Log out and log back in and it seems the main screen seems to hang and can take about 30 to draw/display.Known bug? Something we can try to alleviate?

I have this GL Error showing up when I am disposing an asset owned by CEMPLEXFL branch but wanting to deposit into my MAIN branch CASH account - that is NOT restricted by branch visibility.  It will not let me reconcile my Fixed Asset.  I am thinking the FA module is not set up correctly with the multibranch ?  Can anyone advise?  THanks  

Is there a way to restrict information mobile users can see?  For example, (with project/job costing) can a project manager only be presented with his/her specific jobs, cost codes, etc. and not the entire project/cost code, account groups?  In particular, asking this in regard to Advanced Expense Management mobile users who would select the appropriate project, etc., after OCR has run?Of course, this would apply to other mobile users who need to interact with manufacturing, distribution, etc.

Hi there -If you are viewing a Timecard, it is easy to see the total Time Spent for each line (project/task/labor item/etc.). It is not easy to see the total Time Spent per day. If the employee is working on many different projects and tasks throughout the week, it is difficult to get a quick picture on how many hours they worked for a given day.Subtotals by day on the Summary tab of the Employee Time Card seems like a quick, but very useful addition. Thanks,Derek

I’m trying out the new CRM Task subscriber on the Business Events (SM302050) screen:  On the Task Templates (SM204005) screen, I try setting the Owner field to the AR Invoice Owner like this:  Then I create an AR Invoice with the FINANCIAL → Owner field set to Jay Parker on the Invoices and Memos (AR301000) screen:  The Task gets created by the Business Event (which is great and really cool), but the Owner field is set to my user and not the Owner

Hi, I have had some issues when printing.      1. The wrong logo for company will print sometimes? When I apply notes they do not show when printing out? Trying to print waivers and it is coming out blank? 

Hello all,I have been trying to add the tasks under Revenue Budgets tab of the Projects (PM301000) screen. i have selected Task under Cost & Revenue Budget level fields under Summary Tab. Even Empty Item Code has been set as <N/A> under the preferences screen, but still when trying to add the tasks the system is triggering the below mentioned error. The Inventory feature has also been disabled under Enable/Disable features. Kindly guide me to resolve this issue.Thanks in advance.

We are trying to clean-up what people see in the navigation panel for basic users that only need access to Time & Expenses. I’ve set the Data View screen to revoked and the “User Favorites” still appears. When I’m logged in as myself and I hover over the “User favorites” it shows SM203020. When logged in as someone with less permissions, the main screen ID is all zero’s.Ideally, we’d like anyone who has basic access, to have Favorites & the Time & Expenses workspace.     

We have recently launched with Acumatica and we are using the Acumatica Shipping tool. I have no problems connecting UPS and Acumatica from my laptop. I can create shipment, send data to UPS and bring it back in and confirm shipment all the time.  Our warehouse uses the network version of WorldShip as it is on many machines. While I can send Data to WorldShip,, when I try to bring it back into Acumatica, it doesn’t write the data,  Anyone else have this issue?

I was pleased to see the localisation icon on the front page of the portal.  I clicked GB - the Union Jack - and looked forward to seeing the dates in European format.Sadly this did not happen.  It would be great if you could fix this for us.ThanksJames

Good day.One user is experiencing an issue with being about toggle between tenants inside Acumatica. The user has tog out to log into the missing tenant.  I checked the user ID/email and they all match.  I can’t seem to update or make the missing tenant appear inside Acumatica.  Strange  Any suggestions or way to change it so the user can toggle between tenants inside Acumatica instead of having to log out each time to get into the missing tenants.  Maybe i should redo is user ID in the missing tenant?  We are running 2022R1.  However, the user informed me that he had to do the same process 2020R1.Thank youEvan

We have a scenario where we sometimes need to convert lot numbers from one type to another.My question is. Is there a way to do this and have the attributes automatically carry over from the old lot number to the new lot number?

I created an attribute I would like to apply to my customers and I’m not seeing it on the attributes tab on the customer screen.  I have to be missing something.   

I have what I believe is a pretty simple business event. That rounds invoice lines for a specific customer for EDI purposes. However it only seems to trigger when a single line is added and fails to trigger when an invoice has more than 1 line on it. So basically it only triggers when a single record is inserted and doesn’t trigger when 2 or more are inserted.Any ideas on why this fails? Thanks

I have a customer who does their price markups based on breakpoints (i.e. the higher the qty the customer orders, the lower the markup %).I know the discount process can be configured for breakpoints, but I haven’t been able to find a solution to do that for markups.Any suggestions?

i know that delegates allow you to enter/view a timecard on behalf of another employee, however is there a way to set up a workgroup that would accomplish the same thing?  the goal is to easily add new employees to a workgroup vs. individually updating the employee record.

Hi, we have automated emails each night to send copies of invoices, which are working fine. However, when we make a sale of type CS (Cash Sale) and quick process it, invoice emailing fails with the error “There is no active notification source to process the operation.”Cash sales are setup with “Email Invoice” and “Release Invoice” ticked in the quick processing tab, within the Order Types setup page.See attached image showing the error, which occurs as part of quick processing.Our local partner has been unable to fix this problem after 5 months, so are now reaching out to the community in hope that someone knows.  Thanks!Geoff 

I have built a GI against projects (we have an attribute called "delivery date" ) to give our delivery drivers a view of what they need to deliver to site from the facory today. The GI works nice and comes across to the mobile app real well, but I want to have it so that the delivery driver can tap on the project in his filtered view and it will open the correct project for him to upload photos of proof of delivery directly to the project. Currently they have to jump out of the delivery view and search in the project for it. Example of how today's deliveries look in the app... If only we could just tap on these …
