Is there an issue with copying fields over to an asset when converting from a purchase? The only information that gets pulled over is the receipt number which is not even going into the correct field. Do end users have to go into every single asset to manually enter the receipt type, PO number even if they create the asset through the Convert Purchases to Assets process?   Your input is greatly appreciated. Thank!

We have extended BCSalesOrderProcessor to loop through the Big Commerce modifiers for a line item and append the description to the SOLine description field.  It works well, but the problem is that if there are many modifiers the data exceeds the LineDescription field length of 255 characters and is truncated.Current code:  public class BCSalesOrderProcessor_Extension : PXGraphExtension<PX.Commerce.BigCommerce.BCSalesOrderProcessor>  {    ….              detail.LineDescription.Value = detail.LineDescription.Value + "\r\n" + GetModifiers(data); }GetModifiers is a function that retrieves the list of modifiers and values for the line.Options under consideration are:Write the description to the sales order line note (looking for syntax to do that)  Create a custom field on SOLine with more characters  OR Increase the field size of LineDescription on SOLineThoughts or recommendations?  If someone can help with the syntax to populate the note from BCSalesOrderProcessor extension that w

Can anyone tell me why inventory items are being omitted from the GI when I group by Inventory Id and Financial Period?

I try to customize acumatica mobile framework, I cannot make it successfully.

For example I was trying to have a value in the parameter default to blank. after searching through some existing generic inquires I found the =null.I need to limit a generic inquiry to show only records for that specific user that is logged.  I want the project manager to be able to get a profitability report on projects but only their projects.  I can’t figure out the syntax to put in the “ownerid”  field so it only pulls their projects.I thought it was @me but that didn’t work.i think I am going to start compiling a list if it doesn’t exist because it would be helpful to those of us that are fairly new to writing GI.

I have a Purchase Order with three line-items (Details). I create the PO and there’s no problem, but when I do to add a Detail, it randomly updates a different Detail. The new detail has no id (because it is new) and has a LineNbr of -1.Here is the PO details when I first create it:Here is the payload which I PUT to the PurchaseOrder endpoint{ "id": "bdb7e18e-5300-f011-8368-065d7e32b4d5", "Details": [ { "AlternateID": { "value": "8b974d0f-5f8a-b586-5e1a-a3d3900830ed" }, "Account": { "value": "Accounts Payable (A/P)" }, "BranchID": { "value": "SOURCE" }, "OrderNbr": { "value": "24-TST2-024" }, "InventoryID": { "value": "OTHER" }, "LineType": { "value": "Service" }, "LineNbr": { "value": -1 }, "LineDescription": { "value": "Measure & Install Trip" }, "UOM": { "value": "EACH" }, "OrderQty": { "value": 1 }, "

I’ve built a new screen, with a PXButton on it. I want the button and more specifically the action of the button to execute when the user presses the Enter key on their keyboard. What property do I need to set on the PXButton in the ASPX file to make this happen?

I am trying to add an action on the move screen to print a report via device hub. I was trying to follow the Acumatica post below and modify it for my needs . I am also including some others that i tried to use to help me, but i am clearly doing something wrong. I have very little knowledge of C# so its very possible it is a simple error that I dont know about. Below is my entire code. Any help would be greatly appreciated.https://stackoverflow.com/questions/52117362/custom-print-invoice-action-on-process-screenhttps://bstevens.net/brian/printing-to-a-label-printer-via-device-hub/ using PX.Data;using PX.Objects.CS;using PX.Objects.AM.Attributes;using System;using System.Collections;using PX.Objects;using PX.Objects.AM;using System.Threading;namespace PX.Objects.AM{  public class MoveEntry_Extension : PXGraphExtension<PX.Objects.AM.MoveEntry>  {    #region Event Handlers          public PXAction<AMBatch> print;                [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Print Move with DeviceH

Is there a way to restrict who can re-open service orders that have been billed and closed? This will apply to appointments as well.

Hey All, I have run into a recurring issue, where we cannot close Production Orders due to unreleased transactions. Which know how to find material, move, and cost transactions related to the production order. But there are a bunch of move transactions that are in a balanced status, however I get this error when I try to delete them.  It says that this transaction has a related transaction that is already released? I don’t understand how that works if this transaction is not released, how can there be one related to this that is already released? And even if it is, why does that stop me from deleting this one? I’d love to see where these two transactions are connected.

My company wants to start automatically assigning lead ownership in a Round Robin order, i.e. Employee 1, Employee 2, Employee 3, then back to 1 and continuing the cycle.  I know I can set an assignment map with Rules for each employee or workgroup, but I want to make it as fair as possible and evenly distribute leads to our Reps.  Is there a way to do this automatically without having a rule for each different employee?

We are new to Acumatica and am trying to find the setting for the check box for ‘Automatically Apply Amount Paid’ under the Receivables-->Payments and Applications-->Add a new payment→ Load Documents tab--the screen with a title of ‘Load Options’ will popup and in the popup is the value I am attempting to find to uncheck the box.  I have looked in preferences and it is not there as well as programs which may load the ‘Load Options’ popup.  Please see the attached.  Any help will be appreciated.  Thanks.

Hi Community,I am facing a small issue while working on a customization.I have added a custom field on the Branches (CS102000) screen, which uses the LocationStand DAC. However, I am unable to enable this field.Here’s what I have tried so farprotected void Location_RowSelected(PXCache cache, PXRowSelectedEventArgs e){ var row = (Location)e.Row; if (row == null) return; // Enable custom fields PXUIFieldAttribute.SetEnabled<LocationStand.usrCustomField>(cache, row, true); ;} I set the Enabled property of the field to True from Customization editorDespite this, the field remains disabled.public class LocationStand : PXCacheExtension<PX.Objects.CR.Standalone.Location>{ public static bool IsActive() { return true; } #region UsrCustomField [PXDBDecimal(2)] [PXUIField(DisplayName = "Custom Field")] [PXDefault(TypeCode.Decimal, "0.0", PersistingCheck = PXPersistingCheck.Nothing)] public virtual Decimal? UsrCustomField { get; set; }

I have two dropdowns/combos I’ve added, and would like to control the visibility of the second menu based on the value of the first:I would like the second dropdown (Shot Peen) be visible if the first dropdown (Mold Part) = 1/YesWould I set the visibility like this?[PXUIVisible(typeof(Where<TSMIGOpportunityQuotePricingExt.UsrCMoldPartTexture.IsEqual<1>>))]So the final would be something like this:[PXDBInt][PXIntList(new int[] {0, 1}, new string[] {"No", "Yes"})][PXUIVisible(typeof(Where<TSMIGOpportunityQuotePricing.UsrCMoldPartTexture.IsEqual<1>>))][PXUIField(DisplayName="Shot Peen 330 or Less?")]Any help appreciated… the first time I tried this I got an error but I think because I got the dac/field name wrong.

Is there a way to detect a current open blanket order for the customer for the line item being keyed?  Example, there is blanket sales order for ABC Company for Item#AS625 Qty 100.  Customer calls to order 25 but does not reference the blanket order. We enter a new sales order and key item#AS625 for a qty 25, is there a way for Acumatica to alert the processor that there is an existing blanket order.
