Hi Team,

 

When I try to load entries under the “Approvals” screen, I didn’t find any entries.

 

 

Later on, when I log in on a different network, all the entries suddenly showed up at the same time.

 

 

May I know what is the issue here? And what could be the possible fix to avoid such instances in the future? Thank you.
