Is there a way to keep the Outlook addin open when opening a new email? Can we pin the addin?

Howdy y’all!I am trying to find a way to create tasks that would be linked to certain reports (ARM and Standard reports), like a month end checklist for finance users.  However, I see that Tasks can only be set for leads, contacts, opportunities, business accounts, cases, employees and projects.  I also researched Business Events but those seem to only be linked to Generic Inquiries.  There are no Activity tabs on the reports so I can’t use that option either. Am I perhaps missing something super obvious? Thanks!

Hi There,Is it possible to make it so you can edit fields directly on the generic inquiry screen? For example, I created Attributes for amazon prices and asins, and it would be convenient to be able to edit them on one screen / on the fly for all the products instead of having to go into each item or doing a data import. Would like to create something like the sales prices screen where you can edit all the prices in one spot.  Thanks in advance for the help.

We set up a new cash account, mirroring a current account, but we are getting the following error message when attempting to export the payment batch into a NACHA file,  “The export batch cannot be created due to invalid checkdigit for bank routing number xxxxxxxxx. Review and correct ACH setting on the Data Providers (SM206015) form. Our existing cash accounts are still processing batch payments and exporting correctly into NACHA files and because we copied the exact set up, we are at a loss for how to fix this.  We have submitted a ticket to Acumatica, but no resolution as of yet.

Hi, when we create our Sales Order using the API, we encountered this issue Response 422  Unprocessable EntityWe rarely encountered this issue, and we don’t know why it happens. In our request body, we are sure that we have the Status field.  For additional record, I have used the same request body a moment ago and the Sales Order is created but after trying now, the error shows up.Any help would be helpful. Thanks a lot

I have created one custom field each in Sales Orders screen and in Add SO Line dialog box in Invoices screen to display the value of Tariff Code in Stock Items screen. I managed to display them using the code below:public class SOLineExt : PXCacheExtension<PX.Objects.SO.SOLine>{ #region UsrTariffCode [PXDBString(30)] [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Tariff Code", Enabled = false)] [PXFormula(typeof(Selector<SOLine.inventoryID,InventoryItem.hSTariffCode>))] public virtual string UsrTariffCode { get; set; } public abstract class usrTariffCode : PX.Data.BQL.BqlString.Field<usrTariffCode> { } #endregion} public class SOLineForDirectInvoiceExt : PXCacheExtension<PX.Objects.SO.DAC.Projections.SOLineForDirectInvoice>{ #region UsrTariffCode [PXDBString(50, BqlField = typeof(SOLineExt.usrTariffCode))] [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Tariff Code", Enabled = false)] public virtual string UsrTariffCode { get; set; } public abstract class usrTariff

Hello, I’m having some issues adding a side panel to a GI that I made. For some reason, it will only show data associated with the first record, even if a different line is selected. This wasn’t always the case; when I first added it it worked just fine, but I have made some changes since then and I’m not sure what could have broken it. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

I'm working on a new Acumatica screen for our company that will require some javascript code to retrieve and display a map object (from ESRI).This code requires an external .js file that can be programmatically loaded. Everything works fine if I use a blank HTML page to test this. The problem I have is that when I try using the same code from inside the Acumatica screen, it doesn't load this required external file, and therefore the code does not work properly.I attempted to load the full .js file along with my code, but it returned the following error:error CS8095: Length of String constant exceeds current memory limit. Try splitting the string into multiple constants.I haven't tried splitting this file into multiple strings (as the error message suggests), because I want to make sure there isn't a cleaner and more professional, direct/right way to do this.Is it possible to manually import this external .js file into our Acumatica instance, so I can point to it instead? (in case it mak

In service order, after the service is completed not all the items were used, and some were returned. How to reflect the reduction of costs in the service order?

I have created a customized PO report and when I try to open the respective report in the Report Designer I come across this error, please let me know how to solve this issue.

I have trouble accepting that an Invoice can simply be deleted in AR Acumatica, in order to reopen a proforma Project Accounting Invoice. The audit purpose of Invoice numbering is the numbering sequence to ensure "completeness", and by simply allowing the deletion of an Invoice breaking the numbering sequence as far as I'm concerned is unacceptable. I would rather that the Invoice be left in display on the system but its status changed to "Deleted and Not Posted" (or something similar).

Hello Good Night. I have a problem filtering a Sql view.  I have a grid and i want to asign the vendor name in the corresponding column when i select a new vendor. I use de FieldUpdated Event. Then event works but when i want to filter by V_CEVendors (My Sql view) , the condition not work. I did a test with the table BAccount and apply the same filter and it worked. For which I do not understand the reason that with the sql view my filter is not working First scenario: FieldUpdated with mi SQL View V_CEVendors (not working)In the IdTest column I am sending the value of the selected VendorId, but when I enter the filter the “itemovista” does not return anything. I have checked the fields of my view and they are all correct. public SelectFrom<V_CEVendors>.View viewV_CEVendors; protected void _(Events.FieldUpdated<CEEstimateEstimate, CEEstimateEstimate.idTest> e) { var row = (CEEstimateEstimate)e.Row; V_CEVendors itemovista = viewV_CEVendors.Select()

Hi Guys, I am trying to create a report for the inventory items through a catalog:I have gotten to a point where the layout is correct but I can’t seem to get the list correct in the sense that it is duplicating each item as above. The design:The relations:Filters:Does anyone have an idea of what the problem could be?

We recently upgraded a client and found that with the upgrade TR order types now require a ship via. It was never required it previously. As these are transfers between store locations these should not have ship via. How do we make it so that TR order types do not require a ship via? We can not assign a Ship Via to a warehouse or to the Order Type. The Will Call box does not suffice any longer.

Hi, how many stock items can Acumatica hold?  I have a client that wants to load roughly 80,000 items with images.     Regards,Laura

I can’t get to litmos through the partner portal, I get an error, and not a regular 404, either. Anyone able to log into LEARN?

I have added a field (Profit Center) to the Sales Order header and detail tables. After requiring the field on the header, that field is then used as the default for the corresponding field when the user is adding detail lines to the sales order. This functionality is correctly working for all scenarios EXCEPT for the very first record when the header is unsaved.. Once the header is saved, then upon creating a detail record the field is correctly defaulted. Both fields have the same underlying data and work as intended on their own as selector controls.  Here is what is weird.. When entering a new header and before saving once you add a record in the Document Details grid, the first record does NOT default correctly. If you delete that record and then use the Add Row button, the new record now defaults correctly.  Here is the code for the SO.SOOrder DAC extension:[PXDBString(20)][PXSelector(typeof(Search<ReasonCode.reasonCodeID, Where<ReasonCode.usage, Equal<ReasonCodeUsages.s

Hello!Does anyone know when would Sales Demo for Build 21.108.0032 be available for the download? Thank you!

We have a customer who has a large quantity of recurring sales orders. Customers reorder the same items on a weekly/monthly/quarterly schedule. They would like to be able to have these recurring orders generated automatically.Today, they’re using quotes as templates for the various recurring customer orders and when it’s time to create an actually sales order, they use the “Copy Order” action to copy the quote to a new sales order. They would like to automate that process.I’d like to use a Business Event to automatically copy the quote to a new sales order through an import scenario.I see that there’s a Field/Action in the import scenario screen for that action, but I don’t know how the rest of the import scenario lines need to be configured to support that function.Has anyone had success with this?

We are new to Acumatica and are trying to decide on renewing our SLS or pay per case.  I wanted to know what the cost range was for those who have a support agreement.  Any input would be appreciated.

Hi, We need to avoid the Bidding process when creating the Purchase Requisitions. That mean first start from Requisition form and finish without bidding process. Then need to create Purchase order from Requisition.  RegardsNethupul

We would like to know if there is a method or screen to update a part numbers serial numbers currently stored in a bin location in a warehouse.

I am trying to create in import scenario to terminate customer contracts because of an integration with Salesforce. Find below the import scenario definition. The excel file behind this import scenario is detailed below:When I run the import scenario, the process fails. No much information is provided. Only says that were not able to process. Any clues?
