Solved

Hello, I have a question regarding the production module. It concerns the work process feedback – 'Actual Time' and the use of indirect costs there. Where and how does the system determine the price for the indirect costs? We have already entered an hourly rate for the employee, but to no effect.Use case example: A worker cleans the hall and machines for 3 hours on Friday. This time should be reported as indirect costs. As a result, the expense account is relieved, and the overhead cost account is charged. Where and how do I now need to adjust what these 3 hours have cost?

All, This is making me feel pretty stupid, lol. I’m trying to determine a list of customers who have not ordered from us in the last 18 months. So I’m writing an inquiry and using “@Today-500” but all that’s going to do is show sales from 18+ months ago.I need to determine customers whose last placed order was less than or equal to @Today-500 I think I need to do some sort of “AND SOrder.OrderDate IS EMPTY between @Today and @Today-500 but not sure how to express that here.So basically select * from CustomerID where lastorder is Less Than or Equal To @Today-500

I am looking to create a customer sales summary report where sales are summarized by year.  Column heading as follows:Customer #, Customer Name, 2022 Sales, 2021 Sales, 2020 SalesSales are define as Sales Order Invoices.

Some workspaces were deleted in a tenant. Is it possible to copy them over from another tenant or restore them?

Hello all,How can I print the document level note text in a report - Invoices & Memos form. I currently tried to print it but it is getting duplicated for every line.Getting duplicated for every line“123” is the text that i have inserted in the Document level Notes. How can I fix this?

It is not happening on every sale but periodically the sales order when we convert it to an invoice changes the ship to address sales tax to the company address rate.  the office is VA but ship to is Florida in this example.

New to Acumatica, we are in early implementation phase. Our iPaaS system is MuleSoft, and our CRM is Salesforce. Currently, we are working to POST new customers to Acumatica via REST API.  Receiving an error that we do not appear to have permission to create the SF Price Cls field, so the method fails.  When I look at the endpoint in Acumatica, I don’t even see that field as available.  Do I need to do the mapping inside Acumatica individually?  And do I simply extend the endpoint to do so?  Any insight appreciated, thanks!

I’m trying to add calendar reminders and coordinate schedules for my team as far out as possible, and was hoping there was a listing of the upcoming calls in advance.

Hello all,Looking for some OData insight here. The goal: pull a Generic Inquiry through to Power BI.I have the XML page working great with the "Odata" test URL following the naming convention: http://<application site domain>/odata/<company name>I assumed that was the “test” that would ensure that I’d be able to connect to an OData endpoint within an Acumatica instance. However, when I attempt to "Get Data" through Power BI and load in the URL with basic authentication, I have tantalizing visibility to the Inquiries, including the one I want to use, but I'm unable to get past the authentication step in order to finish loading data from the data source.Perplexingly I can't seem to use my regular credentials using Basic authentication, at any level. Here’s the XML. This loads after prompting for Acumatica credentials.  However, when I use the same URL and enter the same credentials into “Basic” authentication I’m getting the credentials error: From looking online, I’m curious

We are researching the option to use the Services Module for our internal facilities team to use for managing repairs/services needed for the company.  There will be no billing in this case so I created “Internal” Service Order Type which then does not require Customer.  While I can create a Service Order, they do not appear on the Service orders tab on the Calendar Board.  I ran SQL Profiler on my local instance and it appears part of the WHERE clause for populating this tab is the Business Account must be something (not blank or NULL) as it is doing an inner join to BAccount table.  Anyone know if this is by deign that Internal Service orders are excluded or is this maybe an oversight?  Appointments show up but there are some reasons why I’d rather initiate with Service Order.

We are attempting to use Acumatica Data Provider to establish a connection to our on Premise SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER) 2019. The Server is SPCSQLSRVR19 (default instance is MSSQLSERVER)database is a test database from our production database, logon is sa with appropriate password and the authentication is SQL  The Name is IMPORT SSRS Views, Provider Type is MS SQL Provider, Active is checked. I’ve attempted to sign on as myself (I do have domain and database admin privileges), tried administrator. I’ve set everything up myself and the service is running (SPCSQLSRVR19\MSSQLSERVER) is the instance. When I click the “FILL SCHEMA OBJECTS” it times out with an error message. Ports 1443, which is standard are open, and remote connections are allowed.Anybody else out there been successful in setting this up or know of some tools that may be helpful? We have a ton of standard SSRS reports that need to be brought over from Macola.

Hello,My report returns no data when I use yesterday at the start date and end date. I runt this report daily for my boss to see all the orders created yesterday. To get the orders created yesterday, I use yesterday’s start date and today’s end date. Can someone assist me with how to modify the below start date to default to yesterday?  Thank you!!

Hi,I want to give an access right for deleting staff in Appointment form without giving the right to delete an appointment.  I given these two above right without any result. Am I at the right place? Thanks

First, I think I know the answer to this question, but I need confirmation.IF I want to setup where I create a Case in Acumatica with a specific Case Class based on incoming emails with certain Subject Line headings or even Keywords in the email body, *must* I use and enable the Service Management Module/Feature?Or can I do that without Service Management, and if so where do I set that sort of configuration?Thank you,Jeff

I have an Acumatica partner that I do some customizations for.  After doing a customization, they want me to do some data clean up because there are fields in a custom table that need to be back filled and it would be WAY easier for me to update my custom tables in SQL Query Analyzer.  I could write "one time” scripts and put them in a customization project, but without visibility to see if the script did what I wanted, and without access to be able to query the tables, it is a mind numbing exercise to have the partner run the script in the project, create an extract and send it to me.  I’m sure you know what I am talking about here.I have my own databases hosted on Azure for my primary business and I can connect to them from my local PC, but the setup necessary to do that is not easy and requires some firewall changes and setting up Active Directory accounts.  So, is there any way I can get access to run queries on SQL databases hosted at Acumatica, the cloud etc.?  If anyone has done

Hey Folks,Been working on this one for a bit.  I can import historical service orders with detail line items, but cannot get them to close.  Any ideas?  Is anyone else doing this? I also attempted to Close them with a different import scenario but did not have any luck.   I will post more if needed.  I am hoping someone has already figured this one out.

Hi AllI am thinking to add the link -Accumatica Financial Report - BS and PL into the dashboard. So that we can get the financial statement BS and PL after click the URL link from dashboard directly instead go in to financial module to look for the financial statement - BS and PL? Anyone can help and advise on this matter?Thank you

I am uploading a project via Postman to acumatica. The project is getting created, but the default branch is always coming up as empty. I am sending a valid default branch and it is a part of the webservice endpoint. There is no error message. In the course of setting up the project, I am using a project template. This project template does not have a default branch set. Will the project template’s default branch override the one I am sending via POSTMAN?

I have a scenario with 2023 R2 Construction Edition with standard Equipment (EP208000) whereby I want to utilize a Project Attribute enabled for Equipment in the Web Service for Equipment.  I am not understanding how to reference the Attribute in the web service.  I have read a similar question on Sales Orders but this does not seem to be the same procedure.  I would like for the dev team to be able to evaluate the “Attribute” and the “Value”.  In this case, the “Value” will hold a default value that is needed.  Thanks in advance!

Hello all,I have the below code that works just fine and as expected in 2022R2. I am upgrading this package to 2023R2 and I am getting an error that “Cannot mark the record as updated because another record with the same key exists in the cache. Contact your Acumatica support provider for the assistance.” When I trace on the line that I try “journalGraph.Save.Press();” the problem is caused.Any idea what is going on or has someone come across the similar issues on upgrade to 2023R2? This is my code without any change from 2022R2 => 2023R2. #region Reverse Action & Method public PXAction<HCLPMWIP> HCLreverse; [PXUIField(DisplayName = HCLPMMessages.Reverse, MapEnableRights = PXCacheRights.Select, MapViewRights = PXCacheRights.Select)] [PXButton] public IEnumerable HCLReverse(PXAdapter adapter) { if (IsValidWIPDocument() == true) { try { JournalEntry journalGraph =

Other than using the Request Profiler, (which I find only slightly better than useless), is there any other way to produce/create a list of the processes in Acumatica that are Long Running processes? If so, what is that method?Thank you,Jeff

Hello community,I have not been able to display the address under Bill - to - Address section of the Invoices & Memos form, whenever the Override checkbox is active. I am able to display the values when it is inactive. i am currently using the following syntax:the invoice report displays blank but for the invoices with Override checkbox not selected, the invoices displays correct values.

In an Import Scenario is there a way to call a carriage return? We are importing notes from our old system and would like them to appear in Acumatica on separate lines in the same Notes dialog box. We have the notes concatenating into a single line separated by spaces by using the command in the screenshot below, but could we call a carriage return in between each note to put them on separate lines?

We have very agile production orders means they change a lot.  We don’t really use control points but they are headaches waiting to happen since we are constantly changing the WOs and things are completed out of order or completed but improperly.  Is there a way to turn off control points as a whole?  Can I just not have them ever set unless a user wants to click the box.  Also there is no going back once its clicked :-).

Good day team, We are trying to default the Post Period to the business Date using an import scenario, so if business Date is on Febrary to be 02-2024 or if business date is January to be 01-2024 even if todays date is March. We still not have any luck with this, has a solution by using an import scenario? Thank you Team!
