Hi, do you know why this is showing as ‘billable time’? I’ve checked the timecards and it is not tagged as billable.

Time entry showing as billable
In Acumatica, “Billable Time” is system-calculated based on Time Spent and does not depend on the Billable checkbox.
For example, if Time Spent is 8:45 and Billable is unchecked, the Billable Time may still show 8:45. The checkbox only controls whether it will be invoiced, not what is displayed.
This is expected behavior.
