After publishing the project at the end of step 1.4.3 of T200 course I cannot see anymore the grids on Screen Editor RS201000. I can see the screen and add/edit data on this screen when I click  Phone Repair Shop on Acuamtica main pane though. I am doing the course on Acumatica 2023.R1.    

Hello All,When Acumatica’s Copy/Paste engine is running and the Graph’s IsCopyPasteContext is true how we can access the current record which is used as original record to create copy from it? In the event handlers as platform starts defaulting, inserting, … we can access the copy of the record but I don’t know how I can get the original record that drives the copied one.

I am looking into customizing SO301000 to automatically update the SOLine SalesPersonID when ever the Order Default SalesPersonID is updated. Occasionally, we will copy an order and change the customer ID. When you change the customer ID it removes the SOLine SalesPersonID from every line. We never have more than one salesperson on a sales order. So we would like to be able to quickly update every SOLine with the default salesperson ID by simply updating the Order Default SalesPersonID. I thought maybe this could be handled with a document Event Handler or Events at the field level within the screen. I have tested neither methods, because I am not too familiar with Event Handlers yet. I did create a test Event Handler but did not see the SOLine SalesPersonID field as an option to Update after changing the document default salespersonid. Any ideas?

I am just starting to learn Unit Testing.  My custom graph references BAccount, Customer, and about 10 other tables which need data in them.  For example, to create a customer, I need to have a Customer Class.  The customer class has to reference GL accounts.  (Joe falls down the rabbit hole and is never seen again).It would be a MONUMENTAL task to create the data in the caches.  I’ve scoured the internet to see if I can use an actual database to use for tests.  Is there any way to attach to the sample data in SQL server?  If not, then Unit Testing is pretty much useless.  In order to get my application certified for the Marketplace, I’m supposed to provide Unit Tests.  That is just not feasible.  My testing requires a full set of data like is provided in the Acumatica sample data.Any suggestions?

Hi everyone,Currently trying to get our version of Acumatica into a sandbox environment so that I can work on customizations without messing up the live environment. However, I keep running into issues and the latest one is that acumatica says I’m missing a file and that’s the reason why I can’t publish anything. Not sure how that’s possible As I downloaded a snapshot and used that in the installation process. We are on version 2022 R2.Error Message I get is: An error on the page ~/Pages/LP/LP303000.aspx with the message: Cannot access the uploaded file. Failed to get the latest revision of the file 592af516-fdab-4bb2-9c7e-3f71618f0f3eIf anyone knows how to fix this that would be much appreciated. Kind regards, Jacob

Hi, For RC Orders in Sales order Screen, Basically when we bring the values from “Invoice Filter” Action it brings inventory items with invoice Nbrs in SOLine. And it Sometimes  displays errror message on Qty feild “The return quantity exceeds the quantity available for return for the related invoice line AR010261, FOODCHIP36. Hello All,I am trying to trigger FieldSelecting Event in a graph extension for EPApprovalProcess (ScreenID EP503010) but I am not sure why the event is not triggered while in the same extension RowSelected Event is triggered just fine. I had this issue in the past on a different graph that Generic Method was not working and with @Yuriy Zaletskyy guidance I switched to the traditional method DACName_FieldName_Event syntax style and worked fine (see below post). Hello, I am trying to update the AR Payment when the capture button is clicked, prior to capturing. I need to add Entry Charges programmatically and then let the capture do the rest of its base processing. I have the below code but during the Save, I am receiving a PXLockException error, and a message that another process has updated the ARRegister. I’m creating SDK tests and I need to fill in the value for attribute. I’m able to find the needed row and it clicks on it, but I cannot insert any value to it. The error is “Could not find a web element”.I tried to make it with DynamicControl but it throws error as well (tried DropDown, DropDownList - nothing works).Could someone please help me out?
