After our recent upgrade to 2022 R1 , we can see AddAfterProcessCallback is no longer available. Any suggestions?

All of my menu items for CRM, parables, and Finance just vanished and I don’t know how. I have the 2021 r2. I checked if they were disabled and who has access and they all seem to be perfectly fine.Can someone help me recover these? 

We are attempting to add several new boxes to the Boxes list. The dimensions on one of the boxes isLength - 6.6 in, Width - 5.6 in, Height - 6.2 inWe are shipping with Easy Post and they accept for fractional box sizes, but we are unable to enter the size as a decimal into the list.Is there a setting that we need to change to allow for fractional measurements to be entered.Thank you!

The client wants to enter time entries spent on Projects from a Mobile phone.  Is it possible not to have the closed projects to show as you cannot see if a project is still open from the drop down on the mobile phone

Hello,We want to print a shipping label when we ship.There is a “print label” button on the more menu of the shipment screen.It is grayed out.I enabled “shipping carrier integration” feature even though I won’t really be using it in an attempt to enable the button.How do I enable that button so I can print a label that I design?I understand that I need device up installed.  I have not yet done that.  Is that possibly why the print label button is grayed out?Thanks!

I have been trying to save a record created on the Acumatica Mobile App but upon saving the record the below attached error is getting triggered. Please guide me out how to resolve this error.“An error has occurred. please try again or go back to previous screen”.Thanks.

I’m fairly certain that this will require a customization, but I wanted to run it past brighter people than myself to confirm.We want to limit the STOCK ITEMS a customer can see and order in the self service customer portal.  I am aware we can set up restiction groups, but they are based on actually adding individual USER IDs to the restrictions group.  We want to be able to establish these restrictions on a number of attributes in the CUSTOMER.Fake examples of attributes in the customer record:Certified?Insured?Trustworthy?There will be about 10 attributes on the CUSTOMER, and they may have multiple attributes checked as “yes”.The standard restriction group requires that you enter users here rather than being able to read an attribute on the customer record.Is there a way to do this without a customization?

What could be causing the error message shown in screenshot 1 when trying to create a bill related to a project with a task and an Inventory rate in the rate table? Additionally, why does enabling Project Specific Inventory result in an error message as shown in screenshot 2 when attempting to open the Purchase order screen, and what steps can be taken to resolve these issues?Screenshot 1Screenshot 2 Then I activated the Project Specific Inventory Now the Purchase Order is not opening. 

We manufacture electronic products that we also sell to customers.We have set up various item classes for the components (electronics, mechanical etc.) and have created a separate item class for the finished items.We don’t want to the sales team to accidently add a subassembly or component to a quote/sales order - to minimise errors. The finished items item class is essentially for all of the items on our price list.It was an idea to set everything in the ‘finished items’ item class to Active, and to set all of the items in the various other item classes to No Sales.But it doesn’t seem to be possible to define the default Item Status in the Item Class settings?Whenever a new stock item is added, regardless of the item class, the default status is Active and it would need to be changed to No Sales each time?        

Can someone explain the difference between SUMMARY and DETAIL with CONTRACT TEMPLATES? Please see the attached image. I am assuming this has to do with Statements, but what does it do?  

A client is receiving the following message when they scan documents:but the document is scanned, seemingly without issue. After a few weeks the scans will stop working, and they have to reboot everything.They seem to be able to replicate the issue when multiple users try scanning at the same time (both will get the message, even though both documents scan). The users are on independent workstations with their own instances of DeviceHub. Acumatica version 2021-R2 21.208.0032Any ideas on how to resolve would be greatly appreciated.  

We have an issue with one Android phone and the mobile app where we get the error message “An error has occurred. Please try again or go back to previous screen.” when trying to create an appointment. When we close the error we get the error message “Something went wrong”On this phone we have done the following steps/troubleshooting:cleared the Acumatica Application Data and Cache - no change deleted the application and reinstalled - no change logged in as a different user - received the same error messages via a web browser, logged in as the phone’s user and no errors during processingAs the phone’s user we have logged in on another Android phone and did not receive the errors. We believe it to be an issue with this specific phone, that the Acumatica Mobile App does not like.Any ideas?  Thanks in advance for any brainstorming or experience you can share. 

Hi we are looking at Acumatica as a new system, but a key thing was trying to get a feel for the system. i was wondering if there is a spin up of Acumatica, where i can get a feel for the system. Youtube video look good but dont really give the feel being hands on.

Our company is changing from individual meal expenses to a Per Diem scenario.  The concept is that, as an employee submits a hotel receipt to confirm an out of town stay, they can then enter a Per Diem expense for each night of stay.  The Per Diem would be a set price (e.g. $10) and the employee would enter a quantity associated with the Expense Item or Per Diem (i.e. $10 x qty 3 nights = $30 total).  The hotel stay is charged to a corporate account, and the Per Diem would be associated with a personal expense so that it would be reimbursed to the employee.I had no issue creating the additional non-stock Expense item of Per Diem.  What I attempted to do was to was set a default price for the Per Diem item in hopes it would show up in the expense receipt entry of the phone app.  However it does not, it comes up with a 0 value that then needs to be entered.Is there any way of getting this to work as we desire, or does the expense process not pull price/cost info from the

I’m trying to configure ACRM and HubSpot, using the HubSpot Data Sync. I can’t for the life of me figure out how to get our ACRM fields to appear for selection in the mapping.HubSpot support can’t assist any further and told me to reach out to ACRM support.Has anyone used this? I’m wondering if it’s my role within ACRM.

Hello, Our purchase orders were being approved ‘manually’ (without the approval map). We tested an approval and assignment map in a training tenant and it worked fine. We imported the map into the live tenant and  now no one is able to approve purchase orders. I removed the approval details on the purchase order preferences, and this does not allow purchase orders to be approved, in fact, the approval step is not available (grayed out). Has anyone encountered this problem before?

We want to create a new case when the Send button is clicked on the email activity.  We have setup Incoming mail processing for delivery@barefootspas.com.  This works if we send an email from an external source to delivery@barefootspas.com a case gets created.In the email activity screen we have setup a template that includes delivery@barefootspas.com on the CC of the email.  the TO: is the customers email address.  (see screen shot included).In this scenario, the email is received but the case is never created.   We have tried to put the delivery@barefootspas.com email address in the TO field along with the customer email, in the CC field and the BCC field.   The case does not get created with any

I have 2 accounts in Acumatica Portal, one is with previous company. Both email ids are same, so I could not take the learn and certification pages. This error is showing “Sorry, that email address is already used!”. How to remove account with previous company profile. Thanks in Advance

Hi Community, I have used the segmented keys part of Acumatica to increase standard field lengths, but have not found a way to increase the standard length of a combo field for an attribute. It is set at 10 by default. Is there a way to increase this default to accept longer strings than 10? I am using 2022R1.  Thanks! Patrick 

How are your clients handling the scenario where one contact needs access to multiple business accounts/companies? I know one way is via the parent child relationships but not all of my clients situations can be resolved in this manner. Is there anyway to handle multiple business accounts without creating a user for each separate account?
