with a mobile device

Is a customer able to customize a template in AP doc recognition to make it specific to a particular vendor?
