Regarding frozen request in Acumatica

Hello Team,

 

There is one major issue happen with Acumatica repetitively,

Production server of acumatica goes up(CPU and memory) when any request is stuck in acumatica  like below
 

Stuck Request in Acumatica

According to above screenshot request is stuck 

so , my concern , Is there have any possibility to kill only this request other then Restart application or Restart IIS
