Hi there,I’m looking to set permissions that separate the AR and AP teams’ access to vendors.  The AR team needs to be able to extend customers as vendors in order to process refunds.  They should not, however, be able to create other/regular vendors.  Currently, they’re able to extend the customer as a vendor, but they cannot save the “new” vendor because they don’t have that permission.  Is there a combination of permissions that would allow this? 

Is the Sales Territory Management feature still an experimental feature or is it a permanent one?We currently use version 24R2 and are going to be upgrading in the next few months. We were going to enable the feature now but want to make sure it’s going to continue to be a feature in newer versions of Acumatica before introducing it into all necessary employees.

I'm trying to create a business event that triggers when a task has been open for more than 2 hours. I created a generic inquiry with the condition to include only tasks where the created date time is less than 2 hours ago. Then I set up the business event to trigger on record change, for each record, with the trigger condition set to "record inserted."However, the business event isn't triggering. Any ideas what might be wrong?!-->

Hello all,How can I create a push notification for a custom business event. I have setup the biz event to be triggered at a specific time of the day. But I also want to configure the same as a push notification. How to do so?Thanks.

Our customer has 20+ scanners in the warehouse and is using Acumatica WMS. The mobile app requires that each username be stored as a separate account. The management of individual user accounts on each scanner is time-consuming, especially with high warehouse turnover. They really like the ability for each employee to have their own user configured, but this mobile app limitation is causing an issue.Does anyone have ideas about an option to change the mobile app login functionality to create the account with only the url, so each user would need to enter a username and password when logging in? (similar to the web UI login)

Is there an existing report in Acumatica that calculates the Average Days to Pay for Customers?   Needing a report that shows the metrics of payments for our Net 30 accounts.    

I just downloaded and published the 25R2 PDF annotator to my instance found on this page:  Publishing seemed to go well, but when I attempt to open Adobe Preferences screen so I can enter my API key, I receive this error:  Error: The view doesn't exist.Anyone else having this issue in 25R2?

Has anyone gotten this error before? I am trying to update standard cost on a local version of acumatica. i have unpublished all customizations, restarted it, and restarted the computer but i keep getting this error. Below is the information from the trace. Im not sure what would be causing this but it wont let me update any costs. He wishes to set an sentence like “… klick here...” and the “here” should contain the link.I tried as follows, but when i click “insert it just puts the full link in and not the link in the word:marked the word insert->link from web put in link insertThe happens: Is it possible to put the link into the word and if yes how?Greetings

I am having some challenges copying Dashboards in 2024R1.In 2023R1, when a dashboard is copied and pasted to create a new dashboard the system automatically assigns a new screen ID that is separate from the original DB.  This is exactly what I expect to happen. In 2024 R1, when a dashboard is copied, pasted, and then saved then “View” is clicked, the site redirects to the Welcome Screen.  In another scenario, if I attempt to copy, paste, and publish the copied dashboard with a new screen ID it creates the new screen ID but deletes the original DB.Does anyone have the exact steps on how to copy a dashboard in 2024R1?

Can anyone explain to me why the description can’t be edited after a document is released? It’s only a text field. There’s zero impact on financial numbers. What could be the logical reason why not? I know this subject has been asked about in this community group before. Yet somehow the threads have disappeared. It does show up in the ideas section, but it’s been left hanging for 10 years. What am I missing? Is there a way to make simple text edits and I just haven’t figured it out? It is this specific field I would like to be able to edit. Thanks!  

I would really like an Acumatica Bootcamp style training in a live environment in Manufacturing with Acumatica professionals.  Has Acumatica considered this option?  Or would they consider this option?  I’ve done a lot of the training online, but this does not allow me to ask real-time questions as I go along.

Hi! I am trying to manually adjust an inventory item to qty zero but keep receiving the following error:  I checked that there are no open transactions in the system that has this item. Any idea on why this error shows up?Thanks!

HI there, I may be in a unique position, but I would like some help. We had an order that went through that someone forgot to charge Tax on. So, to rectify this, we created a new order, and used a noninventory item with a value of Zero, then set the Taxable amount of that item to the missing tax amount on the previous invoice.  However, now when trying to create a payment, I run into the following error:“Error: An error occurred during processing of the field Order Nbr. value SI195384        AR Error: The order cannot be applied, the specified combination of the order type and order number cannot be found in the system.” I have tried manually making a payment from the Payments and Applications screen, however I run into the same error there, even if I make sure the Application Date matches the Document Date.  Has anybody else experianced this and been able to resolve it?

Is there any settings in Acumatica that would show some sort of error that the same Name, Email Address, Mailing Address, or Telephone Number has been used and is already associated with another customer profile?

I have a vendor that requires a account number to show on the remittance advise. I can’t figure where i could enter it on the vendor profile to have it show.

Hello everyone,I have created three advance invoices (Prepayment Invoices) for the following invoice, two of which have already been paid and one is still outstanding. What do I need to change so that all advance invoices—both paid and unpaid—appear on the final invoice?  Thanks in advance.

It appears that after an upgrade, a patch, and sometimes even after publishing customizations, any edits made to the menu are rest back to the defaults.This is a pain for individuals but also when we make a change that should be applied to all users.Changes to the Menu Items such as renaming “Construction” to “Projects” or “Services” to “Field Services” are lost.The order of the items also gets lost after these activities.Should these changes be made in a customization package?  Can they?The favorites menu seems to stay intact and so does a custom workspace we created.Any thoughts?  Thanks 

Hi -We need the functionality to send a business event email that contains a group of records from a GI, rather than separate emails for each records. This has come up in multiple scenarios, and it seems the only option is to create a custom report to attach to the email, or just send a generic email with a hyper link to a GI. This functionality is highly needed - we have consulted with our strategic partner and have been told it is not possible. Here are a couple of current scenarios, but I could see multiple areas this functionality would be necessary:Email that contains all purchase orders or purchased items that are more than 5 days late in arriving. Email would contain a list of each item with its description, project and promised date with a hyperlink to corresponding order. AP Approval emails - our employees are getting bombarded with many approval emails in a day. A more sustainable solution would be 1 single email daily with a summary of

Client has need to email AR Invoice to email addresses that are not exposed on AR Invoice.  AR Invoice is created and a Project ID is entered.  When clicking EMAIL in the AR Invoice it uses the MAILING ID seen below that is on the Project.  That works OK if the only email addresses I want to send to is already exposed to the AR Invoices screen and subsequently the email template (screenshot 2).  However, none of the project email addresses are available and we need to CC 2 people (Proj Mgr and Salesperson) that are listed on the related project.  Since none of the Project screen fields are available how do I create a new email template that I can use.  I created a GI that listed AR doctype, refnbr, and all of the email addresses I want to send to per invoice.  I created new email template referencing the GI containing that data and then changed the INVOICE MAILING ID to reference that EMail template.  I can see the email addresses to select in the template, however when I EMAIL it d

I am trying to do a prepare a physical count in Acumatica 2025 R1Build 25.101.0153.3 trying to bring the items with zero quantity and they dont show.  This is something I was able to do in version 2024 R2Build 24.207.001 Does anybody know why that is and how I can get this done in version 2025 R1Build 25.101.0153.3?  

Does anyone know if it’s possible to pass a reference number from Acumatica to UPS? I’m looking to pass an order number or some other field that can handle free text to UPS “Reference 1” and “Reference 2” fields so that it prints on the label.I’d be open to using any integration option (ShipEngine, EasyPost, and standard Acumatica Shipping integration) as long as I can pass a reference number.

Is it possible to include the items in zero count in the physical inventory count? I am trying to include the items that have zero amount in the Inventory Count but doesn't allow me to it.
