Cash Account Won't Show Up For Refunds

Hey all! I cannot figure out why I cannot get a specific cash account to appear when creating a refund. 
 

As you can see PAYPAL and WEBSITE are  accessible cash accounts for the “UNSETTLED” payment method. But “CCINCOME” is not, which is the desired cash account. 

Here are the settings for the desired cash account:

Does anyone have any insight as to why it’s not an option to select?

Hello,

Cash Account CCIncome for Branch HeadOffice is restricted by Branch.

 

Is the Refund for Branch Head Office, or for a different Branch?

If the Refund is for a different branch, to use CCIncome/Head Office’s Cash Account, the Restrict Visibility by Branch option needs to be un-selected on the Cash Account.

Hey Laura! That makes complete sense, but the PAYPAL and and WEBSITE accounts that I can select are also set up for the HEADOFFICE branch. even when a payment is logged under a NON-Headoffice branch.
