Hi all, we are interested in creating a data provider that would point to an Azure SQL database living in Microsoft Fabric. The challenge here is that Fabric supports Entra ID users, service principals, and groups only. SQL or Windows authentication aren’t supported.It doesn't appear that the built in SQL data provider driver, as of 25R1, supports Entra ID authentication.  We've come up with a couple of ideas but would be very interested to hear if anyone has been able to establish this kind of integration successfully.Our thoughts:Find a middleware driver that would support Entra ID authentication through Acumatica.  Potentially CDATA? Access fabric data through a linked server query to a SQL Managed Instance in Azure Replicate the fabric data to a regular Azure SQL DatabaseThoughts welcome.  Thank you!

Can someone tell me how Acumatica is calculating the Qty on Demand and Qty on Supply within the Prepare Replenishment screen?  For some of my products, I can easily see that the Qty on Supply is pulling open Purchase Orders and Kit Assemblies but there seems to be something else pulling in that I’m missing.  I cannot figure out at all what the Qty on Demand is pulling in.

Hi all, Does anyone know if there’s a way to pick Sales Order lines without having to create a shipment first?Right now, the only way we can pick is once a shipment’s been created, and we run everything through our WMS. The standard pick/pack/ship process doesn’t really suit our setup, and I’m wondering if there’s a better way to pre-pick stock into a designated area ahead of time?We’ve thought about just transferring the available stock into that area manually, then once the shipment’s created, reviewing the lines and updating them to the right location — but honestly, I’m hoping there’s a smoother, more efficient (ideally system-driven) method out there.Anyone come across a workaround or setup for this?

Good day, we updated our item weights from pounds to KG and volume to CBM,  Currently our open PO count about 800.  I would like to a suggestion on how we can update all of them at once without have to open each one, recalculate and then close.  Anyone ideas.  Right the PO if not recalculated after open has the weight and volume from when it was created.   Thank you.Evan

Hello,Hoping this is an easy one, I am trying to set/change the “From” to something other than Default on templates.  When I hit the magnifying glass, the only option is Default.  Is there something I need to change to allow the selection of another email account?  I have created email accounts for all users as well and still only get Default as an option.  

HiIs there a way to change the login page of an Acumatica system please? I did navigate to Customization Project , created a project and then went to Customization Project Editor and selected Files, however I do not have the option to upload my own image onto the system and I think it is because the system isn't locally stored on my machine. How do I go about this?

Just upgraded to 24r2.  We are on prem. And have 11 tenants.Looking at switching our payment processor to Acumatica Payments and would love feedback from others currently using it as far as pros and cons.Have some questions regarding Acumatica Payments features. Can a customer set up a credit card for Auto Pay on the customer portal? Do new credit card set up or changes made to existing credit cards by the customer on the customer portal get imported back into Acumatica on the customer screen? Can we brand the payment and customer portal screens with company logos? Can we customize the customer portal to include new columns populated from Acumatica tables like the invoice or customer tables?  Are there features not available while we are on 24r2 that will be available once we upgrade to 25r1 or 25r2?Thanks for the help!Mike Jacob 

Hi Community,In the Tenant’s screen, there is a button to “Change to Test Tenant”. Is there a way to undo this as now both tenants say the status a Test Tenant, and I need to make one of them a Production tenant. Thanks

When installing my demo instance, redirecting to the website didn’t show the default password already set-up. No I am not sure how to log in. Help with this please.

For the past few months my company has been working on trying to implement the Acumatica Customer Portal to allow our customers to view and pay their statements and Invoices. From what I have seen though, there are a couple of issues. I figured I would share them here to see if anybody has experienced these issues and if they have found solutions. Reloading reports results in errors: This is the biggest issue I have run into. When a customer views their statement or Invoice, if the URL is reloaded in any way, they will be brought to an error screen stating that they do not have the rights to view that screen.  Even if I set them as an administrator they will get this error.  I fear this can come off as extremely unprofessional to our customers. Has anybody else experienced this and/or come up with a solution? (See the image below for the error I am confronted with) Inability to pay Overdue Charges or Apply Credit Memos:  It looks like customers who have Overdue

There is no option to login via SSO for Outlook plugin. It just have an option to enter local credentials. While searching online, this issue was almost from beginning. Is Acumatica not looking to improve this feature from several years? Why ? Also, Looks like, It doesn’t support new Outlook mode (Currently, Microsoft has replaced legacy Outlook) as the login window gets disappeared after entering credentials. Has anyone faced such issue? 

 My reason for asking is we have different size attributes depending on size run. For example SIZESSXL is for Small through X-Large, SIZESS2XL has Small through 2X-Large and so on. If I want to add 2X-Large to a shirt with SIZESSXL, we would change it to SIZESS2XL and create the extra matrix item. This leaves the existing items pointing to the previous size attribute which causes problems all over the place.Is there is a way to point it to the new size attribute?

I’ve been trying to set up some custom wikis for my team, however, once I leave the wiki and return, or anyone else tries to open the page, the custom wiki doesn’t load and says “Not Found.” I’m the administrator, so I should have access to this, but even I can’t get into it anymore. Any idea of how to fix this? Here’s the wiki details:

We’re in the process of setting up our Fixed Assets in Acumatica. When we dispose of an asset, Acumatica posts a debit to our depreciation expense equal to all of the depreciation posted in the current fiscal year and calculates the gain as Proceeds less NBV at the start of the Fiscal year. We’ve set our depreciation method to New Zealand Diminishing Value Evenly by Periods. I wasn’t able to find anything in the literature for that method that would indicate a full reversal of current year depreciation on disposal.I’ve also tested the following scenarios without any change in results:  Page Field Value

We need your input on this matter. The company has started using the Intercompany process, which is functioning well. However, we are encountering an issue when the sales order is generated from the other company. Here's a sample scenario:Create a Sales Order in ‘Company A’ for ‘Customer X’  - In this scenario Items are not available to ‘Company A’ so a PO will be created to order the items to Company BCreate the Purchase Order from the Sales Order in Company A. In the Vendor select Company B. Purchase Order was generated from Company A to purchase the item to Company B. From here It’s still looks fine.

Certainly we can’t be the only company using Acumatica that has this scenario.User A creates a quote and user B has access to the branch the quote was created on.  Both users have the ability to edit at the same time but user B selects SAVE first which causes “another process” error for user A and they loose their work.I saw another discussion that was closed so opening up a new one.  Workgroups wont’ work here, approvals are too heavy, neither would access or row level security.I would think that the Created By user could edit and give access to employees to edit but if one user is in a transaction and another users accesses it it would tell them who is editing the transaction so they don’t overlap.  Think shared Microsoft files with edit permissions.Thoughts?

We are currently implementing an integration between ServiceTitan and our ERP system, Acumatica, and would like to streamline our Accounts Payable and job‑costing processes entirely within Acumatica.ServiceTitan recommends processing bills in their system first and exporting them to the ERP. However, our goal is to maintain all AP workflow—including bill entry and cost coding—directly in Acumatica, then sync to ServiceTitan for project tracking.Has anyone successfully implemented ServiceTitan → Acumatica integration, while routing AP entries exclusively through Acumatica?

Currently all our users can access any Bill/Adj. and Cash Purchase/Return by searching and opening results from the Transactions and Profiles tab of the search bar. This includes transactions that they are not able to view on the Payables screens because of their user role. We do not want to disable the search bar for everyone because our admin users use it regularly. Using Row Level Security to restrict access to certain vendors for certain users would be both hard to manage and would not always prevent users from accessing transactions that are not their own or those of people below them in the company tree. We would like the search bar transaction results to match what users have access to on other screens. 

I’m attempting to add a parameter to a Dashboard for the Branch.  I will then use that parameter in the widgets for that dashboard.  (Goal is to get a branch-specific dashboard.) When I went to add the parameter, I’m not sure which Schema Object to use to find a field for the branch to use in the parameter.  Ideally, I’d like to have the parameter populated with a value for the Current Branch. Any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated!

I am trying to approve a time off request but I see the Insufficient stack error:  I also see it when I try to enter my time in the Activities tab for a project. This occurred after we upgraded to 2024 R2. I tried to reset the caches and restart the website but nothing, what could resolve this error?. Thank you again

We’ve configured our Acumatica instance to use Microsoft Entra SSO. It works well, except when there are nested group assignments in our Active Directory groups. How do I get Acumatica to recursively find users assigned to a group. Here is a scenario:User: BillyBilly’s Direct Group Membership:   grpBranch1   grpFieldLevelAuditBilly’s Nested Group Membership:   grpInternalUser is a member of grpBranch1Acumatica Linked Active Directory Role Assignments:   Branch1 linked to grpBranch1   Field-Level Audit linked to grpFieldLevelAudit   Internal User linked to grpInternalUserWhen Billy logs in, he only gets these role assignments:   Branch1   Field-Level AuditHowever, even though Billy is a member of grpInternalUser through group nesting, he doesn’t get the Acumatica Role: Internal User.I can confirm that the nested group assignment works with the on-premises Active Directory nested group mem

I’ve been trying to set up a business event to run whenever a new entry is added, but this event never runs. I can get it to trigger with “Trigger with Action”, but by Record Inserted produces no results. 

Hello all,I have a time activity report with which if I log in as admin I am able to see all the records for a particular project but if I log in as the PM then some of the data is hidden. Are there any suggestions on this that I could apply?Thanks in advance.

We have multiple campaigns and discount codes running at any time, and we noticed that Acumatica can’t handle all the discount codes. Have have automatic and static types, all forms of types based on customer type and order method. Right now, most of the discount codes are only in BigCommerce since we can’t build them all in Acumatica. it has a 200 discount code limit. We have email, catalog, phone, fax, and online discount codes. Has anyone else run into a similar issue? How are you managing it? Software's, integrations, API, etc… Please let me know. We want to have a platform to manage this for reports too to manage whether the campaigns tied to the discount codes are efficient. Thanks!
