Does anyone know how to put multiple dates on bills for payments? Say there is a bill for $800, it needs broken into 2 dates July 30 for $350 and September 1 for $450. I tried with credit terms installments but it does not break the bill out. 

Hi CommunityIs there a way to update GL with cost and accumulated depreciation when taking on an asset.Example - asset taken on with an existing accumulated depreciation at a point in time.You need to turn off GL Update in order to enter last depreciation period and accumulated depreciation in the Balance tab but turn it on again before saving the asset.The batch created is only for the cost and the GL batch need to have the accum. depr. added manually.It’s not a show stopper but creates unnecessary work.Any ideas would be appreciated.

I’m trying to add the primary contact’s name to my email notifications when emailing AR Invoices, e.g. Dear John Smith.But when I try to add a data field, I only get the Primary Contact ID number, e.g. Dear 6689In an earlier version I was able to use the “Attention” field, but now that field is greyed out in the Billing section. I have to manually override the settings and add the contact. Is there a way to add the greeting without having to override all my contacts? It’s too easy to overlook that tab. Thanks

Bills are issued from B, but we must pay to A (Parent of B)In Vendor Profile of Vendor B, we choose Vendor A in Parent Account field . Maybe I am missing something simple but is there any way to create a Vendor Invoice for the shipping cost from a SO Shipment? From 1 carrier we are invoiced for every shipment individually and would like to link the Shipment Vendor Invoice to be able to use it in the profitability calculation of the Sales Order.Most of our sales orders are either created with a flat rate shipping or free to our customer, we do not need to add the shipping cost to the Sales Order only create a Vendor Invoice for us to pay off of.

All,There is one customer where we need to charge an additional 10%; I’m confident we can accomplish this via Discount Codes but I’m at a loss on how to go about this.Are there any tutorials, walk throughs, videos etc on how to accomplish this?Any solution will do -- at the individual item level, via discount code, via a special item class, whatever it takes -- we need to apply an extra 10% for a specific customer to drive that price to our ecom portal.Thanks!

Scenario:A Fixed Asset Clearing Account was included in an Account Group. The FA Clearing Account was used for a Fixed Asset transaction with the Purchasing+ transaction type, but the user encountered the following error:“Inserting 'GL Transaction' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors. Project is required but was not specified. Account '1210101900' used in the GL Transaction is mapped to a Project Account Group.”The FA Clearing Account needs to be included in the Account Group so the user can monitor project-related costs.Also, how to specify a Project in an FA Transaction?

Are we able to edit the title line on the Balance Sheet report? We have consolidated Balance Sheet defined and it is either showing two different company names at the top or the wrong company names when viewing the different company reports through the tree selection. I’m not seeing the ability to open the Balance Sheet in the report designer and the row and column options do not seem to apply to the company names at the top. I’m trying to determine what variables it using for the company names.

Hello!I want to generate expense analysis report from report definitions and I’m required to view YTD as well as average value for a period. For an example, if I’m taking YTD values for 7th period, I want to view the average value for a period (YTD expenses / 07). I can take the YTD values (Ending Balance) and couldn’t find a way of taking average value. Is there anyway that I can do this?Thank You! 

Hi, I've created an import scenario to import customer payment methods, and the import completes successfully. However, the imported payment method is not appearing under the Payment Method tab in the Customer Master screen. Could someone assist me with this issue?For reference, I have attached the Data Provider and Import Scenario.Thanks 

Any know where this column value comes from?  It is used on Visible settings in the remittance area. When I this field is printed in the Balance Due column,  The DAC is APPrintCheckDetailWithAdjdDoc and there are no incoming or outgoing references.  Looking at the data the only value is A.wnen not I this field is printed in the Balance Due column   

Hello.  We are struggling to get the embedded signature to work when printing checks.  It appears to be set up correctly as the Admin users can print a check with the signature.  However, the AP Clerk responsible for this is not able to print a check with the signature.  It just prints the check, but not signature. I suspect there is a security setting I am overlooking somewhere.  Any help is much appreciated!

On the reconciliation statement CA302000 for a credit card statement, should the Statement Balance field be a negative as the credit card is a liability and the GL balance is a credit?  My client is starting a reconciliation, and I wanted to verify that the balance should be -100,000.00 for the reconciliation.Thank you!

We currently have consolidated financials setup so that company’s BLC and BBLPMC are included when running financial reports for company BLLLC. We also need company BLLLC to be included in these financial reports, but they are not being included.  I took a look at how the Unit Set is currently defined and it shows the following:Do I just need to add the parent company to the value to include it withing the consolidated reports like so? Am I going down the correct path with these changes or is there more that I need to do have data from all three companies within the consolidated reports?

Can someone let me know what the logic of the conversion of units of measure is. I have read the help area about 10 times and I must have a mental block as it seems to be the reverse of what I would expect for converting from one unit to another. i.e. I would think converting a box of 10 bottles to a base of 1 bottle would require the instructions to divide by 10 but the operand is multiply. I am feeling quite stupid about this so please be gentle.. 

Client has a utility vendor with the pay separately box checked.  When the client goes to select the AP bills for payment, they show with the pay separately box unchecked and all the AP bills come out on one AP check.  They have a workaround to check the boxes, but would like to have the functionality work for this.  I have attached an example.This has been happening with several of their vendors.  I do not see this as a known issue for 2024 R1.Does anyone know why this would be occurring?Thank you!

 Error: Inserting 'Purchase Order' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors. Tax Zone should be..ON. The warehouse and branch are both located in ON and the vendor is location in BC.  Error appears from create PO from requisition. Anyway to turn off taxes completely or the work around this for a company with multiple different tax zones per warehouses/branches. 

Our company purchases trees from farmers. These farmers require 25% deposit or prepayment upfront and then the remaining balance is due 2 weeks before shipment. I’m wondering what the best way to set up these credit terms are? All of these payments will occur BEFORE we receive product into Acumatica. Thanks!

I am trying to hide or disable the Return option in Purchase Receipts for our users since it is often used in error. I was really hoping I could figure this one out myself by using access rights by role in user security but am struggling to find the proper section. On another note, I am excited that they finally added the option to either cancel/correct a receipt in 2025R1!  

Hello Community, While exploring the Controller dashboard I tried to modify the Cash Position widget to display the Account Description instead of the Account Code.  I took at look at the underlying GI, CA0002DB, which has the Account Description selected, active, and visible. However, when you view the GI results the Account Description does not appear and it is not available in the Column Configuration window.I have tried removing the field and then adding it but there is no change.What am I missing?
