My customize project is usually unpublished and I don't know why, for sure that no one has touched on this.

Yes, it will impact the other tenants.
Make sure that always deploy the packages from the one tenant (Live tenant) → and select the Publish to Multiple Tenants option.

Yes, I publish a new project on the test tenant. So it will impact on the live tenant
