All of this customer user portal’s access rights has already revoked. But when I login as the customer, I can still see "Profile and Orders" menu, how can I restrict this user accessing “Profile and Orders” menu on the self-service portal?

I was wondering if anyone can help me look behind the scenes and figure out if the Notes on the payment application is tied to any other record? We would like for it to be tied directly to the invoice itself, so notes on the invoice appear on the line item in the payment record. However, the note field on the payment does not appear to be tied to the invoice, the line item on the invoice, the journal transaction, or anything else that I can see. Any thoughts or help on this would be much appreciated!! Notes in question are highlighted in redSee notes active here that do not pass through to the payment

I have an action that I’m using it on multiple screens. This action appears on all screens and works as expected. The only exception I am facing are “POOrderEntry” and “SubcontractEntry” screens that doesn’t show the Action on screen. Here is the Action:public PXAction<POOrder> customRoute;[PXButton(CommitChanges = true, Category = Messages.ApprovalCategory, DisplayOnMainToolbar = true, IsLockedOnToolbar = true)][PXUIField(DisplayName = EPMessages.CustomRoute, MapEnableRights = PXCacheRights.Select, MapViewRights = PXCacheRights.Select)]protected virtual IEnumerable CustomRoute(PXAdapter adapter){ Base.Save.Press(); // Do stuff here return adapter.Get();}Can anyone help why this works on all screens but these two?

Hello,Please see below for action script to create a new issue. I successfully pass over header level information (the only field I have mapped is description, everything else defaults). However, it is not populating my detail rows from the foreach loop. Any reason this might be happening? This script is placed as an extension to the ProjectEntry class and the table that I’m selecting from is the project inventory w/ lotserial numbers. I have also confirmed that this particular ProjectID has two lines that would be created on a successful action execution.Any help would be greatly appreciated! #region Actions public PXAction<PMProject> createIssue; [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Create Issue", MapEnableRights = PXCacheRights.Select, MapViewRights = PXCacheRights.Select)] [PXButton] protected virtual IEnumerable CreateIssue(PXAdapter adapter) { INIssueEntry graph = PXGraph.CreateInstance<INIssueEntry>(); INRegister head

Hello- I am relatively new to the Acumatica developer side. I am trying to get a button to create an inventory issue auto-populated from results in the grid that the button sits on, however, I’m being stopped in my tracks when I try to create the script to be called because I have no clue if I am calling the correct definitions or not. I am honestly just trying to copy and adapt based on the T230_Actions developer course. I have no clue if I am actually calling to an appropriate object. Any help would be greatly appreciated. #region Actions public static void CreateIssue(INIssueEntry projIssue) { using (var ts = new PXTransactionScope()) { var issueEntry = PXGraph.CreateInstance<INIssueEntry>(); } ...more code would go here } #endregionOn a somewhat related note, going through the developer courses, they seem to be pretty rigid regarding the references to classes, names, etc. Short of deploying a local instance and i

Are there any configuration options to choose BOM revision as part of the Create Production Orders processing screen? Customer has many items that have more than 1 valid BOM revision and they would like to be able to choose/populate which BOM revision the resulting production order should be created with. Not being able to assign the BOM revision makes the Create Production Orders batch processing less valuable, as they will still need to go in and update BOM Revision on each production order generated. Thank you,Greg

Hi allI need to show VAT per line in our Receivables invoice that prints for customers, but I’m finding that both the ARTran.curyTaxAmt and ARTran.taxAmt fields are showing zero.  Is there a different way to do this?

Hello,     I am writing a report to customers and would like to show the AR line amt and line taxamt.however,  The ARTran.TaxAmt is empty, and also the ARTax.TaxAmt is empty.   We do have TaxAmt on TaxTran, but is is not single line, it is the whole AR document.  Can somebody tell me where I can get the line TaxAmt directly?  Or I have to calculate it by myself?

Hi everyone,We want to release over 175 invoices via mass processing rather than individually. However, we only one invoice is displayed in Release AR documents. Really hoping someone can show us how do we fix this? Thanks,Daniel

I have been trying to set this up and getting close but failing to find how to do this correctly.  What I want is for the same process that happens when I press the email shipment action button manually to happen when the shipment is confirmed but I can’t work out how to achieve this.  Is this something I need to do in the workflow or does it need some customization code or am I looking in the wrong place completely? I managed to set up a business event which sends the email when the status reaches status confirmed but it doesn’t allow me to attach the shipment confirmation report to it so I don’t think that is the right way to go about it. Thanks, Phil

Is it possible to attach an additional document when emailing customer statements ? For example, to send out a promotional flyer pdf with a particular statement run ? Thanks !

Hi All,I am creating a report that will help me identify amount of defect / return over a period of time. I used SO.61.10.00 Sales Order Detail By Customer as base report. The issue I am having is that the SOLine.ClosedQty is not able to sum based on the different order types. I have multiple order types that I need to subtract each other in order to produce the result I am looking for. Below are what I am trying to do:Sum of Sales Order - Sum of Correction (Custom Order Type)Sum of Credit (Custom Order Type) + Sum of Replacement (Custom Order Type)I used IIF function in on the detail and it work fine, only when it comes to SUM where the number is off. ‘=IIF([SOOrder.OrderType]='SO',[SOLine.ClosedQty],IIF([SOOrder.OrderType]='CO',sum([SOLine.ClosedQty]),'0')‘Are there any suggestion on what I can do in order to achieve what I want?Kind regards,Calvin Law

In situations where a service company performs a repair on a Service Order / Appointment, then realizes that the invoice should be sent to a party such as an insurance company, how might they process an appropriate invoice? There may be different 3rd parties for a customer, so parent/child companies won’t work Copying the service order to a new one for the insurance company looses appointment log information, signatures, attachments, etc. Creating service orders and appointments with may detail lines and log lines is tedious and error-proneWhat other work-arounds might be simpler?

Client will be using Shiphawk for packing. The need to generate batch pick lists in Acumatica. The workflow would be:Generate batch pick list in Acumatica Pick product on paper Accumulate product in packing area Sort and process packing of product in Shiphawk to confirm shipment in AcumaticaThe issue I’m running into is once the shipment is created and a batch pick list is generated, the shipments on that list are essentially locked until scanning is done to complete picking in Acumatica.Thoughts? Am I missing something simple?

Can anyone explain if the In-Transit Branch default under Inventory Preferences has any impact?  I have a multi-branch company and of course would have any number of branches that would be in-transit when transferring or purchasing inventory.  I don’t understand how 1 default In-Transit Branch would even apply much less make sense to be mandatory setup under Inventory Preferences. thanks for the input
