Attachment Maintenance

Hi,

We have a site that uses the Pick,Pack and Ship screen to dispatch shipments. As part of there proof of dispatch procedure they take a photo of the items before dispatch.

 

These attached photos are really only needed for around a month as the item will have been delivered in this time so we need to come up with a way to delete them on mass as they are a SaaS site and its eating rather a lot of there allocated space!

I’ve attached a GI that shows what i mean. 

 

Any ideas how to remove them?

I don’t believe there is a way to mass delete these attachments through the UI.

A script may need to be run to achieve this goal.

However, the ‘Search in Files’ screen may also help identify and delete attachments.
