Hello!I have created a prepayment Invoice type bill mistakenly by adding manual accounts and descriptions. Now I am required to cancel/void this transaction. But when I try ‘Write-off Prepayment’ action, it tries to create a debit adjustment but errors the line level account, stating it cannot be emptied. I am not allowed to manually fill the account as I did on the prepayment invoice.  Can someone please help me with this.  Thank You

Hello Acumatica Support Team,We are encountering an issue with inventory label printing misalignment when using DeviceHub to send print jobs to Zebra thermal printers. The labels are triggered from Acumatica during the inventory receiving process and are based on custom reports designed in Acumatica Report Designer.Label Specifications:We have created three custom reports with the following label sizes and formatting: Large Label: 3.00” x 4.00” Medium Label: 1.25” x 2.75” Small Label: 1.00” x 1.50” All layouts include spacing of 1/16” from the top and 1/8” from the bottom, with no left or right margins, to match our physical label stock and printing requirements.Issue Description: When previewed as PDF within Acumatica, the labels render correctly and align perfectly with the defined dimensions. However, when printed via DeviceHub to Zebra printers: The output is vertically misaligned (e.g., content printing too high or too low) There is noticeable deviation from expected

I have a Debit Adjustment stuck in a Reserved status.  I went into it to “remove hold”...I do not have that option.  How can I clear/open this document?TYIA

Hi Everyone,I’m having an issue while setting up a project budget in Acumatica and would appreciate any guidance.I tried to upload the Revenue Budget under the project, but the system did not upload all of the data from my file. In addition, one of the cost centers was uploaded incorrectly. Acumatica assigned a cost code/number that was not included in my upload file. The issue is that this cost code is not set up in the Cost Code list. I tried to select the correct cost code from the available list, but Acumatica does not accept the change and automatically repopulates the incorrect/non-existing cost code.I am now receiving the following error:Error: Unhandled exception has occurred, your changes have been rolled back: Error: An error occurred during processing of the field Cost Code: Error: 'Cost Code' cannot be found in the system.I also cannot delete the affected budget line because of this error.Has anyone encountered a similar issue with Project Budget setup or budget uploads in A

We have a customer that prefers us to master pack--packing several small boxes into a single larger box--so they don’t receive so many individual packages. Here’s our current process:In Acumatica, we pack everything into small boxes (for example, a box with carton ID C01) and enter the contents and weight for each small box. We can usually fit about six C01 boxes into one larger box, a C08. We then move to ShipRush (third-party shipping software), where we enter the dimensions for the large/master box (the C08), generate the FedEx shipping labels, and manually add the master box with the tracking numbers back into the shipment in Acumatica. In Acumatica, we use a dummy Ship Via (ShipRush FedEx), instead of FedEx Ground, so it doesn’t automatically populate tracking numbers. This method works, but it feels clunky. My question:Is there a way to master pack directly in Acumatica without relying on ShipRush? For example: could we create a special carton ID (like “CIP”-carton inner pack) and h

When my purchaser creates a purchase order from a production order it understandably creates a single line on the order for the total amount needed of that item for the production order. Currently our process involves lowering the quantity on that first line and breaking the total quantity out into several lines of that same item so that we can put in different promise dates for each line of the PO. When I or my purchaser go back to the production order details and click PO link, the new line appears but the checkbox to link it is inaccessible. Is there a way to make this accessible?

Does anyone know where to find the correct document for “How to setup and print on Blank Check Stock” with Acumatica? I searched and chatted with Acumatica and even they can’t help and couldn’t find the document?

Are there any options to enhance the search functionality on the mobile app to more closely match the web version?A difficulty we are having with our floor scanners is finding an item # to print a label. As an example, we are looking for an item with the description “Panel Universal 42 high at 35° stair”.On the web version any 2 or more keywords in any order will find it. So a search of “panel 35 uni” will find it. On the app everything needs to be precise, so “panel universal” will find it, but “uni panel” wont”Our company has ALOT of parts with a wide variety of descriptions so its proving a challenge when we need to label something on the floor.

Has anyone managed to sucessfully add a new barcode step to a WMS form. My code appeared to working fine, but replacing the transitions breaks the confirm package and confirm shipment buttons for some reason. Basically in pick pack ship in pack mode, I need it to tell the user to scan a custom field value for the package. And it seems to works if I do this in a scanextension script: [PXOverride]public virtual ScanMode<PickPackShip> DecorateScanMode(ScanMode<PickPackShip> original, Func<ScanMode<PickPackShip>, ScanMode<PickPackShip>> base_DecorateScanMode){    // Call the base code to get the original mode    var mode = base_DecorateScanMode(original);    //return mode;      if (mode is PickPackShip.PackMode packMode)      {          packMode.Intercept.CreateStates.ByAppend(basis =>              new ScanState<PickPackShip>[] { new BoxPackageTransferLabel() }          );        packMode        // Replaces the previous implementation with a new one.

Hi,Is it possible that Compliance is shown at the subcontract level only rather than at a vendor/projects level? We don’t want warnings displaying for expired compliance when users have a project or vendor screen open We want the warnings to display on the Process Payments/Checks screen if there is compliance expired on any of the lines on ScreenId=AP505000 for example beside the Vendor field

Hi Folks,I'm trying to apply tax manually rather than having it auto-calculated — the tax should be applied after the invoice has already been saved.I'm able to do this through the UI, but I can't get it working via the import scenario. I've tried following the approach in the threads below, but the old (auto-calculated) tax value keeps overriding the manual one I try to set.I've also tried creating the tax manually first, but that approach didn't work either. What I have working so far:Import the data → Save ✅ Add the manual tax, then Save again → not working ❌Separately, I'd also like to check whether it's possible to add a separate commission line based on column values — for example, the setup below should generate 2 lines on the same sales invoice. There are also zero value commisions lines in it shouldn’t create lines for it.I've attached my import scenario and DP for reference. Any help or guidance in the right direction would be appreciated.

Hi,We recently implemented Acumatica and have identified a gap in our materials control process. We understand the transactional steps involved in PO receipts and issuing materials to production orders, but we're unclear on what should trigger the material issue/release process.Specifically, we're trying to understand how a Materials Controller would know when newly received materials need to be issued to active production orders. Is there a standard screen, inquiry, report, or Generic Inquiry that can be reviewed daily to identify:Materials that have been received into stock Open production orders requiring those materials Any material shortages or items awaiting issueWe're looking for a practical way for the Materials Controller to manage and prioritise material releases to production on a day-to-day basis.Any guidance on the recommended Acumatica process would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.

Has anyone found a way to modify the default template used when creating an email from a Case? Something is automatically populating the subject line and To address, but would it require customization to change or is it something we can change easily?

I'm configuring dashboard with 'Employee' parameter and Widgets which display data from my GIs depending filtered by this 'Employee' parameter. Here are screenshots of current parameter settings and example of filtered widget settings. For the context 'Approver ID' is field EPApproval.ApprovedByID.I want by default to have current Logged user selected for 'Employee' parameter, but when I set its default value to @me the value on Dashboard page just gets value @ME and not current logged user. Could someone help fix this?
