This may be a pretty basic questions but I am learning, If I need to edit the stock item safety stock in a warehouse, is there a way to do that in bulk? It would take a very long time to clean up this data if I have to open every single item in item warehouse details and edit them. There has to be a better way! TIA!

version 2020 R2. For a few stock items, the “In Assembly Demand” quantity is greater than zero.  All Kit’s have been released, so this quantity should be zero. See below for an example. How can I fix this? Thank you.

Hi,This issue was discussed in this topic here - “Created looped method in customization Project”I describe what I am trying to achieve : I need to define a code which will be always executed, without any user actions,One important moment - is should work if Acumatica IIS process is running, so even if we have not authorized in Acumatica the code inside package that was imported to Acumatica customization must work. The logic is very simple - it will just generate files in specific directory all time.It was advised to perform to following steps in order to achieve the required result Create a new processing screen Written a logic in processing screen graph schedule this screen for every 10/20/30 minutesI need to clarify some momentsThe first one : during creating new screen - is it enough to generate new one screen without adding anything here (fields, other elements) at stat step (I do not need to use anything from this entity, no new fields, I just need to create independent code as

Is there a way to process the invoice before shipment? The business is  to render services to the customer by registering their cars to the DMV and it require documents to be shipped back to the client.

Looking for a report that I can run for auditors that would show my total inventory purchases by vendor. Ideally this would be the landed cost of that inventory item regardless if the freight was paid to a 3rd party or not. Know of any reports that would achieve this?

Is it possible to create a report where one of the parameters (?) or options is the user can select how they want the report sorted?Example: I have a Sales Order based report, some of my users want to see the report sorted by Sales Order # and some of my users want to see the report sorted by Ship On date...

I am making a Sales Order based Report. I want my users to select a Customer ID and then a customer Ship To Location. I want the Customer Ship To Locations to only be for the Customer ID. Right now I can’t even get the Customer Locations to pull up...How do I make this happen in a report?I’m including a screen shot of the parameter screen and the relationship tab from the build schema part of the report. Please note, I’m a novice, so any help would be appreciated.

Is there a way to change the default so I can manage the report designer from within the website instead of downloading into RPS file?

How are vendor bank details stored in Acumatica? In NetSuite they have the electronic bank payment bundle, is there something similar in Acumatica? Or is it just the default payment method settings area in the vendor forum?

Hi, In this topic I was provided by help in question concerning work with Automation Schedules. The Instruction was the following :Please make the below change on the scheduler screen to run the scheduler every 5 min. I followed this instruction and everything worked perfect. After that I deleted schedules and tried to perform it once again and it does not work. Schedule must execute code which creates files in directory. Yesterday files were created, and now they only appear in case if I press button Process dataThe result I am trying to achieve is make my code executed every minute, yesterday it worked but now I can not repeat it Here is my configuration. Is there something that I missed ?

Can anyone direct me to where the sales region is added?

Hi, I need to synchronize the product stocks with our website through API and I would like to trigger the application on product stock change so I have 3 questions:Is it possible to add a business event trigger on product stock change? If point nr 1 is possible can a business event trigger start an application from ‘Run application’? If point nr. 2 is possible, can we send arguments(parameter) based on event? I would need to send the inventoryID as the parameter in this case.

We have DFR that have been completed and Approved through Time & Expense however for some reason after it is approved under “Approve Time Activities”, it will not show up under “Release Time Activities” so we can release post to the job and the GL.  The activity shows up on the job but the cost will not post.  We don’t know if this is a security role or something we are doing incorrectly because we are able to do this with a different approver but when we approve these the just sit there and do not go to the “”Release Time Activities” screen.  Help!!

Hello Everyone, I recently went live and an SO Invoice that got migrated needs to have an adjustment made to the inventory related. I already created a credit memo that used AR as the off-set account. I am wondering if the best way to approach this is to simply create and release an adjustment with the “update GL” checkbox de-selected on inventory preferences. Is this the best way to go about a process like this? I do not think I want to hit the GL since this SO Invoice was migrated. As a background, 4 of the inventory item was sent to the customer but 20 of the inventory item needs to be added back into the inventory. Thanks

When a user creates a new contact, my customer wants the Owner field to be defaulted to the current user account.I’ve written code to do this, but I am afraid the Acumatica police will come knocking any day now.I’m upgrading someone else’s code and in 2020R1, they simply set the OwnerID field to the current UserID.  The OwnerID field is now int, not GUID so the code was broken.First, I am using an obsolete call to PXAccess.GetUserID().  I use that ID in a Fluent BQL statement to get the DefContactID from the BAccount table by joining it to the EPEmployee table where the EPEmployee is the UserID.It isn’t pretty but it works.  I am supposed to use ICurrentUserInformationProvider to get the UserID but I don’t know how to implement it.  This is the code I am using:        protected void Contact_ContactID_FieldDefaulting(PXCache cache, PXFieldDefaultingEventArgs e)        {            var row = (Contact)e.Row;            Contact crcontact = e.Row as Contact;            if (row.ContactID ==

Hello, We have multiple warehouses, some of them are no longer in use. I made the warehouses inactive on IN204000, but the lines still show up on the warehouse tab of the stock items (IN202500). How do I make it so that these inactive warehouses are no longer showing up in the list on each item? In the example screenshot both ‘SAN’ and ‘ONT’ warehouses are already listed as inactive, yet still appear on the list. Thanks! Edit: I am looking to do this for all of our inventory items as these warehouses are permanently deactivated. Doing them one at a time is simply not feasible.

We have a service order that has an appointment with a status of “in process”.  On the appointment are some links to purchase orders that we want to remove, but it won’t let us take “mark for PO” off.  The PO is empty.  We need to move forward and invoice this service order but can’t seem to get past this, is there something I’m missing in terms of removing the PO from the Service Order?

We have scenario where there are  Invoices those are having multiple line items.some line items Inventory ID was wrong but now the Invoice has been released. Can we Update Inventory ID for released Invoices or can we use  “Change ID” feature to update the Inventory ID for released Invoices. ?
