Whenever I hit the run billing, it creates extra lines with no information.It happened one of my client site several times, raised case few months ago but no luck get answer till now. Today, it happened to me while doing P100 course in the demo site. Here is the steps what I did:Used template to create Projects Uploaded the Tasks and Revenues budgets  Created the Project transactions Changed the Revenue Budget Level as a task  Then hit the run billing (it was normal and then tested few following things) Changed the few things under the cost Budget, but removed the figure

Hello, I have accidentally deleted lines in my cost budget and was wondering if there is a way to retrieve them as several invoices were sent out which is affecting my previously billed when I enter the new lines.  Please help if you can.

What is the easiest way to generate an AR Aging report that shows only customers that owe less than $50?  I do not see a way to set a filter for a “less than” amount.  Version 2022 R2.  Thank you!

Has anyone created a better way to send paystubs to employees?  We are having horrible adobtion of users logging in to view paystubs. We are having to email some paystubs, print and snail mail to others.  Its taking hours to get through all the requests each week.We are on 2022R2Thanks,Jeremy

When creating a new change request there are a default checked “Create Commitment” box, as shown below. So, we want to make this checkbox unchecked by default always. Is there a way to modify this setting? Thanks! 

How does the defaut account work or what is it ment for in the equipments. I’m aware of the rate Item for the projects costing, I would like some light on how the defaults works as the explanation is not clear.  

Whe you have rental machine that you collect time card for in the system. Upon releasing this time card you get an expense that will update my budget line meaning that I will clear my accrued liability with the supplier Invoice. The reconciliation seems cumbersome due to the number of PM transactions created by the Equipment time cards. The project quote is for our customer and there is no area in Project Quotes to add a detailed description for our scope of work.  We are using notes but it is such a small section it is hard to use and then can only have data in it for the project quote.

Hello Community,We have a project which has Inventory tracking settings as Track by Project Quantity and Cost.On the warehouses We have a location assigned to this project. When creating a direct receipt to this location we are getting this error despite this location being related to the project. Kindly assit on what I might be missing.   

All, We are new to Acumatica, and we are running into an issue when we have to reverse a progress billing. We reversed it using the Proforma, not the AR function, and applied the credit memo as we have been trained. The issue we have now is when we try to rebill the project, the system reflects the percent billed that we reversed and we cannot correct it. We need the ability to reverse and later rebill the same percentage without issue. Has anyone else run into this issue? If so, how did you correct it? 

How can I update multiple  cost codes by modifying existing values? I am trying to change the description and numbering sequence of cost codes. When I import, new values are added. How to I import and modify the existing cost coded without manually editing over 2000 cost codes and descriptions. Thank you. 

In the construction edition using Progress Billing is there a work around to use multiple WIP accounts?  We currently set up our projects with multiple costs codes using different account groups to each Task.  We want to use WIP for proper accounting, however the issues lies when we go to invoice a project task we can only select 1 WIP account group to apply reversing transactions.  This means all of our project transactions (material, labor, other) must be grouped in to a single WIP account to ensure all these transactions are reversed upon invoicing.  We then loose transparency of the project costing having only a single costing account to view until invoiced.  This doesn’t seem to be a problem using Time and Material billing method, because we don’t have to select a single WIP account on the project task.

Restriction groups seem to behave differently with project account groups than they do for GL accounts.In the GL, you cannot see the balance of a restricted account or any associated transaction. In the Project module, if you have a restriction on an account group, you can still see the balance of that account group from the Balances tab, but you cannot check the transaction details.I reviewed the documentation to see if this is by design, but couldn’t find any mention of that. One of our customers is relying on this behaviour but I warned them this may be an oversight and that the behaviour could change in the future.I wanted to check here before opening a support ticket in the portal.

After creating an AR invoice from the proforma invoice in a project, it will not allow me to release it. I get this error message:Does anyone have any idea what that means?

i have a client who would like to add an attribute to projects, however, the project attribute screen doesn’t appear to show the newly created attribute.the goal is to set up the attribute to be able to select the specific employee leveraging the scheme object.  We specified PX.Objects.CR.CREmployee with “AcctID” as the Scheme field so that we can select the correct employee but it doesn’t appear to show up on the Project attribute side/get this error:am i looking at this wrong? is there a way to create an attribute that would allow someone to select from the list of employees that in the system or would the selections need to be specified in some sort of drop down box?TIA!
