I’m attempting to add a parameter to a Dashboard for the Branch.  I will then use that parameter in the widgets for that dashboard.  (Goal is to get a branch-specific dashboard.) When I went to add the parameter, I’m not sure which Schema Object to use to find a field for the branch to use in the parameter.  Ideally, I’d like to have the parameter populated with a value for the Current Branch. Any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated!

I am trying to approve a time off request but I see the Insufficient stack error:  I also see it when I try to enter my time in the Activities tab for a project. This occurred after we upgraded to 2024 R2. I tried to reset the caches and restart the website but nothing, what could resolve this error?. Thank you again

We’ve configured our Acumatica instance to use Microsoft Entra SSO. It works well, except when there are nested group assignments in our Active Directory groups. How do I get Acumatica to recursively find users assigned to a group. Here is a scenario:User: BillyBilly’s Direct Group Membership:   grpBranch1   grpFieldLevelAuditBilly’s Nested Group Membership:   grpInternalUser is a member of grpBranch1Acumatica Linked Active Directory Role Assignments:   Branch1 linked to grpBranch1   Field-Level Audit linked to grpFieldLevelAudit   Internal User linked to grpInternalUserWhen Billy logs in, he only gets these role assignments:   Branch1   Field-Level AuditHowever, even though Billy is a member of grpInternalUser through group nesting, he doesn’t get the Acumatica Role: Internal User.I can confirm that the nested group assignment works with the on-premises Active Directory nested group mem

I’ve been trying to set up a business event to run whenever a new entry is added, but this event never runs. I can get it to trigger with “Trigger with Action”, but by Record Inserted produces no results. 

Hello all,I have a time activity report with which if I log in as admin I am able to see all the records for a particular project but if I log in as the PM then some of the data is hidden. Are there any suggestions on this that I could apply?Thanks in advance.

We have multiple campaigns and discount codes running at any time, and we noticed that Acumatica can’t handle all the discount codes. Have have automatic and static types, all forms of types based on customer type and order method. Right now, most of the discount codes are only in BigCommerce since we can’t build them all in Acumatica. it has a 200 discount code limit. We have email, catalog, phone, fax, and online discount codes. Has anyone else run into a similar issue? How are you managing it? Software's, integrations, API, etc… Please let me know. We want to have a platform to manage this for reports too to manage whether the campaigns tied to the discount codes are efficient. Thanks!

After getting our hands on AP Documents from PDFs: Detail Mapping, we may have made some small progress with the OCR on our invoices.  However, we are stuck on one quirk. Regarding detail lines:When we are in the mapping mode, we can not select part of a column.  When we are NOT in mapping mode, we can select part of a column.  None of what we do manually (not mapping) is learned, so we are trying just mapping corrections to the invoices.  We have a great many vendors that combine the item and description in the same column with indentation, perhaps.  Having just caught that ONLY THE HEADER IS LEARNING, which is unreliable for us, should we forget this functionality until the AI is “more globally applied”?  I can not fathom how you AI half of a document/process.  I will also take suggestions as to how I pass that specific piece of information on, diplomatically.  😂I did upvote the request to complete the AI application to the entire process.

Hello Acumatica Community, How can I enable the Email Sales Order for Sales Order Type - RM? It is currently greyed out and our customer is using a temporary work-around.   

Does anyone know if you can pick and choose what users see the Modern UI? I know to customize it, you have to have certain roles but can it be turned off for certain users? Specifically, the SPS tabs are not available on the Modern UI. Does anyone have a workaround?

Does anyone know how to export the Property Management / Acumatica data for me to use for a different system? Thanks.

Trying to show debit adjustments as negative values in my existing GI but I can’t figure out how to target them specifically. We work with Acumatica PCS customers who have multiple tenants, each containing several companies. Currently, we’re finding it challenging from both a timeline and risk management perspective to upgrade all tenants simultaneously, especially since Acumatica requires a single-instance upgrade—meaning all tenants must be updated at once.Has anyone else encountered this situation? If so, how have you managed the risks and operational impact of upgrading all tenants in a single window?Ideally, it would be beneficial if Acumatica allowed a staggered migration approach (e.g., upgrading tenants over a few months) to distribute risk and resource demands. Are there any workarounds or best practices to mitigate these challenges?Appreciate any insights or shared experiences!

Good day,I have been trying to get some confirmation on setting up Multi-currency report in Consolidating Reports.  So far, Velixo is no help.  I was wondering if adding our Canadian company to the current P&L Consolidated Report was as simple as adding the Acumatica Reporting Ledger to the list of ledger on the the report.  Has anyone done this?  Or have you set up the Consolidated P&L and Balance for USD reporting with other currencies.  I need to include a CAD in USD to the Velixo reports.Thank you.Evan

We are seeing this error when printing or emailing some invoices.  Not sure how to correct.We have tried clearing cache, multiple users have attempted and on different days. 

Looking for anyone that has had experience with the ADP Workforce Now/Acumatica Integration. We currently use ADP for all of our time keeping and export that data into a GL excel file that we then manipulate (that includes project ID, task and cost code) to upload Acumatica as a journal transaction. The two-way connector between ADP and Acumatica sounds promising, but it being so new, I’m curious if anyone has first hand experience and feedback on it?

How can I delete a Debit Adj and a Credit Adj in Payables?

Has anyone had this situation and how did you resolve it?Customer sends us a forecast for the year, by item.  They are going to buy $1,200,000 of product in the year 2025.  The distribution is $100,000 per month estimated spend.  We also want to compare what they said they forecast to actual spend (invoices).  This becomes a rolling 12-month forecast so it can span multiple calendar years. In late February they tell us they want to change the forecast and move the $50,000 for March to April.  April now becomes $150,000.  

In the Classic UI for fields such as the Transaction Description on the Sales Order Details rows, if you press Control Enter, you could add a second line to the description that would show as a second row on print outs.  The Control Enter inserted a line break.This is not available in the Modern UI.  Well at least I cannot get it to work.Is the restoration of this functionality planned?

I am trying to prepare “Stock Item” for Big commerce and my ERP IDs are encoded.Why and how do I fix them? 

In the Report Designer, I have the ExportFileName configured which works great when exporting to either Excel or PDF. However, is there a way to have it applied when clicking on Print and then send it to PDF?So when previewing the PO on screen, the end user would select Print (Imprimer) and then export to PDF.  Is there a spot in Report Designer to define the FileName?  ThanksJoey

Hi all,My company I work for is looking for an Acumatica guru that knows a lot of technical details/knowledge around the system. From coding to Velixo to Generic Inquiries, we need someone who is super knowledgeable about these technical details to come in to help mentor me and my teammate on some more of the technical aspect. Any takers? This person would be there strictly to mentor and teach us the deeper technical aspects of Acumatica. 

Is it possible to reorder the user filters on a List/GI?It seems to keep them in the order they were created which isn’t necessarily the order we’d like to see them.For example: a filter to show today’s Purchase Orders would be very handy to have right next to the ALL RECORDS filter regardless of when the filter was created.A drag/drop of the filters (like column headers on a grid) would be nice but even a simple feature to reorder the filter tabs like the column chooser would be helpful.I have figured out how to do it manually directly in the database so I know it can be done but that’s not practical for the users.Any thoughts would be appreciated.Thanks
