Is there any way that users can bring in the older mail data into Acumatica?

How can users import or transfer the mail data from the mail cloud server to Acumatica?

Common Approaches
1. Email Synchronization (Recommended for Existing Mailboxes)
If users are using:
- Microsoft 365 / Exchange
- Gmail / Google Workspace
- IMAP mailboxes
then Acumatica can sync emails through the configured email account.
However:
- Acumatica generally syncs emails from the point synchronization is enabled.
- Older emails may not automatically backfill depending on mailbox settings and sync limitations.
Possible workaround:
- Move/copy older emails into folders monitored by Acumatica.
- Reprocess synchronization after adjusting sync dates/folders.
