I have one user can login into acumatica mobile. He has two tenants and in menu saleorder, he can use salesorder menu in first tenant but the same menu in second tenant cannot use it. When he click it show this error. The entry form (ID: SO301000, title: Sales Orders) cannot be automated. Unable to cast object of type 'Wrapper.PX.Objects.SO.Cst_SOOrderEntry' to type 'DynamicInterface.PX.Objects.SO.GraphExtensions.SOOrderEntryExt.SOOrderLineSplittingExtension'. but if I use admin user to access that saleorder menu, I can access both of them. I don’t what’s happen. I test it test server fine but when move to production error like that. And I role back to old version of customize use to work well but it’s still show that error.

Hi,I got really odd problem. When I create new screen on new customization for acumatica 2024 R2 it always shows “nullpath error”. I tried to publish but nothing helps.

Hi is there a method in acumatica where I can set the cursor to be defaulted to a specific field on a screen in Acumatica once the page is loaded?I have investigated and found a link to this idea post but could not locate more information regarding this:Thank you!

This happens on every mobile device I try to use Acumatica on. No one in my company uses the mobile app, so I think it’s just never been configured but we have one department that will start to use it soon. How do I go about setting this up?

Hello,  I am looking to understand how I can generate a simple side panel on the projects screen where it will integrate with distribution, specifically sales orders that have a project code associated with them. The mapping would include utilizing the project ID on the specific project linking to an SO GI to pull in orders with that designation. This would be similar to the projects transactions  detail side panel just for Sales Orders Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi All,Does anyone know how to retain Generic Inquiry (GI) filter shared setup values after adding a new column to the same GI?Issue:After adding a new column to the existing GI, all the previously saved filter values are reset to default. This is causing dissatisfaction as the customer has to recreate all previous filters manually. The Screen ID remains unchanged, only a column was added.Request:Is there a way to preserve the filter values when modifying a GI? I would like to send emails with links that open up the ACU mobile app to a screen and record. The only way I have found to do this is with a Push Notification, however this is not an option for me.A use case for this is when a reminder is sent out to a field employee the link takes them to the web app, when the mobile app would be much more functional and appropriate.I think the technique is called deep linking. I am not sure if this requires development to work with the mobile app or is even a feature. Please advise if this is possible, and if not lets please add it to the feature request list.

Ive created a PXProjection DAC and Im just trying to multiple a field by a constant (for now). The PXFormula field of DfltCompQtyCalc keeps returning null no matter what I try? It works when I remove the Multiply<> operator. Also if I just define the PXFormula<index1>.. I get a list of 2’s so the constant is fine also?
