BackgroundI am trying to automate an attribute update using a Business Event triggered by a Generic Inquiry and processed through an Import Scenario. I am running into a challenge with updating a multi-select combo attribute without losing the existing selections. ScenarioI have the following setup: One master attribute called “Site Access”, which is a multi-select combo attribute on a Business Account. Multiple site-specific attributes (one per site), each storing a Conversion Factor. These values are maintained manually by users.

Hello, we’ve came across an issue when using the carrier UPS Ground, it does not allow us to create more than one box in an order. We tried it with FedEx and we’re able to.We also tried to update the label format from PNG to PDF and ZPL but still didnt work.Can you help us with this, thank you!

Hello,We left quickbooks and switched to Acumatica.  A feature in Quickbooks that we miss is the ability to see if a quote or invoice was viewed (screenshot below).  Can we know if a customer clicks on a quote or invoice in Acumatica? 

Hey, gang - I put together a business event for a client that triggers an email whenever a Project Quote is approved or rejected.  The client has mentioned that the corresponding email is not being sent for up to 24 hours after the document was approved. I’ve confirmed this below.   The business event triggers based on the Status changing to Approved or Rejected.  The Send and Receive Email process runs every 2 minutes.  The BE is based off of a very simple GI that pulls 4 fields from the PMQuote dac (QuoteNbr, Status, OwnerID, and Subject).

I think I must be missing something when I create a new wiki, my user is unable to open it even though I have all required permissions but another user with a different role that has the same access rights can open and edit.When I attempt to open the wiki I get: I have Wiki Admin and Administrator roles for my user A user with the LLC Department Manager role is able to access it, no other roles I

Our team just updated to 2025 R1. We now realize that the internal notes and warehouse detail text boxes are gone on the sales orders. What functionality were these replaced with? We used these fairly heavily :) 

We are new to Acumatica and are using Time & Expense for our Expense Vouchers.  We have employees that drive fleet vehicles.  Is there an easy way for the Fleet drivers to record their business miles driven along with any personal miles driven?

Our sales department is required to visit all their customers every quarter to check on how they are doing and see if they need anything. The salesperson creates a trip report on who he or she visited, what topics were discussed, any quotes or orders, and if there are any other changes for the customer.We currently don’t use Acumatica for any of this process but would like to implement so there is internal tracking on when a visit is due, the details of the trip, and quotes or other opportunities the on-site visit might have achieved. We need show up as a required event for all customers and to reoccur every quarter. Hi, we currently email invoices directly from MYOB, however, the template we were provided with isn’t great.Is there any way we can get into the “AR Invoice template” to amend it to suit our needs? Also, the body of the email isn’t great either, is there any way we can amend the “AR email template”.Thanks in advance. 

HI - I’ve got a problem we keep running into.  When we are viewing any sort of document to send (PO, Invoice, Shipment Confirmation), we are going to ‘Print Invoice’, verifying everything looks right, and then clicking Send to bring up a template. The problem is when doing so, this screen does not bring in customized recipients (Like additional recipients from a Customer Notification Grid). When we go directly to ‘Email Invoice’ without viewing first, the additional recipients work correctly.  Is there a way to get the Print > Send functionality to work just like the ‘Email Invoice’ functionality?

What is the process for marking an attribute as required

Hello everyone,I've encountered an issue concerning how item descriptions are handled between the Stock Item  master and its usage within the Bill of Material module.When I update the Description of a standard Stock Item (e.g., on the Stock Items (IN202500) screen), this change is not automatically inherited by the corresponding component line item within any existing BOM. I must manually open and update the BOM to reflect the new description.Why is this the intended behavior in Acumatica? From a data consistency and efficiency standpoint, it seems logical that the BOM component's description would always reference or automatically update from its master Stock Item record.Could someone explain the design philosophy behind this apparent lack of synchronization? I'm trying to understand why this would be implemented as a feature to be managed manually, rather than an automatic system update. Is there a specific business scenario this design

Is anyone using Nectari?   Have you successfully synced your data with Nectari and Acumatica?   Are you able to create the views needed in Nectari?   I’m working through getting the data connected for our various dashboards and would be interested in talking with other users to share info and tips.  Thanks!

Hi there,I’m looking to set permissions that separate the AR and AP teams’ access to vendors.  The AR team needs to be able to extend customers as vendors in order to process refunds.  They should not, however, be able to create other/regular vendors.  Currently, they’re able to extend the customer as a vendor, but they cannot save the “new” vendor because they don’t have that permission.  Is there a combination of permissions that would allow this? 

Is the Sales Territory Management feature still an experimental feature or is it a permanent one?We currently use version 24R2 and are going to be upgrading in the next few months. We were going to enable the feature now but want to make sure it’s going to continue to be a feature in newer versions of Acumatica before introducing it into all necessary employees.

I'm trying to create a business event that triggers when a task has been open for more than 2 hours. I created a generic inquiry with the condition to include only tasks where the created date time is less than 2 hours ago. Then I set up the business event to trigger on record change, for each record, with the trigger condition set to "record inserted."However, the business event isn't triggering. Any ideas what might be wrong?!-->

Our customer has 20+ scanners in the warehouse and is using Acumatica WMS. The mobile app requires that each username be stored as a separate account. The management of individual user accounts on each scanner is time-consuming, especially with high warehouse turnover. They really like the ability for each employee to have their own user configured, but this mobile app limitation is causing an issue.Does anyone have ideas about an option to change the mobile app login functionality to create the account with only the url, so each user would need to enter a username and password when logging in? (similar to the web UI login)

Is there an existing report in Acumatica that calculates the Average Days to Pay for Customers?   Needing a report that shows the metrics of payments for our Net 30 accounts.    

I just downloaded and published the 25R2 PDF annotator to my instance found on this page:  Publishing seemed to go well, but when I attempt to open Adobe Preferences screen so I can enter my API key, I receive this error:  Error: The view doesn't exist.Anyone else having this issue in 25R2?

Has anyone gotten this error before? I am trying to update standard cost on a local version of acumatica. i have unpublished all customizations, restarted it, and restarted the computer but i keep getting this error. Below is the information from the trace. Im not sure what would be causing this but it wont let me update any costs.
