Hi,I have custom screen form that was created for inputting credentialsThe problem is that field “Password” depicts hidden symbols before something was written. On that screen I just switched to this tab, all fields are empty, but Password is showing that something was inputted. I attached my solution to Acumatica and verified that Password field is empty, so there is some problem with view.I attach customization project settings and codeAcumatica 2021R2Maybe you can suggest how to null its value, while tab is loading for deleting all from view or maybe another approach to make it look correctThanks in advance

Is there an Acumatica method to merge two tenants into one which are currently in the same database?Client has multiple companies and multiple branches in two separate tenants, is it possible to merge the two tenants into one, if they share the same Chart of Accounts and same periods?   If not, Is there a script that can be run to bring the master records together with just the settings without transactions?

Hi Experts,I have some custom fields in Sales Order screen as below. I know we can’t update this Sales Order when the sales order status is shipping or closed. But I want to set a new value to these fields. I know I can update the confirmed shipment by the action “Correct Shipment”. Does Sales Order screen have any way to modify the fields when the status is shipping or closed?

When I tried to import an XML file with the Generic Inquiry page, I get the following error:

Hi there!  I reversed a pay application because it got rejected.  I applied a credit memo to the original invoice.  NOW - the pay application is showing like I still billed it and that it was never reversed.  This is throwing my payment application totally out of whack. Does anyone know what I can do to rectify?

Has anyone found or created a change log, similar to what you would print out for discussion at weekly OAC meetings? I am trying to avoid using Excel spreadsheets, but unless I can find something in Acumatica I might be back to that.

We are new to acumatica and trying to use the Purchase Request / Requisition process. In our legacy system the users will make purchase request for known and unknown items. In acumatica we are able to make the requests for unknown items however, when our purchasing personal try to create the requisition from the request we get errors as the ItemID does not exist. Is there a workflow where you can take the request item information and create a new item from it? Or does anyone have any ideas on how you could allow requestors to make a request for non-existing items or vendors?

Version: 2021R1Hello, as many of us experience, the commerce connector will only allow 1 customer class on import.  This functionality is limiting.  So I wanted to use other fields in the customer record to update the customer class (dynamically). So the intention would be: commerce connector imports customer from Shopify with Customer Class “K2TEST”. I build a GI that looks for all records with customer class “K2TEST” I create a data provider based on the Generic Inquiry noted above. I create an import scenario that uses the data provider noted above and has logic to look at an ATTRIBUTE on the customer record and map a new customer class “K2NEWCLASS” accordingly. I then schedule the import scenario to run from a Business Event or Schedule...making it AUTOMATED.This scenario works with EXCEL as the data provider, but obviously that takes manual intervention to process.  But switching to the GI gives me the following error:  1 items have not been processed successfully. View name: BAcc

Is there a setting or access right that can be set to allow users other than Admin to ignore the Excel export limit of 1000 records?

Hi everyone,When I was reversing FA in FA module, the following highlight message popup. Where can I find the “unreleased transactions and how can I resolve it? Please advise. Thank you so much for your assistance.

ERROR:  The TOMYUM2 project cannot be selected because the MAIN warehouse location specified in the line is not linked to this project. Select another project, or change the warehouse location.

We are a company with multiple branch locations, some in different states. Most of the branches all perform the same selling functions, and we do not separately report financials for each branch (although we do some rollup reporting on each branches financial performance). There is a question on whether we should be using branches at all. For example, we could structure the software so that there is a single company with multiple warehouses (i.e. Seatle, Portland, etc), but no distinction between branches in the software. This would allow us to do single-step transfers between warehouses, for example. However, there is a question in my mind of whether this will hamper us in the future in terms of shipping material between branches (will the software be able to understand that the branch warehouses are geographically distinct if they are not attached to separate branches)?Does anyone have experience with doing this one way versus ther other? If the only advantage of distrinct branches is

Our new client reports to ACA. 2 medical plans are currently offered to the employees.  1 for the employee plan at $50 MINIMUM EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUTION per month and 1 for the employee family plan at $150 MINIMUM EMPLOYEE CONTRIBUTION per month.  Do I need to set this up as 2 separate deductions that are flagged as ACA related, setting the ACA tab with the Minimum Employee Contribution of $50 for 1 code and $150 for the second code?  Then just assign the appropriate deduction code at the employee level, set the actual deduction amount for the payroll processing, and the ACA reporting screen will display the minimums $50 or $150 appropriately? Thank you

Our client sells a serialised item that has an expiry date.  The item becomes an service equipment.  We need to see the expiry date on the equipment record.  It seems that all that is available is a warranty expiry but this wont work as the expiry date is set by the manufacture whereas a warranty runs from the date of the customer purchase. Thanks James

Hi,In this topic it was advised to use following code:                 string referenceNbr = "001991";                APPaymentEntry graph = PXGraph.CreateInstance<APPaymentEntry>();                graph.Document.Current = graph.Document.Search<APPayment.refNbr>(referenceNbr)                             graph.APPost.Current = graph.APPost.SelectSingle();                graph.reverseApplication.Press();However, in reverseApplication method I get Object referenceThe exception occurs in this method inside reverseApplicationI can not figure out which “e” object in upper method is null, because debug does not allow to view call stack or check objects in Watch  for Acumatica classesSuggest please, how it can be fixed or implemented by another approach that will allow to return Item back after it was released

HI All,I set up a System Email and get this error. Please help if you know how to solve itThanks in advance.

Hi,If a user has selected a incorrect account (which is not available in the relevant account group) in a data entry form for a specific project(Bill ,GL Transaction, Invoice), in the cost codes selection window there will no cost codes available in the project codes filter. In this case, users move to the all records and select the cost code which create an additional cost budget line with a default cost code. When creating this kind of transaction system shows a warning but allowed to process further. How can we stop processing this kind of transactions. Thank you,Dulanjana

I have a Dynamics SL client that is looking at Acumatica. They are a project based client and utilizes a 9/80 work week schedule for their project employees. I can’t find any documentation for this on the Acumatica website. Does anyone know if this is native functionality or an ISV solution I can review? Thanks, Jim Gross

HiIn this topicit was suggested how I can download the merged customizationsDuring this process Acumatica assigns its  own name (customization) to new packageDoes Acumatica support renaming of the package at this step ?As I can see I can rename customization directly at Customization Project tab I am not sure that it will not lead to errors, but if this way to rename customizations is correct, everything is okay

Hi,I have custom business logic in my project, some errors are depicted at Acumatica screen directly if something goes wrong, but sometimes errors are not very informative. Does Acumatica have embedded Logger to record all errors that happen or maybe there exists some approach how to record all errors ?Acumatica version 2021R2

Hi, I need to call Reverse Application action programmaticallyMy application has custom process screen, which is triggered by user input, inside class of this process screen I need to write logic that will call reverse application, that is the reason why calling via Base is impossible. The version of Acumatica is 2021R2Thanks in advance.

Hi,I need to add to my application logic that will Void Checks and Payments items which have “closed” stateWhen I try to do this programmatically via this codeI get error in this event, which is called when I try to call Void action This event is located in this path : C:\Program Files\Acumatica ERP\AcumaticaDB_new\App_Data\CodeRepository\PX.Objects\AP\APPaymentEntry.csThe reason why I get object reference in this event is that NewValue filed is null and can’t look from which place we transfer PXFieldVerifyingEventArgs object to this event, because thought all call stack from my code to this Class I receive these errorsSo I can’t investigate from which place null is coming to the eventBesides, this is Acumatica code, change it in any way will be bad idea, maybe there is something that must be added in my code and will help to fix object reference in the event. The version of Acumatica is 2021R2Thanks in advance.
