Hello, I would like to know if I can also split current production orders (activated MRP module). As an example: An order with 100 parts. There are only material for 30 parts immediately available and I need the finished product right away.Is there a way now to say I'm splitting the current job into a 30 piece, 50 piece, and 20 piece job without having to finish (or cancel) the entire job or recreate several individually. It is also about the final accounting.

Is there a way to add multiple finished goods in 1 BNR? Example,  I have 50 KG of product that will pack out into 2 ea. 10 KG containers/lids, 4 ea. 5 KG containers/lids, 10 ea. 1 KG containers/ lids. Each container is a different size. This will come from a single sales order and I would like to only make 1 BNR for our production order. I know I can move multiple finished goods, but would like to created then in 1 BNR.

I have report where I note the account and it’s balance on one row, expand by subaccount on the next row set exampleThis is working great for obtaining the subaccount activity that makes up the account balance. However when printing the report, I would like to sort the subaccount string numerically. Currently, segment one is sorting largest to smallest while segment 2 is smallest to largest. Does anyone know of a custom expression for either the column set or row set to be able to sort the string smallest to largest? example of report output (exported to Excel), same behavior in the Acumatica screen and when exporting to PDFThanks for any and all help on this!

Hello Community,in CRCase there is a field called “Priority” it uses the CRCasePriorityAttribute to get its values from a PXStringList. Now I want to values to be stored into the DB by a DAC.I created the DAC and I also tried building a DAC Extension on CRCase. However it seems it doesn’t work.So far the Extension looks like this:public class CRCaseExt : PXCacheExtension<PX.Objects.CR.CRCase> { #region Priority [PXDBString(1, IsFixed = true)] [PXDefault('M')] [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Priority")] [PXSelector( typeof(Search<CRCaseMyPriority.priorityId>), typeof(CRCaseMyPriority.priorityId), typeof(CRCaseMyPriority.priorityValue), typeof(CRCaseMyPriority.sortOrder), DescriptionField = typeof(CRCaseMyPriority.priorityValue) )] public virtual String Priority { get; set; } #endregion }When I publis this the DropDownList of the Priority gets empty and no values are there to select. The DB however is populated and also the

Hello, could you provide some guidance on how to maintain the status of a sales order as 'open' even after we've issued the invoice? This specifically applies to orders containing special items. I've already included a checkbox labeled 'Is Special Item' on the sales order screen, and I thought it might assist in achieving this situation. The rationale behind keeping the order in an 'open' status is to allow it to be marked as 'complete' only when the order associated with a purchase order (PO) has arrived at the warehouse.

A customer is a branch of a head office. Some invoices for the customer are billed to the head office and paid for by head office (purchase of equipment). Other invoices for the customer are billed to the branch and paid for by the branch (consumable items). If I setup the child / parent relationship, is there any way of choosing that some invoices are not the responsibility of the parent but of the child? ThanksKevin

Hello Community,I have a query regarding the “ADD PO RECEIPT” button at the Bills Form and whether there's a way to display only the correct receipts.Let me illustrate the scenario: sometimes, a user may create a receipt but inadvertently input incorrect information and then proceed to release it. In such cases, the user needs to create a Return form, reopen the PO Line, and subsequently re-receipt it correctly. This results in the “PO HISTORY” tab of PO containing two receipts - the first one, wrongly released, and the second one, which is the correct receipt. Additionally, there's the entry for the Return form. Now, when we create bill for the receipts through “ADD PO RECEIPT” button, we want to see only the correct receipt (the second one) to choose in the Bills Form. This would help avoid any confusion and ensure accuracy in our billing procedures.I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could provide insights or suggest any methods to achieve this, allowing us to effectively filter

Hi!We have a Bills and Adjustments Approval routing set up for one of our tenants, with a very simple routing that flows to a workgroup of approvers. All of a sudden, today, we are unable to approve any of the Bills stuck in Pending Approval. Nothing about our routing has changed, and I have even tried creating a new routing, creating test users to assign the routing to, and we are unable to successfully approve. Has anyone encountered this, or know where we should begin to look? It doesn't matter if we create brand new routing, assign new users as the approver, etc, we continue to get the message “You are not an authorized approver for this document”Thanks for your insight!

Is there a way to pull the AR and AP Aging reports through the rest API? Specifically these are the reports I’m referring to:

I am looking for a way to bill time directly to customers. I noticed when creating an Activity for a customer (work item, phone call, etc.), you can check the activity as “Billable”. How do you bill these activities to customers?  I am guessing the activity checkbox (Billable) is only for reporting on the timecard. I am trying to avoid creating a project and invoice for a 15 minute consulting phone call. I’d love to way to track all billable work items for a customer and then bill them at the end of the month / quarter with all these work items.  Thanks,Paul

Good day,I want to update vendor classes.  I can’t seem to find an action that will override the warning note which I want to set to NO.  When I run import below; it has been to confirm if I want to update the vendor settings which is in all cases NO.  Any suggestions? Or Which action I should use to answer the”warning”

Hi: I need to setup security by user in order to let some user create only 2-step Transfers. With this I can reduce the human error at the trasfer process.  Please let me know if someone has achieved this or if there is a way to do it.  Thanks,  Jesus.

HelloI’m trying to use a webservice endpoint with StorageDetailsInquiry and StorageDetailsLocationInquiry to get all the inventory from a specific warehouse, but it seems that those endpoints only give me the first row of data from each InventoryID if there are multiple lots worth of data.I’ve attached screenshots of the inventory rows that I need and my postman response when I try to get those rows. The endpoint we are using is /StorageDetailsInquiry?$expand=StorageDetailsHas anyone else had issues with this? Thanks

We’re just rolling out Acumatica. We’re starting to utilize Template Items heavily. I’m wondering if there’s a feature we can turn on to just auto-generate the Template ID rather than having to enter something? It would save a lot of time!

We have a customer that has the incorrect Customer ID. We have attempted to change the Customer ID by clicking on the AR303000 screen and selecting Change ID. We enter the correct Customer ID in the Specify New ID windows, then click OK, and click Save, we receive an error message that readsError: Another process has added the ‘Customer’ record. Your changes will be lost. Can someone explain what the error message means, and if there is a way to change the Customer ID without having to create a new customer.Thank you!

I have a sync going where I am trying to do “delta” loads of different types of data from Acumatica. I am extracting certain entities for use in an external customer facing eCommerce website. What is the best method I should use to make sure I am getting the latest data. For instance, If I run a sync every hour, how to I go about ensuring I get the latest records (ie: SalesOrder, Invoices, StockItems, etc.)I have GI’s created for them all which work well. My approach right now is to use the “LastModifiedOn” date and load records based on that. I then page through those result sets (if needed).  Sometimes we need to do a full resync or “hydration” of a new entity….so I sync in nested batches.Psudeo code isLastModifiedOn ge 09/14/2023 and LastModifiedOn le 09/15/2023 $top=100, $skip=100 (page 2) Inside of that, I will page if needed.I am not confident I am doing this the best and most efficient way. I wanted to ping the broader community to see if there may be a better approachThank you

I created a Processing screen.  The grid is populated with SO Lines based on the filter. In the grid of items being processed, the Order Number is visible:When processing is complete, the Order Number is not displayed in the results screen:I added the SO number in the Message as a workaround, but I don’t know why the SO number is not showing in the results screen.I also noticed that as soon as I click PROCESS ALL, the grid is refreshed and the SO Number and Customer info is cleared from the grid during the processing. This is the select that shows the data in the grid. [PXFilterable] public PXFilteredProcessingJoinOrderBy<SOLine, RecordsToProcessFilter, InnerJoin<SOOrder, On<SOOrder.orderType, Equal<SOLine.orderType>, And<SOOrder.orderNbr, Equal<SOLine.orderNbr>>>>, OrderBy<Asc<SOLine.orderNbr, Asc<SOLine.lineNbr>>>> SOLinesToUpdate; The primary table has to be SOLine as that is what is being processed in the delegate: public S

Hi,I’m able to use the API to retrieve data from a GI exposed via an extended web service endpoint.I’ve been following the steps from multiple sources, being this the most complete:When I try to pass the filter in the body, I get the same results as if I pass a blank body: {} returning all the data unfiltered.I realized that I don’t have the “filter” option (used in the post above) when I click on Populate, at the top entity level:I am using Acumatica 2023 R1.Did this process change in this version of Acumatica?Am I missing something to configure through the GI instead?Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks!J Chavez

Hello AcuCommunity !I’m wondering if someone knows where can I find some resources or examples about a direct Integration in Acumatica. (How Acumatica Interacts with API services, Working with XML / SOAP ). Thank you for all your Knowledge!

Hello,We are having a PTO accrual issue with one specific employee who was Salaried but has changed to hourly back on 7/2/23. Since the change was made PTO hours have not accrued on any hours that were worked.  We are using Acumatica Version 2021 R2

Is it normal that the system dont put Won in an opportuynuity which is transfered into a project? Thanks

Hello everyone, My apology for the lengthy question here but it needed to provide all pieces of the information someone might need to help. Also I have checked out these links:https://stackoverflow.com/questions/49264233/how-to-create-master-detail-grids-in-acumaticaand https://asiablog.acumatica.com/2019/04/grids-master-detail-relationship.htmlI am having a hard time understanding why deleting one record in the Parent Grid, deletes ALL records from the Child Grid instead of deleting only the records tied to that parent record. I have created a new screen made of Form-MasterGrid-ChildGrid. See the attached screenshot please. When I navigate in the Form the Master Grid refreshes correctly and when I navigate in the Master Grid, the Child Grid refreshes correctly as well. The only problem I am facing is when I delete a record from the Master Grid, the system instead of deleting only the deleted Master Record children, deletes ALL records in the Child Grid. Here are my partial DACs (Key Fiel
