Solved

Hi everyone. I need to know where in the BigCommerce I can configure the customer specific prices to provide to acumatica API.Thanks.

when tried to prepare invoice it was showing the following error:  Inserting 'AR Invoice/Memo' record raised at least one error. Please review the errors. Error: The 03-2022 financial period is inactive in the MUFFINS company.

I would like to dynamically change the color (“Connotation”) of the Confirm Shipment action button (Shipment Entry screen) depending on a condition in 21R2.Example use case: If the Package Weight is not within an allowable range of the Shipped Weight, then change the Confirm Shipment action button connotation to "Warning". Otherwise, use “Success”. This color change would provide another visual indicator to my fulfillment staff that a shipment is okay to confirm.I’m currently using the `SOShipment_PackageWeight_FieldUpdated()` event to raise a SetPropertyException, but the warning icon is so small that it’s easily missed. I want to provide more visible feedback to the end-user to help prevent costly packaging errors.In the 21R2 workflow editor, the color appears to be controlled by the “Connotation” selection.It does not appear to be possible to conditionally change the connotation of the Action button using the 21R2 workflow editor. How can it be done using code? Maybe using PXScreenC

Hello, we are having issue with getting Acumatica to print out the shipping label using Fedex integration. DeviceHub with printer and scale is connected to Acumatica, communicating, no issue there. everything is good until the end when we want to print the label(it is set to auto-print), it just gives us a downloadable version of label in .zplii format which we cant do anything with it. would be more convenient to have it print right away when shipment is confirmed.access rights, default printer, stock label and other settings are all good. using Zebra label printer.

I have created a generic inquiry for a custom form, but when I try to type in the search bar it does not give any results but only shows results when we use the filter functionality in the generic inquiry. Any idea why that occurs?

Hello,Is there a way to export a specific price attached to a price code to Shopify so that the price of an item updates when the price attached to the price code is updated?Alternatively, is there a way to make the “RETAIL” price code populate the “default price” field as this would also solve the issue?

The aspx xml file for an Acumatica screen always contains `<Page path="[path]" pageSource="[page_source]”>`.  It appears that whenever I upgrade to a new release of Acumatica, the pageSource content of any screens I have customized changes. This happens even when nothing else on the screen has been changed in my customization. Why does the pageSource change when no other changes have been made? What effect does it have? Moreover, how can I tell if the change made to the pageSource is the change I want to make? The only information I have been able to find about the pageSource is that it is “the binary content for the page”. However, that doesn’t explain to me why it changes with each upgrade and if it matters what version of the pageSource I am using. How can I tell if these pageSource changes are ones I should commit to my source code? Any explanation would be appreciated.

Does anyone know how the Landed Costs with Type - VAT Taxes work?I want to know how to configure and how it works. Thanks Jesus

Hoping someone can help guide me in the right direction. I have a basic GI with two tables (employee left joined with contact table). The GI has just a few fields in the result grid.I setup a push notification to push to a webhook. I’m seeing odd behavior, where the inserted array below is blank and only the deleted shows up.  Any idea what could be the cause of this issue and/or how to resolve?Thanks,Cory { "Inserted": [], "Deleted": [ { "Acu_Salesperson_ID__c": "1", "Acu_Status__c": "x", "Acu_CRM_Location__c": "xx", "Acu_First_Name__c": "xx", "Acu_Last_Name__c": "xx", "RECORD_NAME": "xx", "RECORD_ID": "12345" } ], "Query": "GINAME", "CompanyId": "COMP NAME", "Id": "4b38f85f-adcd-4814-a0f2-ed399f0687b7", "TimeStamp": 637827401083003674, "AdditionalInfo": { "PXPerformanceInfoStartTime": "03/13/2022 03:48:27" }}

We are starting to look into User Roles and security and I have been looking but didn’t find anything that addresses this. Is it possible via a customization to have a different button be the main button on the same screen based on the user’s role. For example on the Shipments screen below: For the roles Customer Service and Warehouse:Customer Service:  ideally, the Print Shipment Confirmation would be highlighted in Green and be the main option, while Confirm Shipment would be hidden under the 3 dots.Warehouse:  Confirm Shipment highlighted in green as it is now, Print Shipment Confirmation hidden under the 3 dots

We’re using AD roles mapped to Acumatica roles for quite a few of our users.Trying to create a selector that gives us a list of users that have certain Acumatica roles, and not able to get the “active” roles. Acumatica does not store the mappings in UsersInRole or anywhere else that we can find.There are two possible paths to this we’ve found:Use PXSelectAllowedRoles from PX.SM Not sure how this DAC works or how to use it, but it appears to be the DAC that provides the mapped roles on the users screen. It is used in Access.cs Use  ActiveDirectoryProvider.GetUsersByGroupIDs(usergroups) or some other method of the ActiveDirectoryProvider. We haven’t completely explored this either.Does anyone have experience with trying to do this?

Hi,How to change the Text Field to Date Field dynamically based on Condition?Is there any approach to execute this type of scenarios?Thanks,Giri.

Does anyone have thoughts on how I might supply inventory balances to the system externally without having to manage inflows (Purchase Receipts) and outflows (selling stock from the warehouse)?As we test transitioning from our old system, we’d like to use the balances from the old system but allow the new system to enforce order limits, etc.I’m guessing this is not a thing, but I’m curious if anyone has any clever tricks to make this work...

I’ve been using export scenarios to create and automatically sync vendor reports for a while and they all work fine. Now I need to do the same thing, except email or save a copy of the file to the user who needs to manually upload them.I’ve looked at business events and automatons but every avenue seems like a dead end. Is this possible and if so how?Thank you.

I would like to ask is it possible and how to set outside process (outsourcing) without manufacturing mode. Till now I found solutions only for manufacturers by creating Production Orders but what if there is no production onside and we ship a purchased item to the Vendor for an outside process (coating etc) and then afterwards we receive it back from Vendor ready to sell. How to organize that case in the system in order to calculate costs correctly and track the item?

Hello!Our company has employees who defer to both a traditional 401K and a 401K Roth.  Our company match is 50% of the deferrals, up to 3%.  How do I set this up so it takes both the 401k & Roth in to account?  If someone is deferring 6% to their 401K and 6% to their Roth, we want the max match to be 3% between the 2. Thank you in advance for any help!

Hello! Is there a way to have an earnings code set up, so every time hours are brought in, the systems pays the same rate?We have employees in school and when they are in class, they get paid $xx/hour, regardless of what their normal wage is. Thank you!

Hello everyone, I am playing around with the mobile app with warehouse management. I am trying to use the scan and transfer function to transfer between warehouses but the scan and transfer function seems to only allow transfer between locations in a single warehouse. Is there a way to bypass this? Is there any work-around? Thank you
