Batch Payment export error

A user is getting the error below when clicking Export on a batch payment. When I log in as an administrator, I do not get the error. Thoughts anyone?

Check the Payment Method and verify that you have the export scenario setup correctly for the ACH batch file.

You should check the “Data Providers” screen and make sure your data provider is there.

You can also check in the Payment Methods screen:

Hi Jesse,

It may be an Access Rights issue. It’s hard to say exactly which rights you should extend for this user, but I’d suggest playing with Data Providers, Files, Payment Methods, and Export Scenarios. I believe viewer rights should be enough.
