We are getting an error when using the Substituted List function on the stock item screen in an import scenario.
From what we read, this is supposed to be supported. We created a substitution list with the stock item (original value) and vendor part number (substitution value).
The field in the excel file ([Vendor Inventory ID]) contains the original value. We were expecting the inventory ID to be replaced with the substitution value (stock item), but we are getting an error that suggests it is trying to insert a new value.
Anybody have thoughts or suggestions?
